FOREWORD
I have known Mr. Perez-Molineaux for more than two decades, and I can say that his enthusiasm for science and knowledge acquisition exceeds anyone I know. A trained electrical engineer, his mind remains always fixed on ways to put science to work for the common good. He assiduously keeps abreast of the latest developments in a number of fields. Even as a university student he served as an advisor in the National Bureau of Statistics of the Dominican Republic, an office of that country’s chief executive. There he served for eight years on census design and analysis, While also being a member of the audiovisual production team. These days he is equally prolific as an inventor of innovative home and industrial electrical circuits, and teaches the use of software on behalf of the National Association of Engineers, Architects and Topographers of Dominican Republic, winning awards for his teaching prowess. He also holds postgraduate degrees in power electronics and transform troubleshooting and maintenance from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, the first university in the Americas. Guillermo is one of those rare renaissance men
whose infectious enthusiasm for discovery and mastery never fails to inspire.

PREFACE
The goal of this book is to give answers to the questions of most people, that if everything were made by one and only one Creator, and He give us the power of reasoning, what is the logic behind the fact that we are unable to see how both are related as a whole.
The mains questions would be:
Does the science can support the religious teachings, as a whole?
Is the power of reasoning logicaly, possible to be use to understand the Creator’s Will?
What is the interest that blind us to get it rightly?
Are Prophesies part of a planning of a process?, and if it is the case, why are so confusing to understand?
Are the religious laws supported by scientific stataments or can be proved as well?
Those questions has being answered nowaday, the problem to see it happening right now is a guide or measure of how much are we evolved in the spiritual realm.
The problem is how much we are able to detach from pre-concepts that are not logically supported, basicaly because we being told that to be faithful is a kind of trust blindly, of what I personaly do not agree, because I think that the meaning of reasoning must have a purpose in our way of understanding God Will.
INTRODUCTION
Knowing the true, must make your faith stronger, and don’t blame God for what mankind had done unconsciously¹.
This book has the finality to share some thought and point of view, not really common written now a day neither before, most of them in a perspective that are presented to the reader to find his/her own position, reason why I’m not going to make much references to others people opinion, beside that the reader must have the responsibility, that nowaday is mandatory, to investigate what is the true, but as a vast majority of the population, that is trying to get the answer for a lots of questions that had arrived with the advance of the technologies and still haven’t had a satifactory response.
Primarily is necessary to clarify some definitions, if our point of view are wrong, just let’s us know. We don’t think that we are completely covering all the things envolved in all these subjects, reason why our point of view can be missing something important or saying something wrong, and also, to put some thought in a perspective, somehow we can understand each other and have the ability to openly rediscover or re-sight our point of view from another angle, because nothing is possible to be known by our limited power of managing certain amount of information.
Let’s start with the definitions as an important part of logical forms of thinking, what is true and what is false, most of the people think that they own the true, they also think that the true is always the reality and per consequence, that the reality is always only what they consider to be the true and they thrust it in a blindly way. There are marvelous magicians that allow anyone to see misconceptions as no one imaginations can understand, and look like they violated the physics laws, there are some amaizing examples in the internet.
The complexety of the theme in this book is so vast, that one topic in some mode is relate to another and it continue endless, some time we are unable to see the conections and obviously, we have to meditate back to make the link between them, at the end, we can see how unknoledgeable we are or not, and at the same time, how alknolegeable is the creator of all existings. Said in another words, the understanding of the Theory of Chaos in its real dimension require a amaizing equipment or team, the amount of information is so huge in some cases and in anothers are so unpredictable, that a sigle human can’t handle it.
Let’s start with some concepts and definition that allow us to have a universal point of view, always trying to use the logic behind the rational thinking and attempting to be the utmost scientificaly possible. To avoid to be contradicting the reality as it is, inappropriately there is a cluster of people that are aginst any idea diferent to what they had conceived and what had been thought by their ancestor, independently of what the reality show and teach them at their bare eyes.
First at all, there is a law that govern the entire universe, which we can name it the; Law of Duality, this law enunciate that in order to balance all the existing, a contrary must exist, and in its absence, the possibility of it become to be must be decided, for example the light exist and the dark also, white and black, positive and negative, matter and energy, in other words, the only absolute is the creator, in resonance with this law, there is a conclusion: The Reality is Dual
. This law and this assumption are something that everybody know, and that’s why people are so skeptical, they assume a possition acording to their capacity to handle certain amount of variables, some way, they are guiltless of their comportment.
One of the things that we can evidence now a day, is the lack of scientific support for some religious ideas that the people have, and the way people usualy thinks about those concepts like a fact, being more an act of faith than a realistic fact, without having any support to explain it.
My question to those people is, if they belive in a Creator; Was every thing made by one kind of Creator? Then, how can be understandable as part of the fundamental of God’s words, that science and religious don’t support each other? What justification or logic has the power of reasoning given by Him to us, to make us as His image?. How can someone belive in God and assure that he can behave or do something unlogically?
I strongly belive that science and religious teaching go by the hand, because, come from the same one. Means while all the scientifics laws and rules dicovered reveal a powerful mind behind it, how then, they can behave outside the explanation without any evidence of any kind of logically sustainable base when the subject is a spiritual fact, the reason is nothing more common than being fearful of doing a wrong decision based that any questioning is a Sin
, not matter the advised about that, like the one which says something like:at the end of the times you will know the true, and the true will make you free
; there is another thing, say it in another words that they belive in the words of God and don’t trust the writen gospel, when they can not explain certain facts, and it is because they don’t see the message that the words of God to the mankind is according to the development that they are getting.
Now, if the person is an atheist, my questions will be more simple: How do you explain that everything in the unuverse has a rule, law, equation, order, a regulator as an antidote? why things are balanced by some energy that interacts with
