This book delves into alternative environments that can arise as the result of approaching varying aspects of our survival in different ways.

This is a description of another place that can exist anywhere instantly as the result of our actions. Together we create the environments that we see through our collective survival practices. Many of these practices are out dated and are likely going to one day change in order to keep up with the changes in the world.

Present systems are in and are headed for trouble. Consequences from unaddressed issues will continue to head our way. From climate change to migration, poverty and war; all of these things are the results to the survival practices we share. These things will have to be addressed and so this book will end up challenging various established practices in an effort to help to discover alternatives that can solve for many of these ongoing problems. So maybe writing things that challenge present systems is at times controversial but nothing is more dangerous at times like these than just sitting back and waiting for various calamities that we continue to hear about.

The entire world can change in a day based upon the information that we share. And so this work will share ideas from new technologies to new practices in hopes of improving the environment by creating a more harmonious system of cooperation.

Civil Rights

        1. The Universal Law Of Civility should be the primary rule to adhere to in all relationships at all levels including the relationship between governing bodies and the people. The Universal Law Of Civility states that no one should ever 'take' of another without their consent. This includes: 1. The taking of anothers life. 2. The taking of anothers body without their permission. 3. The taking of anothers property. 4. The taking of anothers right to choose. The Universal Law Of Civility is The Law and it is the only one.

        2. Everyone gets their own room. Each individual is provided with a room account that guarantees they have their own room at all times. No one can tell them to leave their room without violating The Universal Law of Civility and therefore no one may force another out of their room. The account is capable of being upgraded and one would have access to any unoccupied room at their room level and be able to move freely when they choose. This alone would create a culture of respect as no one would ever have to remain in a place where they are unhappy or disrespected for any length of time.

        3. The provision of The Basic 3 must be made available to all citizens at all times. They are 1. Food and Water 2. Shelter 3. Health Care. The assurance to all of its citizens of these basic three are the main duty of any governing body and the extent to which each individual is provided the basics of these is a measurement of how well a governing body is governing.

        4. A decision making formula or program should be used in all shared decision making to find the closest approximation to truth and to find the most agreed upon courses of action. This should be an official arena in which ideas themselves may be put to the test and compete with other ideas. Advanced versions of this process can be used as a tool to assist in reaching fair outcomes or desired courses of action in both long and short time frames.

Introduction

        The title of this book should actually be ‘The Body Of Is A Vibratory Fractal Within Discriminative Reality.’

        Most of this work I wrote almost 20 years ago now and I published it online as a website in 2004. Disempower was written more recently around the summer of 2017. This work could not keep up with where many of the concepts continued on to. I have pages of notes that will never see the light of day. I just don’t have the time to both battle with capitalism every day and keep up with other things.

        There are more self-publishing options now so I’m giving it a once over, adding a few notes here and there and publishing it although I must say this entire work was rather rushed and that can be seen in some parts of the book. It’s a reflection of the conditions under which much of it was written which were rather extreme. My family left in the middle of writing this book, I was told I was using this time just to play video games and that I should have had a second job. Now I definitely agree. I would have rather gotten the second job. But things happened too quickly and my life since then has been a series of catastrophes. Battling the serpent of capitalism as it slowly twisted itself up my body. Eventually consuming some… and then most… and then all of my time.

        I feel I and others likely could contribute so much more to society but what I’m experiencing is a type of slow murder instead. The value of our work here is continually undermined while the expanses of time they expect to take of us increase exponentially. This is all by design. This is the great planned collapse of a rigged economic system. The atrocities are mounting and have been ever present. So maybe some of the ideas put forth in this work are controversial, but nothing is more extreme than governing bodies that have failed so completely during their time in power that they consider things like depopulation as a viable option. It seems that once those in power start to abuse their power they just don’t stop until they are so corrupt that they become that which must be stood up against.

        A large part of the problem this world is suffering from is in how its leaders are being permitted to view the people. They see the people as a problem as the people live the way they are forced and instructed to. These supposed leaders should be held accountable for failing the people in this way. For seeing the population as a helpless problem when that is how they have instructed us to live. When instead they should perceive each individual as a helpful producer as they should be guiding us to live in a way where we are all producing our own and enough to share.

        Much of this work was written in a hurry and some of it is just a mess. Some parts are like the notes of things I was going to add more to later but never got the chance. Originally this book was in the form of a website where any part could be accessed from the start and it could be read in a non-linear fashion. There were some formatting issues and parts of the 3D navigation aspect were lost in translation.

        Some of the older parts of this book veer off into many different random directions. It was going to be part of a larger work that I wanted to work on throughout my life. I am not going to be given that opportunity here it seems. From here on I only want to focus on the concepts of Equalibrium and how to create practices that produce abundance.

A Case Study On The Inhumanity Of Human Beings And A Call For System Reform

        This is a case study to prove that human beings have malicious intent toward other human beings and should therefore never have power over others.

        This is a call for a new system in which each individual has direct access to whatever they need without the requirement of going through another person for anything.

        This is a recognition of the necessity to re-examine law and to implement new laws and rights to properly protect individuals.

        The problems we are facing are from practices stemming from what people are being taught.

        They are from a lack of morality taught in these out dated control mechanisms.

        The goal is to change what is being presented in the environment by changing our practices. It can be as simple as implementing a few collectively focused concepts into our routines creating a truly democratic process that would lead to the end of politics and bring a calm to most conflict and solve most of the problems in the world.

        I will begin listing key core concepts here as ideas for us to have in our collective understanding moving forward.

The Universal Law Of Civility

        Any system needs to have at its core recognition of the fact that the only law of civility comes down to not physically taking of another without their consent. Everything else is just fantasy but physically taking of another without their consent should be recognized as the worst deed that can be committed and all of our civilization should hold this logic at the core of its understanding. This is the most important understanding we can share with one another in our civilization. To never physically take from another without their consent.

        This alone means so many things. It should be at the heart of the system and would mean many things would be done very differently. Things that can be gotten into further later but as an example it would mean that alternative methods of law enforcement would have to come to be where there is never arrest or even anyone being touched throughout the process. No one should ever be touched without their consent by anyone for any reason. The only reason would be to stop someone doing so to others.

        The only power that anyone can have over another is in the collective power of the civilization determining that someone has taken of another and must themselves be physically stopped or held accountable. In other words, the only time power over another should ever exist is when the group collective have determined that someone has broken the only law of physically taking of another without consent. To bring everyone back to the homestate of not physically taking from others, only then would collective power arise to stop physical force from happening, then the power is dissipated as there is no need for power over others or institutions of power over others to remain.

        Rules can be implemented as guides to help people follow the law. The Law is simple and easy to understand; there is only one law so it isn't too hard to remember and it should be taught to everyone at the earliest age and emphasized with great importance all throughout our lives.

        The Universal Law of Civility states that no one should ever 'take' of another without their consent. This includes: 1. The taking of anothers life. 2. The taking of anothers body without their permission. 3. The taking of anothers property. 4. The taking of anothers right to choose.

        No matter what you call it or whether or not you abide by it the core concept of not taking from another without their consent is the foundation of civility.

Equalibrium

        Next up is a system that recognizes the law and allows all individuals to practice it at all times. There are no cops yet all citizens enforce The Law. It isn't hard to work out an incentive-based system based upon the sound principle of never taking from others. I believe it takes more skill to learn to play the guitar than it does to create an incentive-based system that is superior in every way to capitalism.

        I conceptualized the basics for an incentive-based system called Equalibrium. At its core is the principle of never taking from others without their consent. Everyone has access to at least one room that cannot be taken from them. The room can go with them where they go. People can move up but cannot be taken down unless perhaps as a penalty for something. Work and accomplishments might allow people to Level Up in various fields simultaneously and attain various levels of Passive Income or other incentives. The income however is not used to ‘save your life’ continuously.

        The global Ponzi scheme is about to come to an end, it is up to us to invent new systems of incentive. I'll give some ideas but as with all things we require a creative arena in which we can all participate in a concepts’ growth. The important thing to remember at the heart of any system no matter what type of currency is used or incentive system; these are all ways of measuring giving and taking is simply not allowed. So, no matter how much incentive one has attained it does not take from or detract from another. The simple act of not taking or coming up with reasons to take of another creates the peace that is the goal. The rest is incentive and adds to but cannot detract from another.

        We need to have in place a system that creates the experience where people are never taken from for any reason other than committing a crime. The only crime is the act of taking of another without consent. We need to create a system where we do not experience things like eviction, foreclosure or repossession of other goods. It may be beneficial to consider a system where we can only purchase things that have recurring payments with Passive Income. We would then direct our earned passive income toward things that have recurring payments.

        At birth each individuals parents could receive 100 Credits per month. This is an incentive to the parents to register the birth of the child which will help stop human trafficking which is a primary goal in the system. The parents could keep or direct the 100Credits per month toward a level 1 room for the child.

        The starting or smallest possible living area or a Level 1 Home or Room should cost no more than 100 Credits per month. Every citizen at birth could begin receiving a passive income of 100 Credits per month. They can use their Level 1 residual income of 100Credits per month and direct it towards the use of a Level 1 Room.

        At first a childs parents would be in charge of directing the use of their childs residual currency, which they could use, save, or direct towards a room. Until the child is old enough to claim their account and begin directing their passive income on their own.

        For example, when I was born I began receiving 100 Credits or 100C per month along with every other citizen at birth. When I turned 5 and left home I had a residual credit level of 3 and a passive income of 300Credits per month. I was able to earn 2 additional levels of passive income by passing basic education programs.

        I now have access to any Level 1 room that is available at 100 Credits per month leaving me a residual income stream of 200 Credits per month. I can now work on various ways of upgrading my personal account to reach higher levels which would result in higher passive income levels.

        Let’s say then that the Central System provides and ensures that certain rooms or shelters of a certain size or of a certain quality would be classified as Level 1 rooms and can cost no more than 100 Credits per month. Beyond that there could be various factors in determining what the value of other rooms are including where they are or what type of structure they are in or are connected to.

        So, let’s say that I wanted to save up for a level 2 room which was inside of a structure that resembles a classic one-bedroom single family home. Perhaps Level 2 rooms could cost 500 Credits per month. Level 3 rooms 1000 credits per month and so on.

        When I was 14 I moved to a region dedicated to the advancement of solar science and participated in the redesign of solar skins that are used on the outside of most residences today. Although my exact idea was not used, someone came up with a workable idea based on one of my ideas. Not only was I given credit for participating but I was given special credit for directing the concept toward a workable model. I have reached Level 10 in Solar Sciences meaning I can assist or even lead projects requiring level 10 or lower in that field in my area, or I can travel to where it is needed. Reaching a certain level in a particular field by perhaps passing an official test in that field could result in going up a Level and attaining higher passive income. I can now be on call to do that kind of work in my local area and be able to earn credit per job along with the residual income.

        I’m 25 now. I have reached various Levels in various fields. This can be done through education and then apprentice-type work. When work is needed lower level apprentices can be called to assist the higher level members of a field until they themselves reach higher levels to the point where they can start teaching others. Different credit level compensation can be given to higher level members of a field for a task.

        It may be possible to earn passive income levels by both earning them and buying them. Each thing we do gains us experience. And experience is what we use to help those around us in the future with our knowledge. In a more mature culture there might be less for each to do per day. We may begin to each become trained in various fields and then each semi-retired and on call at the same time waiting to be called into action if we choose to accept jobs as they arise local to our location.

At age 30 I reached a residual income level of 20 and receive 2,000 credits per month. It may be like in a role-playing game, the higher levels require an increasing amount of experience points to attain. The first few levels of passive income are easily attained for example but the amount of each successive level from there would be further out with each level.

        I am renting two rooms. A Level 1 room for the standard 100 credits per month. And a Level 3 room costing 1000 credits per month. This leaves me 900 credits per month passive income.

        There is another way we should all be producing value in future systems and that is through the local production of food. We should all be employed at all times to produce food locally. At all times the citizens of this new culture should have a direct connection to the land and be able to produce the necessities of life. This should be one of the jobs or tasks that the guiding forces guide us to do on local levels at all times.

        This is then another way in which we as individuals can produce value, by being assisted in working the land local to each individual to produce an abundance of the necessities of life. Sharing this excess production is another way in which we can all earn credit and may one day become the primary source of most of our income. Local gardening and sharing.

        There is literally so much to cover, a lot of it is conceptual, I would invent and innovate all day every day if I could. I feel like I’m already there conceptually and now just shouting messages back. However, I have absolutely no time here. There are so many concepts to share and explore but they have divided and conquered my time along with everything else. It seems I have less and less time as time goes on but when I find the time I will just start typing randomly until I no longer wake up in a world that is headed in the wrong direction.

        Although, it will be a random walk through some very key points, for example: 1. Recognition of the one universal law of not taking from others without their consent. 2. No one should ever be giving commands or telling another what to do. Nothing should ever be forced; not education or work or any behavior at any time and everything should be accessible without answering to anyone or showing signs of obedience. Everything can only be participatory, nothing is mandatory. Individuals are not to be told what to do with their bodies or their minds or their time, they are not to be told where to be or what to do for any reason ever.

        It comes down to living in the environment and world we want to live in and how to do that. Everything is going to change and we need to be empowered as individuals to decide what is right and best for ourselves. We need to have the power of choice. To choose where we live, who we will be with and what it is we will do.

        It is a world where orders are not given, rather processes are followed to achieve tasks. Hierarchies of role worship for ego gratification can be replaced by team efforts to more effectively accomplish certain tasks or roles. The emotional grandstanding and absence of control on the part of power wielders must forever be recognized and sterilized for the rest of time. Power must be stripped from any other over any other ever.

        At the same time each individual must be empowered to properly take care of themselves. What is the purpose of your president or congress or other leadership positions? They're supposed to be there to make decisions. That is their primary function. Yet how well are they performing at that function and how far does the extent of the power of that function reach? Is your president or other political leader making decisions in your daily life? Was it a president that told you how to get dressed this morning or was there a president there helping with any of the decisions that you will make in your life today or any day? No, they aren't there. It's all up to you as it always has been. Nor can they tell you your preferences or what is best for you.

        Can you sit your president or leader down and beat them in a game of chess or some other game? Yes you can, depending on the game; you will find a game where you or anyone can beat them time and again. What does this mean? That they are not always correct or the best for each individual task at hand. Listening to the choices and influence of one particular person concerning every different issue just because you have made them famous is ridiculous. Instead influential merit should be earned over time by individuals proving their expertise or proper guidance as they participate and earn credibility in voting sequences that can also be seen as educational events.

Collaborative Intelligence

        Each individual must be empowered to make decisions to properly protect and care for themselves. A great deal of what we talk about has to do with decision making. Decision-making itself must be updated to the point where it literally creates a new language between us. A new method of interaction.

        We hear a lot about how machines may make many decisions for us in the future through Artificial Intelligence or A.I. For some things this may be appropriate but not for everything. A machine cannot tell you what your preferences are. Many choices we make will come down to a matter of individual preference.

        So I'd like to introduce the concept of a technology and decision-making process called Collaborative Intelligence or C.I. Collaborative Intelligence would be used when ones individual choice or preference might affect another or others. Collaborative Intelligence would allow people to see the opinions of others. It would allow for topical voting about anything that needs to be voted on.

        The technology could allow for one person one vote voting with graphical displays that make reading the opinions of others easier. The technology could use various colors to show what a person or group feels about a topic as well as giving each voter a bubble that when clicked on could show more detail of what a person thinks or feels about something using video, audio, text, etc. That cell can change in size based upon a persons’ influential merit. A persons’ influential merit can change in size based upon personal choice, location or expertise. Each vote could leave in its wake the artifacts of peoples’ thoughts, feelings and ideas on a matter.

        This technology which could be made into an app that we could share to shape and change the world around us could be used in all shared decision making. It can replace politicians and politics. I see a single place as the go-to for everything decision making related in our shared environment. Consider the ultimate cross between Craigslist, maps or GPS and a decision-making formula that can arise based around topics.

        The same app could be used to find the nearest available products and services and it can show what rooms are available to you and what locations are accessible for exploration to an individual. When we start custom creating our communities with the inhabitants being our family and friends we might want to display public profiles based upon location, for example I'm here and doing this today if you want to join me, etc. Or in a sharing community it can be used to show the nearest instance of what you need and can likely be ordered through the same application.

        In this type of technology we could develop new languages to express our preferences and ideas.

        Two new language ideas that could be used within this technology are Ratings and Flags.

        Ratings: There is literally so much content out there in every arena from music to movies, books and games you name it. So how do we know what is worth our time and what isn't? Like we do now with thumbs up and thumbs down a similar rating system can be utilized that brings higher rated items higher in menus or lists. It would have to be determined what the best method of rating is either binary like thumbs up thumbs down or a scale like 1 through 10.

        But the system could be even more detailed for example we could choose to see the opinions of people we know or trusted figures with merit in a particular field. We should be able to rate everything as a sort of feedback
