… A go of Emotions…
That trip of 3-6 hours car can become an adventure certainly serve particular events but, if done in the company of strangers can create situation that give rise to new experience, new emotion.
Recalling these experiences, feelings and emotions made in the company of friendly passengers who use Blablacar for ride-sharing. I’ll try to share them, and who knows maybe you’ll recognize someone.

… Yes I fly…
Preface
Who in their lives that experienced something which caused positive or negative emotions did not think, at least once, to write them down but then forgot that thought?
There is a famous quote in the middle of the journey of our life
, in truth, my journey is about three quarters. I am sixty. Halfway would be too generous. At the time, I found myself in a dark moment because of choices that ended expectedly, a strange economic situation and most importantly a special family situation that even many emotions and satisfaction it gave me and that have prevailed throughout.
This dark moment made me think about myself, and despite being a sociable person, I did not fit in with communities, in this case that of Blablacar. Covering on average eighty / ninety thousand kilometers a year between north and south Italy, contributing in my small way to the turnover of the oil companies the highways, and the GDP
, I could not deny the positive aspects of Blablacar.
I have offered and received various passages, and I hope to continue doing so. I'd be lying if I said that the two initial accounts have passed with out any incidents, but nowthe rides and passengers are like blind dates. In fact, the feedback that you read, when there is any, shed some light on the situation but they still leave you curious about the person. Who are they? Who will drive? What will we talk about? Will they write feedback?
We are not all the same, and we each have our own habits, passions, problems, and life experiences that are sometimes sad or … full of change or are yet to be discovered...
Between talking to people and my own experiences with Blablacar, trips that in my case were on average 3/7 hours long, I was urged to write them.
Among the various and true travel experiences, there are a few that struck a particular cord with me, and I tried to transfer them to paper
(to stick to the times, transfer to e-book). For some I added a little, but I tried to avoid exaggeration.
For privacy, the names are not real but of imagination, and I deliberately did not mention the cities of departure and arrival but only the regions and the travel time. It will be up to the reader to find out where we started from and who knows maybe someone will recognize themselves or recognize their fellow travelers.
If someone in the An emotional journey
does recognize themselves..., please forgive me if your description is not accurate or if I overlooked something...
I thank those who, with their company, help ed experience new thought provoking emotions.
Giancarlo
The decision
«What! Why aren’t you going by train?»
Every Friday in the late afternoon, my daughter takes the train to go to spend the weekend with her boyfriend. After graduation, he found work 250 kilometers away, and I, her overprotective father, continue and will continue to worry about her.
«No, she replied almost annoyed, I’m going by car …»
«And with whom?»
«With a person you do not know ... I found a ride with Blablacar …»
«Blablacar ?! What is that ...»
«Uhhh ... Dad, where have you been? It’s a community, you sign up and who ever is registered can offer or accept a ride based on where you’re going by sharing the costs; Ifound out that I already know the person, and I'm not alone. Good enough? »
«Bah I’d still be careful.... I’m telling you to pay attention…»
«You travel a lot. You should register, Dad. You might save a lot of money…»
Wow! What a wise child.
What could I do, I use the Internet as a source of information for what interests me. The internet was born long after me, about twenty-six years ago, and keeping up with technology its not easy. For our children, it’s like water. It is their primary source of information and communication. Just look at Facebook and other websites.
Yes yes!!!, I subscribe? To get into the car people who do not know or getting in to a car with people you do not know how to guide…..Bah!...
But the word save, than ever before in this period sounds good to me…, added to a good dose of curiosity than ever I missed, I urged my interest….. !I decided to try
