- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5The text here, what exists, is carelessly edited. There is besides no presentation, no argument, nothing, just a bunch of study questions. This is apparently a classroom tool that goes with something unmentioned in the book. I "gained" nothing from the book except a dislike for this use of the word gain. It could be that the meat of the book is somehow missing from this digital copy. I like Sunder's lectures. I don't understand this book.
