    When a Constitution and Bill of Rights written by the equivalent of the nobility allows for sustained generational poverty, Liberty with equal access to Justice has failed. The American experiment has failed. Laws and politicians will never be able to right this inequity.

    When Americans demand and seat an honored Board of Indigenous American Nation’s Elders as equal voices at the Second Constitutional Convention, Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness with equal Justice for All will be within reach for all our people—and not one damned day before! I’m laying down the hard American Truth. Challenge me—I dare you!! But first, read this brief assessment.

    It is not our descendants of slaves and indigenous peoples who are chained to the past. It is America herself. We ask these American factions to forgive our past even though America refuses to let go of it.

    Forgiveness of our past will only come when America learns to let go of its programmed identity and We the People are freed to move forward to build another more Perfect Union, one American Village.
