Dinosaurs: The Myth-Busting Guide to Prehistoric Beasts by BBC Focus is a book I requested from NetGalley and the review is voluntary. This book has remarkable artwork that makes the dinosaurs look lifelike! The wonderful information about the time periods, various species, the asteroid, and after is very well done and doesn't speak down to the child or adult. After all the awesomeness, they present a section with dinosaurs looking like cutouts, with funky colors, in leashes. It's a "what if" type section. Discussion on having a dino for a pet for insistence. I think that would be okay if the book was addressing a younger audience but anyone that had read the previous section really didn't want to see checkered dinosaurs!
