About this ebook

Less than 10% of people who take on personal and professional development goals actually achieve them. Why is this? It's not because of the content.

There are excellent books, audio-courses, seminars, teachers all showing you WHAT to do. It's not you - as you are motivated and excited to change.

The problem is that these courses, materials, trainings rarely show you HOW to do what you need to do change.

This book will revolutionise your life by showing you exactly HOW to do what the books, courses, seminars are telling you to do.

You will learn powerful and effective ways to make yourself do the actions you need to do on a consistent basis to achieve success.

Whether you are aiming to achieve personal goals such as lose weight, start a fitness program, write that novel or screenplay, learn a new skill or have professional goals such as a training program or accreditation, working on getting a promotion or starting or growing your own business, this book will unlock exactly HOW you will do this!

The How Principle - The Missing Ingredient to Achieving Any Goal

    Introduction

If you are reading this, chances are you either have a goal or change you want to make and/or have tried many times in the past to make changes which have not worked.

You may also have attended self-help or personal development courses, bought countless books and audio-courses. You may have read many blogs and magazines, consulted with people but still have not successfully made the changes you wanted to make.

I know these feelings, as this has been me on many occasions. I am there with you, as this has happened to me more times than I care to remember.

The point is that I have found what I believe is the reason why you and I have not achieved our goals.

Almost always, the excellent self-help and personal development materials we consume - focus on the WHAT. The What to do e.g. eat these foods, cut out that, use this meditation technique, use these productivity tips etc.

Very, very few books and other resources teach you
