Lao Mountain Taoist - Ta NaTaSi

    LIGHT

    CHAPTER 1 - PREFACE

    order

During the period of Huizong of the Northern Song Dynasty, Huizong believed in Taoism and built a monastery. He claimed to be the head of the court, and often invited Taoists to read his fortune. His birthday was on the 5th of May, which the Taoist considered unlucky, so he changed his name to the 10th of October. His birthright was a dog, and for that purpose he ordered a ban on the slaughter of dogs in the city.

At the time of the change of Jingkang in 1127, Song Huizong and Song Chin were captured by the Golden Kingdom. The ninth son of Song Huizong, Zhao Zhuang, inherited the throne of the Great Song Dynasty at the Yingtian Palace in Nanjing. Due to the weakness of the military forces in the Southern Song Dynasty, Shaoxing and Diao paid tribute to the State of Jin through Shaoxing and Diao. Later on, the State of Jin failed to wipe out the Southern Song after several conquest, and several times the Southern Song failed to accomplish anything. The Southern Song and the State of Jin formed a standoff situation, with the Qinling River as the boundary between the two sides.

In the spring of 1206, the Mongol nobles called a general meeting at the head of the river, and the kings and courtiers named Timuzhen the Genghis's sweating.

At this time, the Southern Song was suffering from internal and external troubles. When the Taoism Sect was flourishing, the entire True Seven were on their way down the mountain to fight the enemy.

In May 1219 (Xingding 3 years), Genghis's sweating sent an emissary, Liu Zhonglu and others to Shandong Province to invite Qiu Chuji to the Mongolia Empire to meet him. In December, Liu Zhonglu arrived at the Lai Prefecture's Haotian Temple, and was ordered to invite Qiu Chuji to the Mongolia Empire to meet the Genghis's sweating. He happily agreed to go. Qiu Chuji was invited to the Central Asian Genghis's sweating Camp to discuss with them about the Dao. Previously, when Qiu Chuji saw the decline of the Jin Dynasty, he decided to teach at his hometown, Xixia, and rejected the invitation of the Jin Dynasty and the Southern Song rulers to help him.

However, he still accepted the Genghis's sweating's invitation without hesitation, and continued to trek for tens of thousands of miles, going west to the Snow Mountain Camp, and met with the sweat from Mongolia. In the camp of the Western Expedition Army of the Genghis's sweating, Qiu Chuji and the Genghis's sweating spent many months together, discussing about the Dao.

In Mongolia, Qiu Chuji helped the Genghis's sweating destroy the Golden Army, without exception.

During his conversation with the Genghis's sweating, Qiu Chuji faintly sensed the danger of the Central Plains and returned to the Great Song.

As he had expected, after the conquest of the Golden Kingdom, the Mongol army began to invade the Southern Song, which fought back with all its might. By this time, the Mongol army had conquered the Central Asia of the West and the Black Sea coast of Eastern Europe.

While Qiu Chuji was fighting with all his might, he discovered the secret behind the undefeated Mongol army. It was the Gold Steel Horse Zombie Army.

At that time, after the Genghis's sweating understood the profoundness of the Tao technique, he asked Qiu Chuji to go to Mongolia to help him. After conquering the Golden Kingdom, he asked him about the method of reviving the corpse.

Unexpectedly, with the help of Shaman Spells and Dao Arts, the Genghis's sweating successfully established a zombie legion, and became even more invincible.

Qiu Chuji defeated the evil witch Shaman of the Meng Army, but the Southern Song Dynasty's situation was no longer good. He was already dispirited, at the end of the year, he died in the Treasure Hall of the Changchun Palace, at the age of 80, with regret in his heart.

However, in order to prevent others from invading, he burned our Chinese descendants and hid a huge secret.

The river of time flowed slowly. No one knew of this secret …

    Chapter I, Preface Chapter

My name is Li Yu, I'm from Qingdao, or more accurately, I'm from the Laoshan District of Qingdao City.

I was born in a fishing village at the foot of Laoshan, live with my grandfather, according to my grandfather, our family is fishing for a living, floating in the sea all year round. When I was two years old, my parents sank to the bottom of the sea because of a sudden change in the weather. Although the villagers tried their best to find it, they couldn't even find a corpse.

I grew up with my grandfather, and before school, I lived a free life every day. When I was very young, I learned to fish by hand, catch crabs in crabs cages, dig up wild vegetables in the mountains, catch toads in the woods, learn about monkeys (golden cicadas), and so on. I lived a very different life from the children in the city.

Every night, my grandfather will tell me a lot of stories about the mountain behind us - Laoshan legend, so far I can not forget the story of the origin of Laoshan legend.

Summer night, I was lying in bed, my grandfather was lying next to me, holding a long used large palm-leaf fan, slowly fanning me, slowly said: "Legend ah, Laoshan was called Kao Shan. Long ago, on the vast eastern beach, there were no mountains, no mountains, and a hundred miles of flat grass. On this boundless prairie, there are 48 small and large villages. As the saying goes, to rely on the mountains, to rely on the seas to eat the sea. There were people living on the east beach. Some relied on fishing for shrimp, some relied on farming food, and some relied on herding cows and horses to live. Despite the different businesses, every household lived a carefree, carefree and carefree life.

Who would have thought that this year, a calamity would descend from the heavens and a Paddlefish with a hundred thousand years of cultivation would emerge from the East Sea? How big is this crocodile? With a swish of its tail, a tall island was erected in the East China Sea. As soon as its body floated up, a large piece of land appeared in the East China Sea. With its four claws lying flat on the ground, waves rose in the East China Sea. The Paddlefish relied on its powerful body. Not only did it bully the aquatic animals in the sea, it also frequently rushed up, knocked down houses, overturned fishing boats, drowned the crops, swept away cattle and sheep, and harmed the people.

From then on, on the prosperous and peaceful eastern beach, people's happy songs and smiling faces were no longer heard. Everyone was on tenterhooks, fearing that disaster would befall them. There is a Wang family Tuan close to the sea, Tuan Tuan has a pair of bold brother and sister. His brother was called Da Zhi, who was in his early 20s. His sister was called Da Yong, who was just 18 years old. When the two saw the Paddlefish pushing and rolling towards them, they were so angry that they stomped their feet and gritted their teeth. One picked up a harpoon while the other held a bow and arrow. Unexpectedly, the Paddlefish opened its mouth slightly, and a long and thick water column came out from its mouth. With a hu sound, the two brothers and sisters were sent flying five miles away. Big Brother Da Zhi was thrown onto the hard ground, his head hitting a mushroom. Little Sister Da Yong was thrown onto the grass, his whole body feeling like it was on the verge of breaking down. Only after a long while did the elder brother get up, limping over to the younger sister and said, Sister, this fall didn't kill me, but woke me up. I think we should save father and sister, subdue that crocodile, and use just us two alone to fight it head on. The little sister rubbed her legs and said, Big brother, I also think that way. It's just that I can't think of a way to fight it! The older brother said, Sister, as the saying goes, 'everyone is a saint'. Why don't we go somewhere else to visit famous people? I do not believe that the men and women of the world, young and old, can think of a plan to subdue the Paddlefish! Hearing his elder brother's words, the younger sister clapped her hands, stood up and said, Okay, we'll be there in time, let's go there right away!"

The two siblings bade farewell to their fellow countrymen and headed west. Crossing the 33 rivers, crossing the 33 ridges, crossing the 33 mountains, he walked into a forest that day and saw a wrinkled, white-haired old mother sitting cross-legged under a great locust tree, spinning cotton. The two of them hurriedly walked forward and bowed: Old mother, please tell me, what method can I use to kill the hundred thousand year old Paddlefish in the East Sea? The old mother said while holding the spinning wheel, Child, I have only heard that the 10,000 kilograms of thread woven by tens of thousands of people, twisting a thick and long white yarn rope, can pull a hundred thousand year old Paddlefish. The brother and sister firmly memorized the words of the old mother, thanked the old man and hurried on.

Walk and walk, cross 66 rivers, cross 66 mountains, 66 mountains, the brother and sister came to a red earth ridge, suddenly heard the sound of gongdongdongdi, gongdongdi from below. The two of them followed the sound and entered a small mountain village with only a dozen or so families. They saw a master forging an iron with his bare arms. The siblings hurriedly walked forward and bowed while asking: Blacksmith Master, please tell me, what can I do to kill that hundred thousand year old Paddlefish in the East Sea? The old blacksmith replied in a resounding voice, "Child, what are you trying to say? All I know is that by using ten thousand people to gather iron, you can catch those hundred thousand year old Paddlefish with four sharp and heavy hooks. The brothers and sisters remembered the blacksmith's words in their hearts, thanked him and left. Walk, walk, walk, cross 99 rivers, over 99 ridges, over 99 mountains.

That day, the two brothers walked into a small town and saw an old cobbler piercing his boots on the street. The two siblings hurriedly came in front of the old cobbler and bowed: Master cobbler, please tell me, what method can we use to kill that hundred thousand year old Paddlefish in the East China Sea? The old cobbler stopped sewing and said, My child, I have been very familiar with the skin of needlework all my life. I have only heard that using ten thousand man made cowhide, sewing a piece of Da Niu clothing, and filling it with ten thousand catties of grass, making a big fake cow as fish food, can lure those hundred thousand year old Paddlefish to take the bait. The brother and sister took the old cobbler's words to heart, bade him farewell and went on their way.

One day, as the two siblings were striding across the road, they saw an old man with white beard, white hair, and white eyebrows, dressed in white clothes, coming towards them. The two of them hurriedly walked a few steps and arrived in front of the old man. They bowed and greeted him: Old grandpa, can you please tell me how to cure the hundred thousand year old Paddlefish in the East Sea? The old man said, It is not difficult to treat the dead Alligator Fish. First, we must have a white yarn made from ten thousand people's spinning thread; secondly, we must have a giant hook made from ten thousand people's spinning iron; thirdly, we must have ten thousand people's offering of ten thousand pieces of leather made into a big straw cow; fourthly, we must have a man who can lift the mountain and pull the Paddlefish to shore to kill it."

When the siblings heard the old man's words, they felt both happy and worried. He was overjoyed that he had finally learned a good way to deal with the Paddlefish. Thinking of this, they kneeled down and begged the old man: Old grandpa, save him until the end, teach him how to do it. Tell me clearly, how do you find the man who can stand on all fours and pull up mountains? The old man said, There is nothing difficult in this world. I'm afraid that my heart is not sincere. You two really want to get rid of the harm for the people, so carry me on your back and walk a thousand miles. At that time, I will guarantee that both of you will grow up to be giants that can tear apart mountains! Hearing the old man's words, the brothers and sisters crawled up from the ground in joy and said: As long as we can cure the Paddlefish and eliminate the harm of the people, I will carry you for a thousand miles. Even if you walk thousands of miles, what does it matter? With that, Big Brother Da Zhi carried the old man on his back and walked in the direction of his hometown.

Even though the old man seemed to be very dry, Da Zhi felt that it was heavy, almost a thousand pounds. However, with every step he took, he felt his body grow taller by a foot. With every ten steps, he felt his strength increase by leaps and bounds. The more they walked, the more they backed off. Even though Da Zhi's pace wasn't fast, Da Yong couldn't even keep up with them. Just like this, Da Zhi carried the old man as he walked for 500 miles. His body was already able to support the heavens as well as support the earth. His strength was enough to pull out mountains.

Da Yong hastily rushed over and pulled his older brother's arm as he begged, Big brother, I see that you've already grown into a man that can support the heavens and the earth. Let me carry you 500 miles down there, okay? As he spoke, he took the old man from his brother and carried him on his back. With the old man on his back, Da Yong was like Da Zhi: one step, one foot long; ten steps, his strength increased by a thousand pounds. The more she walked, the more she walked. When she had walked 500 miles to the west beach, where she was only 50 miles away from home, she had grown taller to the point where she could stand on all fours. At this time, the old man on his back said, "Child, the two of you are sincere in eliminating evil for the people. Now that you two are people that can support the heavens and pull the earth, leave me here and quickly go home to treat that Paddlefish!

Hearing the old man's words, Braveshell squatted down and tried to get the old man to get down. Unexpectedly, he loosened his hands and heard a loud earth-shattering sound behind him, causing the seawater to soar dozens of feet into the air. The two siblings looked back. Ah, where's the white-haired old man? A tall, broad mountain of white stone lay across the western sea, half submerged and half exposed, and became a long island of stone in the sea. (It was called Human Island because it had been formed by the old man in white.) Then the stones were soaked in water until they were gray and black, and they were called the Isle of Yin).

Seeing this, the two siblings knew that the old man was not a mortal. They quickly kneeled down, kowtowed three times towards the island, kowtowed three times, then turned and hurried back to their hometown.

When the news spread, the people opened the quilt, the coat, the cotton, the melon, the white yarn and gave it to them to twist the rope; some smashed the rice pot and brought the iron, so that they could make fish hooks; some tore up the thatched huts and plucked the grass to give them a straw for their cattle; others tore open the straw mattresses and tied the hides and gave them to sew the coats. With the help of the Tuan Tuan villagers, the materials were soon ready. Thus, the two siblings began to work day and night. First spent five days and five nights, twisting a ten thousand-pound, twenty mile length of coarse yarn rope.

After five days and five nights of hard work, a huge hook with a long nose and four sharp edges was created. After five days and five nights, he wrapped the hook in the grass and tied it into a thousand kilograms of grass cattle. He sewed the skin on the outside and carried the fake cow to the edge of the East China Sea. Finally, they tied one end of the thick and long white yarn rope to the hook nose sticking out of the mouth of the cow grass and pulled the other end to the grass twenty miles away. The two pulled tightly with their hands and waited for the Paddlefish to bite the hook before pulling it upwards. It was the fifteenth of the eighth month. At sunrise, the Paddlefish came out of the deep water and wanted to stir up the wind and make waves to come ashore to do harm. When it looked towards the seaside, it saw a yellow cattle the size of a small mountain. It was standing by the seaside, wagging its tail at the sea breeze.

For a moment, the Paddlefish was drooling with greed. It was like a hungry tiger pouncing on its prey. It splashed up onto the beach, opened its big black mouth, and swallowed the big grass cow whole in one gulp. Da Zhi and Da Yong, who were hiding far away, tightened the rope in their hands. Knowing that the Paddlefish was hooked, they immediately pulled on the rope with their hands, turned around and pulled on the rope with their lives. The big fish hook in the stomach of the big grass cow that was swallowed by the Paddlefish sliced open its skin with a single push from the two. It stretched out its long hook tip and caught the internal organs of the clawfish, causing the Paddlefish to jump and jump in the water, beating up the waves and shaking the earth. Da Zhi and Da Yong used all their strength to pull upwards, causing Paddlefish s to desperately fall into the deep water. Every time the two siblings took a step forward, they would trample on a part of the ground and step into a deep ditch. They took a step and rested; took a rest, and stepped into a deep pit. The streams of sweat flowed into the deep pit and accumulated a pool of water, and so, one after another, they dragged the Paddlefish forward eighteen paces, eighteen miles, and out of a deep trench eighteen miles long. After that, they took eighteen breaks, and in eighteen big pits they accumulated eighteen pools of sweat (later, they called the first nine bays the inner nine and the last nine bays the outer nine).

At this time, when the people of the 48 Tuan heard that Da Zhi and Da Yong brothers and sisters had caught Paddlefish, they all came to help. It was true that the two of them were on the same page, and with the help of their 48th Tuan Faction, they became even more energetic. Everyone worked together to pull the Paddlefish from the morning to the night, finally pulling it from the deep water to the shallow water, and from the shallow water to the beach. When they reached the island made of stone by the white-robed old man on the western shore, the Paddlefish was also facing south with its tail facing north. Its back was high and its belly facing the ground, dragging it up to the east coast. The brother and sister made people stop, tied the thick white yarn to the pegs of the stone island, and then, under the moonlight, led the villagers home to celebrate the victory and the reunion. In the evening, Tuan Tuan's families gathered together to eat fruit and drink wine. Everyone's face was full of smiles, and Tuan Tuan began to sing happily again.

At this time, Da Zhi and Da Yong were afraid that the Paddlefish would break its ropes, spit out its fishing hook and escape back to the East Sea to harm people. Ignoring the fatigue of the past few days, one held onto a harpoon and the other held onto a bow and arrow, they walked out of the house and arrived at the shore. They stood on the back of the Paddlefish, guarding it day and night. Their tall bodies stood erect on the ground, unshakable in the wind, unshakable in the rain … Later on, after who knows how many years or how many generations had passed, the Paddlefish's remains turned into a mountain that was thirty miles long from north to south, and thirty miles wide from east to west. Because the mountain was formed by the Paddlefish, people called it Mountain Riding, and the southern part of the mountain was called Mountain Riding. Until now, he could still find eight large rocks formed from fishes' fangs at the bottom of the Hapi Cliff, which was located on top of the mountain and close to the sea.

Legend has it that before the Eight Immortals crossed the sea, they sat on it to rest, and later on they called it the Eight Immortals Pier. The north of the mountain is called Tail of the Mountain. Since the late Ming Dynasty, when pirates frequently harassed the coastal areas, the emperor had stationed troops here to guard the sea, and ever since, Mountain Riding had become Mountain Riding Guard. Because of the steep mountain climbing, climbing is particularly laborious, it was later called Lao Shan. After the climb, the literati wrote poems and wrote essays for remembrance, and then added the word mountain next to the word Lou, which became today's Laoshan.

I don't know what kind of magic this story has, but I actually have to listen to it almost every night. I don't want to sleep until I'm done listening to it, so I've already developed this habit until I gradually grew up and stopped using my grandfather's story to hypnotize myself. However, I still often have dreams about this story.

CHAPTER 2 - BLUE AND WHITE SNAKE EATING HUMAN THROUGH THE AIR

In the fall of 1990, when I was six years old and in the first grade of elementary school, I was discussing some games with a few of my friends after school. In the countryside, there were very few people who had televisions, and there were no tyrants or Nintendo children, only games like playing cards, playing glass balls, playing hide and seek, and riding and fighting.

That evening, a few of our little friends were playing hide-and-seek in the patio. Unfortunately, I lost my scissor stone cloth and became a shadow, searching for them with all my might.

After counting fifty of them, I started to look for them. There were a total of four families living in our patio, and each of them had a canaliculus. Inside the patio, there were water vats and other cooking utensils.

I looked around the small sky well, only to hear faint hissing sounds coming from the south house's canaliculus. Unbeknownst to me, I quietly snuggled against the wall and walked to the outside of the south house's canaliculus.

He saw a small, grayish-green snake with flower spots circling around an inverted water tank, hissing as it spat out a core.

This made me feel very strange. But with the snake in front of me, no matter how bold I was, I couldn't rashly move forward. I could only watch from afar.

After a while, the little blue and white snake turned a few times, and then rushed out of canaliculus at an extremely fast speed, through the gaps between the walls of the Sky Geyser.

I wiped the sweat off my forehead. It was obvious that I was frightened by this Azure Flower Snake. However, after thinking about my companion who was still hiding in the dark, I immediately threw this matter to the back of my mind.

After I found my companions one by one, I realized that Da Kui had disappeared.

Da Kui was the tallest and strongest child among us. Although we were all between the ages of 6 and 7, he had the body of a child in his teens. We have a saying here: Fools grow big.

The children looked around in vain. They gathered together, wondering if this Da Kui had returned home. They came to his house, only to be told that he had not come back.

This time, even his family members were anxious as they searched everywhere.

By the time we got home to the patio, it was already late afternoon. The crescent moon quietly hung on the treetops, and the crickets began to chirp.

A few children were in the middle of a boring break when, from outside the partition wall of the patio, a rustling sound could be heard, followed by a series of hissing sounds.

He had just heard this sound a moment ago. It was the sound of the snake spitting out its core. However, the sound came one after another …

Just as I was hesitating, I saw several long bugs of different sizes dart out from the cracks in the wall. The blue and white snakes were in the first place, followed by the brown ones, yellow and green, and so on. The big ones were as thick as a water pipe, while the small ones were as thick as a thumb.

Just at this time of danger, I heard the sound of a metal door creaking on the outside. I shouted, Grandfather! There are snakes in the yard!

A series of hurried footsteps could be heard as his grandfather ran in with a crescent sickle in his hand. He was extremely surprised to see these snakes.

The blue and white snake bore the brunt of the attack and rapidly moved to the front of the rest of us. The core in its mouth hissed even louder and coiled up like a spring.

There was a whistling sound in my ear, and a black shadow, flashing with silver light, hit the eastern wall with a clang, sending sparks and debris flying everywhere.

Puff! The head and tail of the blue and white snake fell to the ground motionlessly. At this time, the parents of the children came one after another. When they saw the snake in the yard, they were all aghast. Some of them even picked up shovels and ploughs to protect the children.

When the other snakes saw that there were more people around, they stopped being greedy and turned their heads to flee through the cracks in the wall, leaving the corpse of the Azure Flower Snake that was split into two halves by the scythe on the ground.

After Da Kui's father asked about what happened, he also started to look for his son in the courtyard. I whispered to my grandfather, Grandfather, this Azure Flower Snake came by today. It was in the south room, and it was even circling around the water tank. After I finished speaking, I pointed to the water tank inside the Southern Room's canaliculus.

His face was covered with cold sweat, he slowly walked to the Southern Room canaliculus and arrived in front of the water vat. Pushing the bottom of the water vat, he flipped the water vat to the side, and saw that inside the vat, there was actually a skeleton, which was curled up like a tree, from the looks of it, it was Da Kui.

Everyone was stupefied. This frightened all the children present, and they all ran back home crying. It was said that some children had their roots burned, and some were still unconscious.

His grandfather walked up to him and said slowly: That long worm is probably not some ordinary long bug, it must be a cultivator from this mountain. Looking at its body, it has been cultivating for decades, and it seems that it has been cultivating for decades, and its abilities were formed during that time. It seems that the snake group is also with it, sigh, everyone be careful, watch out for your baby, don't let these animals get away with it.

He shook his head and took me by the hand back to his house.

From the south room, he could hear the loud cries coming from the canaliculus. After a while, he heard the footsteps of the crowd, they must have moved Da Kui's body back home.

I asked my grandfather, Are there any animals that cultivate in this mountain?

Yes, we are one of the places where the Taoism originated. We are the best in the world, and we are also a place where immortals often come from. It is very suitable for cultivation here.

But then, why do these animals want to harm people?

I guess he had no choice but to do so. As for the specifics, even I, your grandfather, do not know.

I saw that my grandfather didn't want to find out the root of the problem, and even more so didn't want to say anything to me, so I didn't ask any more questions.

The cool wind of early autumn was blowing gently, and the crickets were chirping merrily under the influence of the moonlight. The toad was also cooing along with them.

I opened my eyes in a daze and found that there were two rays of red light drifting in and out of the window. My heart skipped a beat and I tried to push my grandfather, but he was already standing under the bed with the light rope in his hand. He snapped on the light and took out a piece of yellow paper from the drawer of the black wooden cabinet.

I looked out the window again, but there was no red light, and I heard a rustling outside the door.

After Grandpa finished drawing the yellow paper, he took out an iron nail. With a flick of his right hand, the yellow paper was firmly nailed to the door.

He only heard his grandfather chant some strange incantations, but before he could finish, the door was smashed open and a white worm as thick as a wrist flew in. In a split-second, it wrapped itself around his grandfather's body, preventing him from moving.

The white snake's body twisted and coiled, becoming tighter and tighter, only to see my grandfather's face becoming redder and redder before turning purple. I was so scared that I peed my pants and hid far away in a corner.

Suddenly, the yellow paper on the door began to burn and glow with a bluish-green light. Suddenly, a white snake flew over and struck the white snake's body. Suddenly, the area where the white snake had been hit was set ablaze.

The white snake cried out in pain and bit down on its grandfather's neck. The flame was still fiercely burning, causing the white snake to sizzle.

The white snake released its grip on its grandfather. It writhed and quickly fled the room, disappearing without a trace in the blink of an eye.

Grandfather fell onto the ground, panting heavily. He saw that the space between his grandfather's neck had already turned black. He used a weak voice and said, Grandson, your grandfather's life is in your hands.

My snot was dripping onto the ground as I sobbed, Grandpa … Grandfather, I should... What should I do …

Grandfather raised his head and looked at the black cabinet that had taken out the yellow paper and said softly, ... That... In the drawer... Yes... One … It was obvious that he was having a difficult time speaking. His tongue was a bit big. He swallowed his saliva, gritted his teeth and said, There's one … Brands... Take that... Brand, go... The mountain is too... Clear Palace... Find the Pure Xuan … Dao Long... He can save … Me."

After speaking with great difficulty, my grandfather looked at me with eyes full of hope, as though he couldn't speak anymore and could only breathe with difficulty.

I laid my grandfather flat on the ground, put the blanket under his body, got up and went to the black wooden cabinet, rummaged in the drawer, and sure enough, in the drawer on the right, I found a Taiji eight trigrams wooden board wrapped in yellow cloth.

When he brought the wooden tablet in front of his grandfather, he blinked slightly, and the corner of his mouth curled up slightly.

Holding the wooden board, I didn't care much about the late night. I flew out of the door and headed for the Supreme Purity Palace on the mountain.

CHAPTER 3 - THE BIG WHITE SNAKE TAKE ITS LIFE LATE AT NIGHT

He ran all the way up the mountain, stumbling along the way. Once, he was almost dragged down the cliff by Teng Mansion. Even though the moonlight was bright and clear, the mountain road was covered by the forest, making it seem as dark and windy as ever.

After running for who knows how long, he could only feel a scorching pain in his chest. When I finally got to the entrance of Supreme Purity Palace, I stood there and covered my chest with my hands. I felt an unbearable pain in my chest, as if a fire was burning it, as if a knife was slicing through my chest. I panted heavily.

I breathed for a while. My heart was still beating wildly, and I couldn't care less as I gently caressed my chest. I walked straight to the bright red door of the Supreme Purity Palace and slammed it.

After knocking for a while, no one answered the door. I thought that I had come to the wrong place, since it was usually daytime when I came in the middle of the night. Could it be that I had taken the wrong path?

I took two steps back. My feet were a little hazy, apparently from lack of oxygen, and I looked at the familiar door. It was blue corrugated, and the mighty stone lions on both sides of the door had golden characters written on the door with the words' Laoshan Taiqing Palace 'in large golden characters.

After taking a deep breath of oxygen, his chest still felt extremely uncomfortable. He walked forward again and knocked on the vermillion door. There was the sound of footsteps from behind the door. My vision went dark and I fell down.

Smelling the fragrance of the wormwood, I slowly opened my eyes. I found that there were two people standing beside me. One was very young, while the other was an old man with a white beard.

With great difficulty, I sat up. The young Taoist supported me and handed me a cup of water. Little friend, drink some water first. Only now did you faint due to your exhaustion. You have just woken up. You must not make any big moves. His voice was refined and gentle, sounding extremely pleasing to the ear.

The white-bearded old man looked at me and was a little surprised. After I finished drinking the water in my cup, I asked, Little friend, it's late at night and you've come to visit. What can I do for you?

I hastily took out the Taiji eight trigrams card wrapped in yellow cloth and gripped it in my hand, then said to the old man: This grandpa, I want to find a Qing Xuan Dao Long, my grandfather was bitten by a giant white snake, right now, at home, it is extremely dangerous, please help me find the Qing Xuan Dao Long, my grandfather said, only he can save him. Saying that, I can't suppress the sadness in my heart anymore, and I start crying.

The young daoist looked at the white bearded old man and said, This is the Qing Xuan Dao Long.

I was stunned and quickly crawled back up. I knelt on the ground and kowtowed to Qing Xuan Dao Long a few times.

Qing Xuan Dao Long took the Taiji eight trigrams card and said in a low voice, Xuan Xi was bitten, looks like this snake is extraordinary.

Xuan Xi? This is the first time I've heard someone call you grandpa like this, could it be that grandpa is a Taoist? I suddenly thought of my grandpa's actions just now. That yellow paper, that incantation, that fireball that suddenly lit up …

At this moment, I didn't care much about it. I immediately kowtowed again and said, Dao leader, please save my grandfather! If you lose my grandfather, I won't have any relatives left! After he finished, he cried even more sorrowfully.

Qing Xuan Dao Long let the young daoist pacify me, he turned and walked out of the Taoist temple into a room. I don't know what kind of room that room was, but after a while, he came out with a blue bottle in his hand.

He squatted down in front of me and placed the vial in my hand. He held my hand tightly in his, and the warmth of the bottle flowed into my body like a spring.

He said to me, You can go down the mountain now and feed these medicinal pellets to your grandfather. The medicinal pellets will cure the disease.

I held the medicine bottle and was about to kowtow a few more times when he helped me up. He said 'support' and I didn't use any strength and was directly pulled up. However, it was impossible to see what happened on the surface.

Hurry up and go. There was an unstoppable force in his kind eyes.

I nodded, turned around, and ran out of the Supreme Purity Palace.

It was a strange thing, it was hard to get here, but when he went back, he felt as light as a swallow. His feet moved like the wind, and he probably only used half the time to get home.

I pushed open the wooden door that was broken by the white snake and walked to my grandfather's side. There were two bloodstains on my grandfather's face and he was already dead. Even though there was a smile on his face, his eyes were bloodshot. His entire body was covered in a black mist, causing him to turn purple. His body was stiff, and black blood flowed out from the wound on his neck onto the ground.

I threw myself at my grandfather and wailed loudly. The neighbors were also woken up by my wails and came over to check what was going on. When they saw my grandfather's death, they all took in a breath of cold air.

The villagers were all panicking, not knowing how to respond. For a long time, the entire village was thrown into chaos. After that, the villagers all shut their doors and went out, working all night and day.

I buried my grandfather's body in a clearing on the mountain with the help of my neighbors. There were few people here, and I didn't know how to spend money. I only found a piece of wood for my grandfather and got someone to write an epitaph on it.

After the seventh head, I went back up the mountain. The Supreme Purity Palace found Taoist Master Qing Xuan. When he heard the news of his grandfather's death, he could not suppress the grief in his heart and tears rolled down his face.

I said to him, Grandfather, I beg you, please avenge my grandfather.

He looked at me and said, Child, this is not called revenge, this is called removing harm for the people.

I looked at the twinkling light in his eyes, the sense of duty that comforted me. I bowed deeply and asked, Do you know where that worm is?

He hesitated for a moment before lowering his head and saying, It might be possible, but it might not be. According to what you said, if it's a cultivator's item, it should be where I guessed it to be.

Qing Xuan Dao Long went back to his room and took out a sword from behind his back, then said to me: Follow me. You go and see if it is.

He took my hand and we walked out of the main entrance of Supreme Purity Palace.

There were several times when I almost tripped over dead branches and trees. If it wasn't for the Qing Xuan Dao Long holding my hand, I think I would have died several times already.

As he groped his way through the beautiful scenery, he finally arrived at an extremely dilapidated area.

The temple was built on a mountain, surrounded by weeds, a cold wind, white walls covered in spider webs and plants, and the interior was dark and gloomy. Even in the daytime, one would not be able to see what was going on inside.

I followed behind Qing Xuan Dao Long. Beside me, a palm-sized black and green striped spider spat out silk and slid down my body. In an instant, my back felt cold and goosebumps rose all over my body.

Qing Xuan Dao Long squinted his eyes as he mumbled to himself, I really know how to find a place. Hmph, it's simply a trick!"

I asked in a daze, Grandpa Taoist-what is a Cloud Cave Pine?

I'll explain later. Something is coming out to meet us.

I heard a rustling sound from all around me, and in an instant we were surrounded by snakes of all colors.

Qing Xuan Dao Long said to me: Cover your mouth and nose well.

I didn't understand, so I did as I was told, covering my mouth and nose with my hands, not daring to breathe.

He took out a white cloth from his robe and slowly opened it. Inside was a small pile of yellow powder. He waved his right hand and the yellow powder instantly turned into yellow mist that diffused into the air.

In an instant, the sound of rustling could be heard before dispersing in all directions. The group of snakes from before had already disappeared.

When I asked the Qing Xuan Dao Long what it was, he chuckled and said two words: red and yellow.

I suddenly understood. I've heard about the medicinal plant, Xiong Huang, and I know it has a miraculous effect on snakes, but I didn't expect it to be so effective.

When the Qing Xuan Dao Long stood in front of the run-down temple, I stopped. I raised my head and saw that the temple's signboard was carved on top of a stone door.

I asked Qing Xuan Dao Long, Dao leader, is this Azure Dragon Pavilion also a Taoist temple?

He nodded his head and said: This White Cloud Cave was created two years ago by Tang Tianbao, and belongs to the Dao Sect, the Gold Mountain Sect. This place is the ruins of the White Cloud Cave, called the Azure Dragon Pavilion. The three words White Cloud Cave are carved on the forehead of White Cloud Cave. It was written by Rizhao of the Han Forest Courtyard at the end of the Qing Dynasty.

You still haven't told me what that Cloud Cave Pine is. I asked.

Before he could reply, a white light shot out from the hole along with two red lights. Even though it was daytime, it was still very red.

Qing Xuan Dao Long pushed me to the side and threw a bag of yellow powder to me.

At the same time, he took out the cold light treasured sword from his back, and met it head-on with the white light.

With a clang, Qing Xuan Dao Long's sword clashed with the white snake's head. Flames flew in all directions, as if they had hit a rock.

He turned around and lightly landed on the ground. The white snake had also rolled down onto the ground in front of the cave.

CHAPTER 4 - DRAGON SNAKE SPOT AND WHITE SNAKE MONSTER

The White Snake laid on the ground with its forked tongue, its eyes red as it stared at Qing Xuan Dao Long, only to see it shrink back and leap out, flying towards them.

Qing Xuan Dao Long s foot pushed off, and he leapt over the white snake, using his sword to stab at the snake head, and with another dang sound, sparks flew everywhere.

Instantly, the two of them exchanged positions. Qing Xuan Dao Long held the sword in his right hand, held the sword in front of his chest, with two fingers on his left hand holding onto the sword blade, he was mumbling something.

The treasured sword in his hand seemed to be surrounded by a strong gush of air, forming a thin layer of mist around the sword. Qing Xuan's right leg tightened, his left leg arched backwards, his right arm straightened, and the treasured sword pointed straight at the white snake.

The white snake opened its mouth wide and roared, spitting out a cloud of black smoke that shot straight at Qing Xuan Dao Long.

Qing Xuan Dao Long did not dodge, he changed from a bow-like posture to an independent posture, the direction of his sword still did not change. When the black smoke approached him, he said: Heavenly Thunder Sword! Suddenly, lightning flashed from the fog on the sword. Suddenly, five beams of green and white lightning shot out from the sword, piercing through the black smoke spewed out by the white snake and shooting towards its body.

Crack! Crack! Crack! Crack! Crack! Five sounds were heard. The lightning struck the white snake, and it was covered with lightning sparks as it kept twisting. While they were twisting and turning, a pair of red eyes was staring at Qing Xuan Dao Long.

Qing Xuan Dao Long took out a piece of yellow paper from his robes. This piece of paper looked exactly the same as the one his grandfather used at home.

He picked up the yellow paper and placed it on the tip of his sword. Then, he began chanting. With a shake of the sword, the yellow paper at the tip immediately began to burn, emitting azure-blue colored flames.

Isn't this the move that my grandfather used? I was even more certain that my grandfather was a Taoist at the foot of the mountain.

The white snake saw the cyan blue fireball and knew the power of it. It had already suffered the pain of this fireball the last time it was seeking revenge at the foot of the mountain. It didn't dare to hesitate and opened its bloody mouth.

The two fireballs collided with each other, emitting a dazzling light that made me unable to open my eyes.

The white snake writhed and trembled. In the glare, it shook so fast that I couldn't see its body clearly anymore.

In a matter of seconds, the huge white snake transformed into a handsome man with a human body and snake tail. He was not wearing any clothes, and his hair fluttered around his neck. His lower body was still covered by the snake tail.

The demon was very handsome, I was a little dazed. As a boy, I could see how handsome he was.

Qing Xuan Dao Long took a step forward, sheathed his sword behind his right back, and asked the white snake: If you don't cultivate well on the mountain and ascend quickly, you might have gone down the mountain and done such evil deeds, truly destroying your hundred years of cultivation experience.

The white snake man crossed his arms in front of his chest and said coldly, That old man killed my son, so why can't I go down the mountain and take my revenge?

When are we going to avenge this injustice? What's more, that child of yours … "

Enough! The White Snake angrily waved his hand and leaned out to speak to Daoist Qing Xuan, My son is wrong, he ate someone else's child. However, that child has already been devoured by the yellow skin at the foot of the mountain. My child only ate a yellow skin, what crime is that?

I stuck my head out from behind the rock and shouted, Impossible! We saw the skeleton of a child under the water tank, not some weasel!

The white snake snorted and didn't even look at me as he said to Qing Xuan Dao Long, You don't understand shit! That yellow skin has already transformed into a hundred year old human form, and after eating your little friend and putting on his skin, even if he dies, he will still be a human! Do you believe me? Let this old Taoist help you identify it?

After saying that, he sneered at Qing Xuan Dao Long.

I looked at Qing Xuan Dao Long and saw that he did not react at all. He said calmly: No matter what, you have harmed a whole family, and if they kill your children, the heavens will naturally punish them. Right now, it is not your turn, but I am going to act on behalf of the heavens and eliminate the things that harm the common people.

With that, Qing Xuan Dao Long raised his sword with his right hand, he assumed a handsome posture, and started chanting. The Spirit Qi around his body started to surge, and his robes started to scatter due to the Spirit Qi, he suddenly took a step forward and bellowed: Heaven Tier Sword, following that, he leapt high into the air and flew towards the white snake, the sword in his hand continued to swing, causing Sword Qi to strike the white snake's body.

The white snake's handsome face turned sinister, spitting out a core. It roared madly and leaped up, using its tail to clash with Qing Xuan Dao Long's sword in the air. As it slowly landed, it saw a spark moving between the two, flickering with light.

While using the Heavenly Dipper Sword Technique, Qing Xuan Dao Long held onto the yellow paper with his left hand as he chanted an incantation and shouted out loud, Open!

A number of stone pillars suddenly appeared on the ground, as if they were growing out from the ground.

Qing Xuan Dao Long swung his sword and slashed at the white snake's tail, producing a loud bang. His left hand released a white, rice like object and smashed into the white snake's body, causing white smoke to rise all over the white snake's body. He was in so much pain that he cried out and fell onto the stone pillar.

A thick slab of stone fell from the sky, and I was stunned. I really couldn't see where it came from, so I rubbed my eyes to see what was happening.

The white snake was even more manic after being trapped in the stone cage. It used its tail to hit the stone pillars that grew from the ground, but it was useless.

Qing Xuan Dao Long walked to the front of the stone cage and sat down cross-legged. He waved his hand and signaled the white snake to sit down as well. I was still quite a distance away, so I couldn't clearly see what they were doing.

I only saw their lips slightly move. I didn't know what they were talking about, but from time to time they would look in my direction, and from time to time they would nod and smile. It seemed that their conversation was really good.

After a while, Qing Xuan Dao Long stood up and muttered a few words. Suddenly, the ground shook, the stone pillar fell, and the stone tablet flew back to the White Cloud Cave, I knew that the stone tablet was not made of flesh, but was moved over.

He and the white snake turned to look at me and beckoned me over.

Trembling, I walked out of the yellow circle and walked in front of the two of you. I heard the white snake say, I have deeply reflected on the sins that I have committed. From today onwards, I will protect your safety until you die of old age. This is my compensation for killing your grandfather.

Before I could say anything, he turned into a small white snake and coiled around my body. He wrapped around my right arm and a piercing pain hit me. I cried out.

I trembled in fear as I pointed at the dragon snake mark and shouted to Qing Xuan Dao Long, Grandfather! Help me! He …"

Qing Xuan Dao Long smiled and rubbed my head as he said, It's alright, he won't harm you. With him protecting you, there won't be any problems. Don't worry!"

With that, he laughed and took my hand as we walked.

CHAPTER 5 - THE FIRST TIME I MET A BEAUTY ON MY WAY DOWN THE MOUNTAIN...

CHAPTER 5 - THE FOLLOWING ROAD FIRST MEN'S BEAUTY

Qing Xuan Dao Long held my hand, walking slower than before. When I raised my head to look at his face, a benevolent feeling surged in my heart. He actually had the same feeling as my grandfather.

I asked, Grandfather, how did you know that the White Snake Demon was hiding here?

He smiled and looked down at me, his eyes only affectionate. I know how to count, he said gently.

Ow ~! This so-called smart and calculating Daoist Priest, I'll call it you guys. This was a phrase that my grandfather often said. Every time he came back with a bountiful fish, my grandfather would boast, I am the smart and cunning Taoist at the foot of the Laoshan Mountains."

However, it was not often for fish and shrimp to be in stock.

Qing Xuan Dao Long laughed out loud, stroked his beard and nodded: Your grandfather is my senior brother, and he's even older than me by three years. I should call him senior brother.

He then looked at me and continued, We are all Taoists, and we all know how to count. However, the phrase 'clever and cunning Taoist' is not said by your grandfather, but by your grandmother.

    My grandmother?

Your grandma was on an immortal tour before you were born. When you were born, you were the only one in the Li Clan who had produced such a good wine. I even went out to eat your Hundred Years' Wine."

My grandfather never told me about my grandmother. I scratched my head and whispered.

Qing Xuan Dao Long smiled and said, Your grandmother was a beauty back then.

After a slight pause, he told me the story of my grandfather's departure from the mountain.

In the 1960s, as Taoists, their grandfather and the others were struggling to survive under the waves of old age. They were starving and extremely poor, so no one dared to leave the Taoist temple for fear of being denounced by the masses.

This was a day in winter. The mountain was covered with snow, and the wild fruits of vegetables were even harder to find. Everyone was extremely hungry, so they decided to send someone down the mountain to find some ingredients.

He wanted to exchange some money for something, but he realized that the idols, scriptures, cultural relics and temple tablets had all been destroyed, and there wasn't a single remnant left. Only the sword he used would be able to be exchanged for a few coins, so without further ado, his grandfather picked up his sword, changed into civilian clothes, carried a small knapsack on his back, and went down the mountain to look for food.

Snow covered the entire mountain. Heavy snow covered the path down the mountain. Grandfather relied on his profound internal energy and many dangers lurked around him. When he arrived at the foot of the mountain, it was already close to winter dusk.

He stood at the foot of the mountain and looked back at the snow-covered mountain, which had been dyed golden by the setting sun. His eyes exuded a cold aura as he turned around and walked down the mountain towards the village.

The mountain was also covered in snow. The roads that were trampled by the pedestrians were sparkling and translucent like a mirror; they were abnormally smooth. If one was not careful while walking on it, one would fall very miserably.

His grandfather carefully moved forward, only to see a girl wearing a cotton-padded jacket sliding on the road, each step was difficult. He then activated his internal force cultivation method and quickly walked to the girl's side, gently supporting her arm.

The girl had nearly fallen down a few times. Just as she was about to be supported and thanked, she tilted her head and saw a handsome, fair faced young man. She could not help but blush shyly as she glanced at him for a moment before turning her head away and thanking him softly.

His grandfather's eyes were also instantly attracted to the girl's beauty. She had large almond eyes, curved eyebrows, cherry red lips, a straight nose, and a small oval face with well-proportioned facial features. Just that single glance alone was enough to captivate his heart.

While her grandfather was lost in thought, someone shouted from the front, Yujuan! Who was that person? Come back quickly!" It sounded like an old man, and his voice was trembling.

He had only taken a few steps when his feet slipped and he fell backwards. His grandfather rushed forward like an arrow and grabbed the girl by the waist to help her up. At this moment, the old man who was not far away was already slowly walking over while leaning on a thick stick.

With just a glance, Grandpa was able to tell what was wrong. The old man's body emitted traces of black smoke, and his face was haggard. His waxy skin glowed yellow in the near dark sunlight.

The girl looked at her grandfather, her eyes filled with shyness. She once again whispered her thanks, but my grandfather did not meet her gaze. He only stared at the old man as he walked over, not blinking.

The old man walked closer and closer. A bell hung from his waist, which started to ring. He held the bell with his hand and slowly extended his right hand towards the treasured sword on his back.

The old man walked in front of him, and then he saw the old man's face, the deep sunken eye sockets, the two eyes that were pale and yellow, the pupils that should have been black instead were like broken eggs, drifting
