    How The Heck Do I Create &  Manage MP3 Songs - 8 Steps

    Introduction

    This e-book offers you free software and tips for ripping, editing, normalizing, converting, verifying, playing, organizing and storing your audio collection. You will then have a beautiful sounding digital audio library to play on your audio devices.

    For each of the 8 steps, you’ll be given the name and website of free software to accomplish the task at hand. It’s best to follow the steps in order but if a step of the process is not needed, you can proceed to the next step. The process will take you from the first step of extracting songs off your CD to the last step of storing backup copies of your music.

    The websites offering the software will usually give you a selection of tips, screenshots, forums or FAQ of their programs to guide you through optimal settings to suit your needs.

    There are numerous software applications for each step that we haven’t included yet but the one’s we have provided are widely known to be effective and easy to use. If you have found others, please let us know at info@howtheheckdoi.com but they must offer a free version for private use before we will consider them for inclusion in this book.

    We will update the e-book from time to time by adding new software choices that are of high quality and offer free versions as well as subtracting those programs that no longer meet the requirements.
