There are two ways to go about operating a black market business; be invisible and hide your operation or actually advertise your operation to the authorities. This book will discuss both strategies and it is up to you which one you will take.

So why would you want to participate in a black market business?

The problem when running a legitimate business is that firstly there is a lot of competition and secondly there is a lot of bureaucracy. Competition doesn’t want you to enter the market and they are behind the rules and regulations imposed on new businesses. There are licence fees, legal fees, sign fees, inspection fees, advertising fees, training fees and insurance fees that all make entering an existing market really difficult. If you operate a business without paying for a licence, it is likely that if your competition find out you are going to get ratted on to the authorities.

When a local business starts up and gets all the funding and develops into a successful business they will start influencing local politics. They will have influences on local councils and use the power of politics and government force to lock out potential competitors. It is likely that all the fees that you have to pay now to start a business, the existing successful business did not have to pay.
