About this ebook

A journey into fictional worlds inspired by imagination and historical facts and mythology. There are trips to romantic wanderings and hopeful ambitions therein. Moreover there is social commentary on the state of the world and the role we as members of society play in the world. There has been a lot of speculation that we are being watched and that our lives are being guided by an intelligence which has offshoots whom we see under the guise of political leaders.

Furthermore there is speculation that there has been a war going on between the facets of this intelligence. The whole structure of society is a drawing and mapping of sessions of important world planning, and: crime, rape, war and poverty, are an aftermath of what is orchestrated.

In the travelling of this journey there is a narrative that takes place inviting a spectacle into the lives of ordinary people doing extraordinary things and sometimes extraordinary people who are misunderstood and often overlooked because of the perceptions concocted by the vast majority. In all essence, these short stories aim to give some psychological relief and evoke some emotional awakening, as well as broaden the spiritual spectrum in its ambiguous outlook.

    Introduction

Life tests us when we are least expecting it, or when we are eyes-wide open in the lookout. The important thing is to be ready when there are storms that are thrown our way, and to be grateful and fully present when it’s juicy, sweet weather — and smooth rides.

In the biographies of many people we meet, we are fed an education that might teach us what we are not taught in school. This is a stretching of the fixated idea that a classroom is strictly a place with four walls; where a mind is trained to be instructible — and clinically grasp facts. In the benevolence of the genius of the human mind, bestowed biologically or spiritually, there has to be a dimension beyond being a programmed vessel of one set, incessant agenda.

Acquiescing to the notion that the classroom may be found elsewhere, there is then a tuning into the forthcoming discussions, designed in the template of short stories. A holographic discourse, with mostly utopian ambitions, motivating human potential — and the phasing out of personal facets that do not serve the progress of individual success… And societal purpose furthermore.

The more selfless we are, the more we grow. It is then that we realise just how much we really need each other. In the literary illustrations of various concepts; ranging from: Sociology, History, Astrology, Science Fiction, Ancient Civilizations, Current Affairs, Unconventional Science and Politics — there are fictitious demonstrations, that aim to trigger one to think beyond. To dare to decipher esoteric thoughts and ideologies.

With this gumption, there is a humble and earnest longing to return to the conventional four walled classroom, and begin to question statements. And begin to investigate theories — and challenge schools of thought.

In its essence, it is not to encourage radicalism but rather it is to commend one to look within and magnify one’s significance. In a world that can conceal your innate divine identity and reduce you to a helpless and diminutive state.

In the forecasted environments, may you find some fruits of hope, and confidence to dream; for the more we dream, we dare to live. And judiciously, the more we grow; the more we know.

Here are the imaginings of Nhlanhla Moment Seyama: I have written these short stories during the course of five years, and many things have happened in my life that have angled me in perspective and creativity. An anthology of stories sometimes directed in non-linear time, sometimes in a past coloured with peculiar crayons — however, still provoking questions based on all the unconventional clues researchers have found. Beyond my human control, the pictures of this lens of thinking and subjective emoting; have been life-initiated.

    Enjoy.

    PART I

    Forest of the Dead

Five men were camping in the Skyland Trees,

The commander appeared and said: Master has to eat

Three men went hunting and soon prepared a feast,

They got full and drank ale

They started reminiscing about olden days

The crew men had so many stories to tell

Their lives had not been all that well

But they had plenty of experiences to share

Tobi was a shoe smith who got left by his wife for a rich business-man... Dangku was a soldier-general who had fought in the age-old tribal wars and had a son whom he sent to flee to a safe colony.

Shandel was a classic ladies' man and sailor who worked for the TrimSeas Cruise Company... Bobi was a chef who had a loving wife and two young boys to whom he had to return on a ship.

Sam was a writer who seemed very dissociative, quiet and pretty much kept to himself... Chief Zung was called Master as he was the eldest among the men and it so happened that Zung was a chief of a fallen village that got destroyed by a cataclysm. Upon such a time; he lived moving from forest to forest. Zung had been betrayed by a tyrannical rival chief who had overtly agreed to peace-making negotiations between the two clans, but was covertly planning to bomb the Zung-led domain.

The Chief spoke of how beautiful the land which he ruled was, dressed with: palm trees, waterfalls, golden mounds, women who bathed naked in rivers… And further elaborated how infants were raised in caves to protect them from negative atmospheric energies. For the virgins, being clothed was a matter of choice. The men began hunting and building huts before they had their first wet dreams. The food eaten was fruit, vegetables and yeast and debris from the tree of fertility.

The Chief spoke of how envious the chief Zokakongu was and that he was scheming to use machine to take over the land and sell it to foreign investors, thereafter kill the inhabitants as well as the investors after the deal. After this Zokakongu would burn the precious land and leave it inhabitable.

Relocating with power, money, gold and resources to establish colonies in far distant lands. The chief (Zung) spoke of how he then had to move from forest to forest hoping to find fruit and temporary shelter after he had lost everything… The story was told and lasted well into the night.

They all slept and woke on the next day with a plan to return to their homelands. Tobi spoke of how he was planning to make a revolutionary shoe and how his boss never took him seriously. Determined altogether to return and bring this amazing idea to the world.

Shandel told the men that there was a ship no farther than 1000 meters from where they were. It appeared that Shandel got into a fight after he slept with a prominent government official’s wife and this caused much commotion on the ship, to the extent that the crew lost its route and got stuck on this huge island they were now camping in.

This idea got Sam (the writer) motivated as he had to return to his daughter whom he had promised to help with her essay at school.

The chef Bobi had mysteriously suffered long-term memory loss but had glimpses of cooking in a ship at one time or another in his life.

The men, Shandel, Sam and Bobi went to go search for the ship at once. Dangku stayed behind and insisted to look after the old Chief Zung. While they both stayed behind Dangku spoke of how he was manipulated by a tyrannical king who promised the soldiers freedom after they had conquered a piece of land...

He went on to say that this chief forced the soldiers to burn some 'worthless' piece of land, this, the chief (Tangut) said, would be their last mission... After burning the land, the soldiers were brutally shot by cannon balls under Tangut's orders. Dangku survived the shots and stumbled until a group of men lifted him and left him where he now was, in the forest at which they were camping.

All the while the three men who went searching for the ship found no ship but rather remains of burnt clothes, equipment and some dead bodies. This triggered a vibration of consciousness and it turned out that Shandel drowned after he was thrown off the cruise ship; punishment for sleeping with the government official's wife.

Bobi was a chef on the same boat, although they had never met, and suffered a head injury due to the commotion on the ship; he hit a metallic casing for vegetables and died immediately. Sam was writing a book that aimed to expose the corruption of the TrimSeas Cruise Company and was mysteriously found shot dead in his apartment. The same energy spiralled across the forest and Chief Zung remembered that he was poisoned and not in any way attacked and took at least three days to die as he moved from forest to forest ill.

Chief Zung then informed Dangku that Tangut was another name for the tyrannical chief: Zokakongu and told Dangku that he belonged to the Army of The DarkBlade, the strongest army there ever was. General Dangku then remembered that he survived the mass-murder through cannon balls, which came from military machines; however, he recalled that he suffered internal bleeding and the group of men who helped him move were the Spirits of the Dead, of the Kontoki underworld.

All the men then realised that they were ghosts and had been dead for about a year. They had slowly met over a period of time and they all had one connection, the shadow of the Barons of The TrimSea Company and its cartels. And this is how the ship and its story became a mystery. Tobi the shoe-smith had only been in a comma after a fallout with his boss in his homeland (physical world). While lucid he negotiated with the Spirits of the dead of the Kontoki underworld while the three men went searching for the ship.

And while the Chief and General Dangku were chatting; the spirits agreed to give him his life back on condition that he wouldn't investigate the mysterious ship's whereabouts and that he would let the world know about this mystic island.

The common thing among the men now was that they were dead and belonged to the forest of the dead... Their mission now was: to meet others on the island, form an army, come back to life and avenge the TrimSea Cruise Company elite and its networks.

And it is said that this is how The Army of the Forest of the Dead came to be.

    Mbali and Zulu

And by hope did he sit by the river, waiting for a chance for his heart to quiver. Would his luck deliver? He always sat by the mystic river, always wondering… Day-dreaming. And one day a girl named Mbali came on the other side of the river to draw water. He couldn't speak as he was timid, struck by her beauty.

The sun wouldn't shine by day as he'd have to wait for the entrance of dawn to see her again... By luck under moon shine, in the blurry image of the night did her eyes shine and his heart pound. Every day, he would go at night just to see her, even from a distance, even though he wouldn't speak to her...

Until one day, he decided to write letters and tie them to rocks and to then cast them over to the other side. Upon opening one letter one day, it read: I have not known day until I met you. My heart has been solid until it was melted by the likes of you. My eyes were blind until I saw you. My mind was dull until I pondered on your every pixel.

Elated she responded: And though I do not know you, it is the steerer of the rivers who has brought you here. Whatever game you are playing I cannot cheer. You are so near yet so far, how can you be my lover when you are not here?.

Frustrated the boy continued to write but stopped posting. He went to a farmer who lived in a distant village; he made a deal to work for him until he could earn a cow. The farmer asked, What is it you want with a cow young man?, the boy replied, There is a precious jewel awaiting to be collected and I best hurry before the rich find her...err-uhm - I mean it...

Chuckling, the farmer said: So it's a girl you're in love with... Well not a problem, you will do half the work and take part in my bi-annual ancestral ceremony then shall you earn your cow. And so it was, the boy got drenched in the blood of a goat, and his cow for him was skinned and butchered.

He left dragging its skeletal system and its skin worn as a coat. So, he began building a boat to cross the river. The first was made from rubble but did not move. So, he sent another letter, this time she replied kindly, saying: But oh warrior of love, slave of folly, do you work this much to be my one and only? You best be heaven, for hell I've seen, Without the muscle of passion lonely have I been... Inspired, the boy now used only wood to build the boat, however testing it, it sank. Frustrated he wrote: Does this heart of love only bleed? As the boat of my redemption ever breaks, you and I cannot be a mistake, doubt and hesitation dare I forsake. My sun, my flower in winter, my snow in summer I am not a quitter.

This time the boy used wood, a bit of rubble as well as the skeletal system of his cow. (The meat of the cow he sold for a good price to the highest bidder) This would be the first person in either divided village to cross and live. There were crocodiles and snakes in the river. The water was sacred and used for healing. The girl had an ill grandmother and she had to wear a certain necklace each time when drawing water... This was probably the reason why her eyes sparkled at night.

And so, the endeavour began, and as mystery unveiled; the boat moved and on it he got and rowed and rowed. Just halfway a snake jumped into his boat and a crocodile was nearing. He then calmed the snake by whistling in a strange rhythmic tone, this woke the girl (as she had been thinking about him ever since) and she took a lamp with her to go see what was transpiring by the river.

Shaking from what she saw, she screamed and started crying, the boy remained calm as he was dealing with the snake... Bravery either out of fear or character sprung out of the girl as she threw the lamp along with her necklace... The boy wore the necklace and shone the lamp and the snake, the crocodile and other creatures instantly disappeared. And this is how Mbali and Zulu met. Zulu went on to become the chief of that village and took just one wife; Mbali. Being the only chief-king to ever do so.

Mbali means flower in English. And Zulu means Heaven. This is a story about crossing boundaries, going the distance and fighting for love... In the pursuit of the flower of heaven or the heavenly flower... In which we find our soul's redemption.

    They Say

Long ago there were the Watchers, the Talkers and the Doers. These three families lived in perfect harmony until the Talkers told the Watchers the secrets of the Doers. Criticism, jealousy and witchcraft were born. Along with this came indoctrination and codes of ethics where the order of the day was simply going about one's business in a creative and harmonious environment.

The Watchers began plotting conspiracies of sabotage against the Doers, with the help of the Talkers. The Talkers and the Watchers interbred and this created a hierarchy; the Doers being at the top. The Doers endured several attacks and contempt; from these labels were born whores, thieves, adulterers and liars. As the generations passed the Doers gained a status of mediocrity; however, they remained rich for they strived and never rested until they achieved all their goals.

Envy was born from the Watchers-Talkers offspring and soon they began doing, only whenever they did, they wanted the whole village to know and notice. These offshoots watched what everyone was doing and spread gossip and were responsible for designing the public image of individuals. This caused segregation. However, The Doers responded by running Self-Awareness and Transparency campaigns; which sought justice and objective scrutiny of the downtrodden members of the village. The campaign was a success and the Doers gave up some of their fortune to improve the welfare of the village people.

The Watchers-Talkers dynasty fled East toward the mountains where they planned the downfall of the Doers. They practised witchcraft and ministered the negative energies of the atmosphere and designed perfectly calculated belief systems that would be imposed upon the village. From this came abductions… When people of the village went missing, they came back brainwashed — They returned to the village witnessing only faults and incessantly sought to enforce their opinions and beliefs upon the people of the village. This put the leaders in a compromising position for they had to now evict these victims who were poisoning the people with confusing dogma.

Needless to say, that in those times of the Doers; all truth and transparency was flawless. Reasoning was but the base of sense. The occurrences led to the village and the Watchers-Talkers colony going to war.

After the war amends were made, however chaos infiltrated the village and families were segregated according to demographics. Witchcraft was legalized and planned war became law. Justice died. The leaders of the Doers dynasty were infected with disease and hypnotized. Numerous divisions existed, each division with its doctrine, however inferior to the official doctrine of the state. Volunteering and trade became replaced with money.

Love was replaced with infatuation. Laws of Engagement were passed by the newly formed council of the village. The peoples lost the truth over the generations and have since become prisoners — where they are told it is home, and the norms — the way. This became the world of people who watch what other people are doing and talk about it so that the Authority does something about it.

A pilgrim once foresaw that there would come a day of nothingness and silence where there would be nothing to watch and nothing to talk about and thus have nothing done about it. It is believed by scholars of these visions that this will be the Age of Love, Peace, Harmony and Creativity.

This will be the day when those who say how one should think and what the eyes best watch; to talk about it creating a sync network, pleasing the authorities, Will have come to an end and the conscience will be freed from confinement. And the elders and the children thereby will no longer preach they say but rather WE SAY. Where the watchers will truly see, the talkers actually listen and hear... And the doers witness due compensation for the work they do and its intent revealed. And that day begins today.

    The Cave by the Waterfall

It was on his day, Chief Captò, that nobles of the land had superior right to have the finest women in the land. It was a noble called Laku who had the most beauteous woman apart from the royal family. However down south in the bushes of Andbah there lived a poor and kind gatherer named Simsa.

It was a breezy day when Ningka was innocently collecting berries around a nearby forest, and this was when he saw the most beauteous woman, he had ever laid his eyes on. Her name was Simsa and she was the wife of the noble Laku. She furtively went to an unknown mystic river where she bathed when her husband had been mistreating her.

Ningka stared at her and was captured in a frozen moment, it had seemed like time stood still and his heart had been dancing at the centre of the universe. When she was almost done, he ran down toward her. She was shocked and timid and she quickly covered herself with a tan linen blouse. He gently apologized and jokingly said his eyes fell asleep and it was his heart that drove him to walk to where she stood. This calmed her and she immediately liked him.

A week went on, they had parted ways after the inappropriate introduction, and spontaneously during a parade held by princess Ingna, he saw her again and went to her. He would have to stop as he learned that her husband was there. So, for days Ningka conspired to meet with her and one day when he was doing his chores, a convoy came to the bush of Andbah to inspect the living conditions there, to his surprise the noble Laku was riding on an ass with his wife Simsa.

The men of the convoy were bored really and were looking to stir trouble, so they kicked the few men there around... And employed condescending acts and this escalated to them wanting to burn a few huts, this was when Simsa climbed off and gave food to some of the children and the men she gave water. She ranted at her husband and ordered the nobles to leave. Before leaving she shared an anecdotal yet fiery stare with Ningka.

The following week she was accompanied by a herdsman and he brought with him chickens and a few birds as welfare to the impoverished tiny vicinity of Andbah. This led to Simsa and Ningka sharing a long and intimate conversation and they planned to meet a few days later where they had first met.

On this day he would bring with him berries and a carved drinking utensil. She was impressed and casual flirtation led to kisses, and they started undressing each other but then a fox running past disturbed them so they decided to go to a place more secluded.

They jolled and searched; finally finding a place, it was a place up the forest. It was a cave nearby and just behind the waterfall. There they laughed and talked and music played in each of their heart... In a short while a nightingale invited another sparkling kiss and it started to rain and they made love and with each orgasm it would seem the skies were applauding with thunder claps.

This would be a frequent thing and the cave became their love shack... Months passed and the noble Laku didn't notice a thing until one day two boys who were out on an errand saw them kissing in the forest. They would each go home and tell their parents. And word spread out, it wasn't long before the bush of Andbah was ambushed and Ningka captured. He was tied arms and legs against a post, where he would be whipped and beaten. Simsa begged for his pardon but to no success.

Ningka would be starved and was set to be sold to a brutal missionary who traded slaves. With continual appeals and attempts to save Ningka, Simsa finally managed to twist Laku's hand and at the least he was told to evict the valley and never come back. On the day he left her last words were: Men I've met, men I've known but nothing compares to the love you've shown... I will never forget you.

Ningka had neither family nor friends and was left heartbroken only because he would never see the only woman he truly loved. Simsa would continue to sexually fantasize about him, dream and think about him and the love they shared in the cave by the waterfall...

After walking a short distance Ningka was surrounded by men in black hoods and was brutally and quickly murdered... EXCEPT, he would live again as there was a twist. Ningka was actually an avatar and in reality, was living in the present-day Iron Age and worked for the CIA. He was sent on a mission to travel back in time to find the key to the Ark of the Covenant which the Chief Captò hid in a secret place. Unknowingly every time Ningka fornicated with Simsa he increased his vibration and allowed ally Ultraterrestrials to teleport to the cave and be on the search.

Simsa was the descendant of a goddess and was an evolved and advanced soul. She served as a portal. A person from that time had to be influenced and the men in black hoods were actually the ally Time-Travelling Ultraterrestrial Agents.

The key to the Ark of the Covenant would influence future events, wars, legislation and systems. Powers evil and good were after it, including; The Collective, The Nine, The Order.

And in actuality Ningka's real name was Edwin Nate, a mathematics prodigy who joined the CIA at age 20. For Edwin politics was politics, yes, the job was mind-blowing but he would never forget the beauty and love of Simsa...

He would never forget the love they shared in the cave by the waterfall.

    The Game of The Lords

It was after the last Galactic War, when those from the stars came and gods became. They indulged in the pleasures of the Earth. They created and mated. Over time they got bored and got innovative. They created hybrids to work for them and adore them. This hybrid had a confused consciousness. Once this hybrid was one (whole) but because he was too god-like and powerful, he had to be separated.

Male and female were born. Because this separation caused a void in each and a longing for freedom, laws were made and temples built. And the world as we'd have it would be As It Is in Heaven. There were different civilizations of lords and they contended with each other as to what the best way to rule man was. So, each sect had its belief system. However, this didn't build a bridge to close the gap between male and female.

These laws of Conduct and Engagement became integrated into what is called the Game. If you were a man you had to court a woman in order to have her company but because of intense sexual activity and interbreeding you had to marry before having sexual intercourse. The women were encouraged to make the men trail, suffer and earn to have sex. This was effective to the lords for man would concentrate on the illusion of the game rather than the divine art, mystery, sophistication and connective power of sex. So, sex outside of marriage was ridiculed; the participants scorned.

There were brawls and arguments about who had the right to court which woman. The highest honour was laying with a goddess or god; as it gave you all knowledge and ability — This was forbidden by other gods as it would amplify the mobility and authority of man. It was decided then that those of the genetic line of the dominant gods of the time or the empire with the largest influence had a birth-right to marry the fairest women.

It was at this point that kingship was born, the MacGods of pure blood. They would then be the intermediary between man and the gods. They would see that the game is carried out as well as other affairs. This new style of relationship conduct caused much conflict, hate and intolerance.

And as the ages went with man defending himself with passive oppression; as division was succeeding with language, culture and tribes... Those who were in resistance sought to restore or imprint the liberty of humankind; they were known as the Rebellious Liberals. In those days if a man fornicated out of wedlock or unmarried; he was hanged. These acts of tyranny and Authoritarian dictatorship led to man hating the gods; yes man hated his selfish parents.

So, the wars against the gods began. And the kings sought to protect the dynasty of the gods. The gods that were conquered hid in the underground, others fled into other galaxies and planets and colonized there. The beauty of love had endured
