Introduction
I learned to read the Tarot when I was 19 years old. I drove my old Pinto station wagon from Dallas, TX to McKinney and met my cousin, Carol at a tiny café.
We had tea and cake and talked for a while about the metaphysical world. She was only a few years older than me, but I thought of her as an expert in all things Meta!
We ended up in the back of the wagon reading Tarot cards. She introduced me to the Tarot that day. It opened a world that has fascinated me for 40 years.
My journey into the Meta changed my life forever.
Are you interested, fascinated, feeling almost compelled to expand your knowledge of all things meta? Perhaps you are a seeker!
If you are drawn to religious or magic symbolism you may be surprised at the rich history and the mystery surrounding the origin of the Tarot.
If you have ever pondered divination tools or your own intuitive abilities, you will find some answers here. You will probably find a few more questions, as well.
Most people that are drawn to the Tarot are what I call seekers
. They want to learn and understand the meta world. After all, the Tarot is truly a tool for spiritual development.
They are usually people who have come to readers for years asking the questions, also known as querents.
At some point many of them become seekers
.
So, whether you are a long-time reader or just dipping into the Tarot, there is a lot to learn here.
Tarot cards have been used as a tool of foretelling and divination for at least 7 centuries. They have predicted the fall of Kings, the birth of great spiritual leaders, amazing inventions and human relationships from business alliances to sweeping romantic love stories.
The Tarot should be used to improve your life and the lives of others. By opening a window to the future, the Universe is giving us some insight into what will be and allowing us to decide how to best use our free will.
This course is designed to give you an in-depth understanding of what the tarot is and how you can
