I have been fortunate to perform paralegal work in the Corporate Federal District Courts and that of Corporate State Circuit Courts of constitutional violations of civil rights of the populace by Corporate State(s) Entities, i.e. Enforcement Entities (Corporate State(s) Corrections and Enforcement Bodies). No other means of redress to strip the immunity clause of individuals doing violations to fiduciary and ministerial duties of the constitution, while under the employment of any Corporate Federal & State Entities. You would think that the ACLU would actually come and defend this portion of the populace for civil rights violations to the protection of the Public Health & Safety, forged documents integrated within the great registry of the Corporate State and constitutional violation(s) by Corporate Federal Entity of the EPA.

My heart goes out to everybody of Flint, Michigan!!! If I was in your shoes, I would bring a Title 42, Section 1983 & Section 1984 towards all involved of being notified of to not drink the water and failed to notify the populace at hand being acutely affected by tainted water. This is the point of violating their constitutional oath and failing to protect the populace of Public Health & Safety, instead they chose to protect their own families and not notify the populace of the affected corporate district. The true participants of the maleficent can as well be criminally charged for violating the populace’s civil rights when they forged legal documentation of the great registry by the Corporate Federal & State Entities Employees. You see, the Judicial Branch of all Corporations are suppose to be a secondary means of protection for the populaces Health & Safety, from criminals and acts of tyrannies by Corporate Federal, State(s), Counties & towns/cities. Common sense would be dictated to know if the public was notified and if not, to do so immediately!!

When it comes to knowledge of reading presiding case law(s), I would have to say that paralegals would hold the record. Research is the main ideology in paralegal(s) focal point to doing their case(s). By seeing the media persuasion throughout history, relevant information has been suppressed, while other information was used to mask away relevant information.
