It is estimated that around 100 million native poelpe were inhabiting in the continent before tha arrival of the Europeans and it was their land for many years. Thousands of years before the entry of Columbus’s ship to America, there was another group of people who explored the land. It was the ancient Nomadic ancestors of the current Native Americans who journeyed across the Bering land bridge, from Asia into Alaska during the Ice age. Slowly they migrated through the land to Mexico and beyond. They were first named Indians by Christopher Columbus who mistook the land he reached was India.
As they drifted through different regions, there evolved to many tribes and nations. They adapted to the peculiar conditions where they lived and utilized the land and resourcces wisely. More than using, they worshipped the land and its assets.
The European invasions to the land kicked off
