    THE EMF/ELF CONSPIRACY

    David Turner

First of all, let me give thanks to God, without him nothing is possible.  Secondly I like to give thanks to Gracious, who inspired me to write the book, along with the support of all of those at the company I work for, fur suffering writing the books in between calls; Gerald, Jim, Alisha, Pam, and the rest of the management crew including Lewis, who brought it to light for all to see.  I also would like to acknowledge those who have inspired the creativity of the book, who do not really know me but have significantly influenced me; Stewart Swerdlow; survivor of the Montauk Project along with Preston Nichols.  Andrew Basagio, who is a survivor of Project Pegasus and soon to be president on some time line. The 13th sun, who has put me in the right place in nature to obtain the light codes to write this book, Phil Valentine, and all those in the underground truth campaign;  Oh yeah, almost forgot Coast to Coast;  I hope they don’t mind the fictional reference that was inspired by single seven. Project Camelot.  I like to thank my parents for their support.  Madeline, for the insight and Lastly Dr. Gregory Bryant for speaking and saying through divine inspiration, You shall now start things and finish them.

    The Beginning

I am unusual.  I am unusual as I have found out a secret that no one appears to know about.  I have knowledge that has caused me to lead a strange life.  This particular knowledge at this point has me on the run as they are worried.  They are worried for what I know and also for what they don’t know.   You see, they want to know everything as anything outside the scope of their knowledge decays their control.  Who is they you may ask?  That’s an important question but for now let me explain the discovery.

I was working as a scientist on a military project named The use of microwaves ad it’s effect upon the altered state.  It was an experiment to gauge the safety of certain low frequency waves around humans and other animals.    However, this was only a guise, or what mobster’s call a front for what we were really doing.  We tested animals; rats, cats and dogs and the results were remarkable.  Thinking back to that time I felt that the experiments were rewarding and remarkable.  That we had discovered something new and inspiring.  However it wasn’t our discovery that they were interested in.  They already knew the effects.  What I found out was that they only wanted to fine tune it.   I remember speaking with my lab cohort, Dr Timothy Soranovic an aspiring UCLA graduate, who obtained his PHD in chemistry.  He was from eastern Europe and kind of quirky, you know the nerdy guy  glasses, very skinny, bushy black hair that always seem unkempt and he had a nervous energy about him.   He was probably obsessive compulsive.

Soranovic:  So have you uploaded the results of the spectrum analysis from the microwave reflections:

I’ve uploaded them on yesterday however I’m still waiting for Craig to synch them with the MRIs.

Craig was a little bit more hip than us.  He was slightly overweight and had more of a party air to him.  More social.  His beard was always unkempt and he always reminded me of a John Belushi in a lab coat. He was a computer programmer that obtained his bachelors from MIT and seemed to really enjoy tinkering with things. He would always take the experiment out of context and go off on tangents not really called for by our sponsors.  In this case, the military.   In addition, he was always late on his side of the project.  We were waiting for him to synch up MRI scans to see how they corresponded to the microwave frequencies.

A little bit about our research.  You see the brain operates on different wavelengths.  There is the alpha wave, which corresponds to an awaken state,  beta which is little different than the awaken state and gamma which corresponds to an intuitive meditation state.  The one we all experience when sleeping is Delta.  This will all make sense later as to what we discovered.  What we discovered shocked as well as terrified us.

    The Discovery

I’ll never forget the day.  Our lab sit’s 3 floors up and overlooks some of the gardens on the University of Pennsylvania campus.  Sometimes while at the lab I look out the window and often reflect to get away from routine formulas and other chemistry experiments.  Looking over various chemicals, titrating, mixing up various chemicals and the mundane lab environment was always contrasted by the natural carefree attitude of the surrounding undergraduate students and their problems that we all remember years ago.  Looking at them walking amongst the trees along the sidewalks in the fall through the window caused us to remember of days past, innocent times where we were concerned about finals, frat parties, social functions and all of the fantasies of college.  Now, we were lab rats, working in a mundane environment that consisted of titrations, chemicals, MRI reports and various wavelengths of the mind.  This was our world now, however it is comforting to reflect upon the past during intervals.   Craig, somehow still had a foot in that world and was a little different than me and Soranovic, constantly working to uncover the mysteries in order to receive the rewards of accomplishment so handed out by industry.  I’ll never forget the day.  I was taking a break looking out the window, reflecting, when Craig with enthusiastic energy burst in the two lab swinging doors startling me and Soran.

Craig:  Guys, Guys...You gotta see this!

I remember there was a remote smell in the air that came in with him, like burning embers.  Me and Soran suspected that Craig may have been hanging out with the hippie kids occasionally although he kept it to himself. He always claimed he was smoking Indian cigarettes.  We didn’t judge him as his work was excellent if it was on time.

Soran:  What is it now, you’ve hacked into another porn site?

Craig:  Not this time!  But that was great.  I knew I could do it .  But no this experiment we are working on is killer man!  I was uploading the MRI database information and coordinated the wavelength variations with a video game software me and a couple of guys were working on using the various frequencies to coordinate with certain movements as indicated by historical experimentation!

Me:  Ok, Craig, get to the point.

    Craig:  Sure where’s pinky?

    Me:  over by the window.

We had a test rat, one where we measured various low frequency emf waves and checked to see certain responses based upon the wavelength.  We called him pinky from the cartoon, pinky and the brain.  It was Craig’s idea to name him pinky.

Craig:  Ok, I’ve simulated all of the frequency modules to video game interaction.

Craig spoke enthusiastically about the scientific basis concerning his experiment while he placed a modern video game on the table in front of pinky.  He then placed a device used to measure the MRI frequency above his head.  He spoke quickly as he started hooking up the monitor and the game console:

Craig: …..So I thought, what if I reserve the flow? Would the actions happen in reverse?  This my friends will be the testing ground to see if it is possible.

So Craig set the video console down, and started to turn on the equipment.  We started to see MRI patterns and various frequency modulations on the screen corresponding to different wavelengths of thought that Pinky was thinking.  He then grabbed hold of the joystick and started to move it around and to our surprise, Pinky was moving in a nearly perfect circle.

    Soranovich:  Cool!

For Soranovich to say the word, Cool it has to be something very, very, interesting.  He usually on speaks in lab jargon.  We both looked over and started blushing as we noticed the rat running in circles without any learning, conditioning or walls.

Sora:  This has to be a trick or something.

Craig:  It’s no trick, once you reverse the polarity and instead of monitoring you shift it outwards, pinky obeys!  Every command!

He said this with serious eyes.  As serious as we have ever seen Craig, seeing that he is always joking and talking about hacking into porn sites and attempting to get with hot chicks on campus.

Me: No way! Make him jump up and down then.

Craig started to play with the video console to readjust it.

Craig: I have to find the movements that coordinate with jumping up and down.  Hold on.

We waited awhile and talked of the implications of what this could mean.  Of course our imaginations sparked by something so odd brought out are devious creativity.

Soranovich: What if this could work on humans!  What if this could work on us?

Me:  We could go into a bank and walk out with all of the money.  Someone stops us, I don’t know, the teller gave it to us.

Craig(lauging)  That would be funny!  Wait!  This could work on humans!

Sora: Maybe we should try it just to see if it could work.

Craig:  But what if it does?   I don’t want to go to jail or anything.

Me:  Let’s try it on something innocent.
