BAD DAYS is a collection of three short stories and two poems that focus on getting through tough situations. The stories focus on the characters and the emotions they feel throughout their experience. The poems focus on dealing with a bad day and offer encouraging words to continue on.

"Nightmare" follows a young teenager named Alexandra and her struggle of coming to terms with the death of her father. Since then she has lived in an Orphanage with a terrible Matron who is abusive and cares little about the orphans she is in charge of. Alex decides she has had enough and wants it all to end but her friend Taylor offers a better solution.

"The Chase" is a story about two bank robbers who are running away from the cops after a somewhat successful heist. Kaitlyn and Kaleb struggle to escape their pursues when their getaway vehicle falls apart along with their plan. Will they be able to improvise and escape?

"The Road to Goodbye" is the journey of a woman by the name of Janice Summers who has come home to tell her mother that she didn't need her in her life. When she was young, her mother did not support her dreams and she ran away to follow them. Now her brother Charles tries to convince her to forgive her mother before it is too late.

"One Bad Day" is a poem written for those who have experienced bad days and the emotions they feel during those days. But it also encourages readers to stay strong and keep fighting because it will pass, and things will get better.

"Filth" is a poem written for those who don't like what they have become. It is about a struggle to continue on and change for the better even if you think it may be too late.
