Jan Prins
Grew up as the eldest son in a teacher's family, the Dutch economist Jan Prins (Amsterdam, 1946) was at an early age face a severe asthma that he frequent and prolonged shackled to the bed. In those difficult years, he found solace in reading different stories that brought him virtually in another world and made him forget his illness. This deep experience led him both during his studies and later during his work using writing to clarify its objectives and to convey. In the course of his life as a Governor in the Healthcare he was also always delighted in writing of policy papers, and it is in such a way that this for every person in the organization was clear. This pleasure in writing also extended during all kinds of other managerial activities and consultancy. Also the writing of stories and giving lectures always gave him a lot of satisfaction. With writing books, he has embarked on a new path. Its social commitment, coupled with a broad interest in the human being in all its diversity, brought him to the letter of the most diverse current stories and books. Most are pure fiction, these are covered by the so-called faction genre. These are fictional events mixed and displayed against and in a historical context.Writing has always been a part of his life, whether it comes to writing novels, stories, lyrics, life stories or speeches. He hopes to continue this in his further life.
