    The elderly man slowly shuffled his feet down the cobblestone alley that led to the town’s courtyard.     Defiled Ones is a chilling tale of a dystopian future where wrong is right, friends are enemies and freedom of speech has become a detestable and lamentable ideal. A future that draws some eerie parallels with the world that we currently live in.
