      It's very informative thank you so much for all your effort. Dr, your childhood background inspired me as natuphaty studend... this book is great ...its such huge blessing to me I wish I could meet the Dr Himself

      I just left Dr Benson's office and came home to read this book cover to cover in one setting. This book consolidates all I learned at University with what my family has been experiencing health-wise. I'm optimistic this is the missing piece to cure our multitude of ailments and improve our well-being.
