THE SECOND COMING OF NELSON MADIBA

    HAVE YOU SEEN JUSTICE?

    Chapter 1

NELSON MADIBA MANDELA looked down in confusion. Questions from the ancestors rained furiously on him like confetti"

Jongintaba fired when you departed, how was the homeland, Mzansi, aka South Africa?  Was your hometown Qunu in good health?  How about your birthplace Mvezo?  How about home at Mqhekezweni?

Sabata followed suit And the grazing fields; did the cows have enough grass?

Is there good leadership in the land according to tradition? Hala scratched his head,

Are the children getting a good education? I mean the kind of education that makes them masters of their destinies? Zondwa was the Ancestral King of education.

Is that education appropriate, rooted in our history, culture and traditions? Ngangelizwe added. Is there mother tongue education for all?

Bomoyi shook his head and asked Do we have the technology, skills and the resources to compete with the rest of the globe? He was the ancestral King of natural and human resources

Mtikara just sighed and sighed...hmmmmm. Hmmmm.

Madiba squirmed uncomfortably, lifted his head and looked straight at the big assembly of ancestral Kings. He had been summoned to a special imbizo to explain his long walk on earth.

Then King Thembu, the ancestral King of Kings delivered a piercing one And who owns what in our beautiful land?

Madiba fiddled with his fingers. He was scared to answer that question. He just kept quiet.

By the way, your father Gadla, has long been here, and your mother Nosekeni too. I have despatched them on a long mission. You will see them again when we are done with you King Thembu ruled.

The ancestors were unhappy that each time they had tried to call him home to account, Madiba had resisted.

Ah Rolihlahla, Hala moaned. Why were all those men in white coats trying so hard to prevent you from coming home?  They put you in ambulances, hospitals and bottled up your spirit. There are things that cannot be delayed forever. When your time is up, your time is up. The ancestral kingdom will not wait for you at your leisure. It is why I was sent to come and fetch you

Madiba’s voice croaked I was not ready. It was hard, very hard. 27 years of my time was wasted sitting in jail.  When I woke up time had passed me by. Like a certain Rip Van Winkle .

That is not an excuse Madiba Cedumo retorted What happened after the 27 years? Were you not in charge as the Chief Induna of the new land? Were you not supposed to make things right?

Madiba defended himself I made a lot of things right. I made mistakes too. There was always the threat of a mighty flood that had been gathering for many years

There are good floods and bad floods? Jongilizwe quipped Good floods fill up the rivers and the dams "

It was going to be a bad one, so I called on Sangoma Tutu the rain maker. He had to tame the clouds and call the rainbow. The rainbow and the dove streaked across the sky. Then there was peace. There has been peace for some time.  But now Tutu is weary. It has been a heavy burden for him to carry; holding back the angry clouds

    "Whether they are angry
