PROLOGUE
Erika slammed Cal into the wall before kissing her, deep, long. Cal groaned into the kiss, pulse racing. She took charge, pulling Erika onto the bed, where the younger woman straddled Cal, pinned her hands above her head.
Cal moaned, needing this, her desire growing, out of control. Erika ripped down Cal’s jeans, then underwear, not stopping for breath before plunging two fingers, then three, into Cal’s dripping center. Cal arched off the bed with a gasp, trembling.
Erika kissed her again, searing. Come for me, baby.
Cal did, calling out as she tensed – and released, shuddering. She pulled Erika down to her, holding tight.
As their breaths quieted, Cal looked down at the beautiful young woman in her arms – just nineteen and not yet in college, Erika had been Cal’s prize pupil. Cal had never expected to fall in love – or in bed – with a former student.
But, after graduation, Erika had asked Cal for dinner to go over some last-minute college paperwork. One thing led to another, and soon Cal couldn’t resist the pull the dark-eyed, six-foot tall woman had on her. Cal herself, blonde and green-eyed, was edging toward twenty-seven. She’d had relationships with women before, but nothing that overwhelmed her the way Erika did.
Unfortunately, she knew she had to end things. Summer was coming to a close, and Erika would be moving across the country for college. Cal had her own dreams to pursue – and refused to be a weight around Erika’s neck (no matter how alluring that neck might be).
Cal had come over, intending to end things, this afternoon, but, of course, just seeing Erika had thrown her off. Now, she knew she had to retake control of the situation.
Erika,
she began, firmly.
Erika looked over, appraising her lover’s body. Cal felt the look, and stood, forcing herself to move away and start getting dressed.
"You know we can’t
