About this ebook

""Yazmin," Love mumbles between her lips. "I wasn't expecting this..." "Stop talking," she whispers back. Yazmin doesn't let Love shut his mouth. Her lips are so soft, but also very firm. And moist. They moisten Love's lips while she slowly, very slowly, lets the tip of her tongue join the game. It forces itself between their lips, it makes its way in to explore Love's teeth, before she lets him do likewise."Love is 30 years old, responsible for Health and Safety at the steel mill, and a proper daddy's boy. But when he meets Yazmin, recently hired as a welder, all his shyness melts away. At first her straightforwardness irritates him, but soon her dark hair and full lips fill his world. When Love and Yazmin are alone in Love's office, the tension grows between them. But will they dare act on their feelings?-

    Forbidden Places: The Welder

    Erotic short story

How can it be so difficult for some people to park their cars...?

Love swears quietly to himself in his BMW i8. Looks almost impossible to get close enough to the charging station. A rusty old Toyota of some kind is standing too close.

Illegal too. The wheel is clearly over the line.

He straightens up a bit in the sporty seat, composes himself and looks around. It looks ridiculous when someone as small as him is struggling to see properly. And Love hadn't thought that the seats would be this deep in the Coupé model.

It's pitch black here, though. No one will see.

Having a BMW i8 Coupé here in Luleå in northern Sweden is insane of course, but when you get the chance to borrow it from your dad, there's no reason to hesitate. And when your dad even has his very own charging station installed...

    Damn, that was close!

The Toyota next to him feels twice as high. In spite of that, the side mirrors almost touch when Love squeezes in his freshly-washed Coupé.

He climbs into the passenger seat and pushes open the door, which moves outwards and upwards, almost like the wing of a seagull. It definitely requires a bit of room. Love makes a mental note for himself to ask his dad to secure a larger parking spot for him.

You have to be able to get out of the car. Especially when you’re ordered to work the evening shift.

    Good thing he's so agile.

    So tiny, you mean?

Love banishes the distressing thoughts. Depression isn't going to make him any bigger.

    The Coupé is a compensation...

Love clenches his teeth. He's freezing. Luleå in November is like moving around in a half-melted McSlushie. All the time. He swears quietly once more when a bit of snow gets past his shoe and makes his sock wet.

    *

There are some advantages to being 30 years old, being responsible for health and safety at the steel mill, and being a daddy's boy. Love often didn't earn the respect he is given, it is presented to him together with excessive agreement and smarmy friendliness. He thinks about that while taking off his much too warm camel hair coat from Oscar Jacobson. Love only had to hint to the HR department how nice it would be to have a clothes cupboard with a lock and key in his office, and immediately the piece of furniture in heavy oak appeared.

    A definite plus.

What bothered him, like a pebble in his shoe or the constant nagging feeling of having forgotten something, was what might happen when his dad no longer pulled the proper strings, or when he could no longer suggest that Love might be the perfect person for certain assignments. Would he have to gather up all his belongings and leave everything behind, like in an American movie? Hunched over and staring at the floor, while all his former co-workers would refuse to even look at him?

Of course not, Love. Are you stupid?

Packing wouldn't take very long. His shiny table only held his laptop and a framed photo of his mum and dad. Nothing else.

Linda is not in the picture. His rebellious sister. Piercings and tattoos and... not here anymore. She lives somewhere in Berlin. In an artists' commune.

Love almost makes quotation marks in the air when he thinks about it.

    Don't
