Assholes & Bullshit: A Language Problem

About this ebook
This is a basic overview of Western Society and its narrative to preserve natural right in its juristic form. I explain ethical and juristic societies and outline some possible problems with our language as well as explain the basic science of jurisprudence and methods and tests the law profession uses to detect assholes and bullshit. I explain and apply Kohlberg's stages of moral development to explain why we have so many assholes. Ethical systems often breed assholes like fruitflies while juristic systems specifically reject them.
I give scientific methods for bullshit identification and asshole detection, many of which have been perfected by the science of jurisprudence. Evil cannot be strictly defined under ethical systems, which is why our rulers want a transformation of society from juristic to ethical. The New Soviet Man may never truly understand what an asshole is.

Introduction
There are well posed problems and ill posed problems. To pose a problem well we need suitable expressions to express it in the most compact, efficient and accurate way.
Some people say that people who use profanity have a lack of imagination or ability to express themselves. I'm one of those people. But if you cannot tell it like it is with language barriers in place then those language barriers must be lifted.
It almost seems like a conspiracy that we hear words like asshole
and bullshit
as profanity when they describe the profane so perfectly. It retards the language because these words are perfect in what they express. Too many people use profanity too often, it is laziness. But we need words to describe the profane and they in themselves shouldn't always be viewed as profane.
Everyone knows exactly what I mean by asshole
and bullshit
. I think these two words are two of the best known words in the language, which makes them useful in re framing a problem that we all see and experience. We use these words often in our everyday speech. Those who can express themselves well use them as often as those who can barely speak the language.
I believe that if people really understood what an asshole is, IE: this knowledge actually guided their actions and thoughts we would see a very different world than the one we see now. Constant change has become the norm and for the most part, it's being brought to us by assholes.
Knowing and understanding are two different things. We know that crossing a busy highway is dangerous but do it sometimes anyway, in that sense we don't always understand, or stand-under
what we know.
This is a political theory and law book and its the political theory and law you should have learned in public education and it's dirt simple
. I'm just using some better words to explain reality that most people naturally know, but perhaps not apply in their thinking. I wrote this as a deprogramming
book.
There are two aspects to any system of law. There is a commutative aspect, this deals with how we treat and contract with our associates. We create laws between ourselves, agree to meet at a certain time, write contracts, etc. These are laws agreed upon between people. Under Christian law no one can force you to be under a contact. Contracts are always voluntary. This aspect of Christianity is the well understood popular understanding and it's not what this book is about.
The second aspect of the law is a distributive component. These distributive laws are the ones we all agree on. One does not have to contract with a neighbor to ensure that one does not get killed, robbed or raped by said neighbor. These are said to be categorical
and apply under all circumstances. Our political bodies codify these distributive laws, but what does Christianity say about distributive law? Although church and state are separate empirically, they both operate under Christian principles in Christian countries. This book is about why the political bodies wish to have all knowledge of Christianity forgotten. Ruling classes do not like universal law. The distributive aspect of Christianity is what this book is about. This isn't taught elsewhere in recent books and you would be lucky to find a well educated person that knows the difference between an ethical and juristic society.
I make my argument using the language I believe appropriate for lawyers, not political scientists, and is not the standard language that you would expect to hear from either of these groups. The hour is late and it's time to just tell it like it is. I think that lawyers think better and clearer than other people on these issues and that to be educated we must become better at thinking like lawyers. Lawyering is really all about asshole and bullshit detection and prevention. I always try to think like a lawyer rather than a scientist or anything else when trying to determine if what I am hearing is bullshit. A good lawyer can tell when a doctor is bullshitting without knowing a thing about medicine. It's the science of jurisprudence that deals with both assholes and bullshit. Assholes are dealt with using punitive laws and bullshit is detected using evidence and cross examination, leaving the asshole standing naked before the court.
I've been reading, thinking, listening and writing about the changes society has undertaken after seeing these changes up close and personal in 2001. I haven't been doing this for popularity as much as to distill my own thoughts. I've written about 100,000 words, not nearly enough to be a real writer. I've wanted to look at this political change rationally rather than empirically such as through particular current events and try and find a way to encompass the problem at it's root and express it simply and clearly. I have educated myself through careful readings of both law and philosophy.
Lots of people already do great work in history and current events but there are few rationalists in what we sometimes call the truth movement
. Rationalist thought is being forgotten and idealists are often viewed as fools. Socrates was an idealist, so was Kant, and G.K. Chesterton and so am I. We need ideals to ground our thinking in logic. Ideals govern and control thought.
It seems to me that we have a real asshole problem
