Beep. Beep. Beep. It was three a.m. time for the next flight. Beep... the ringer on the iPhone was annoying, turning it off immediately and awoken rudely by the wake up call, Vivian sighed. Vivian Hoffer was an airline stewardess for Virgin Atlantic. A plump, cheerful, girl of twenty-nine. Vivian was an American who lived alone with her cat named Ms. Sing Song in London, England.

She was in a three star hotel in Los Angeles C.A. Suddenly upon rising she put her hand on head. Her head throbbed from the pain soon she remembered the year and that she was living in the 21st century. Yes, she sighed the flight from Dubai had been very long indeed. Today’s flight was to leave at five a.m. and she had not a moment to lose. 

Vivian stepped on the bathroom scale dreading the outcome. She tiptoed on the scale expecting the number to be lower than the day before or in this case thirty hours ago. She anxiously looked down once more, Oh, no, she thought as the dirty hotel scale showed her to be 161 pounds. Great now instead of being just forty pounds overweight I’m forty-one pounds overweight! Oh, well time for another hectic day. With that annoying factor of fatness out and done with, she wrapped her hair tightly into a bun and secured it with

hair pins. Topping it off her red jacket, white blouse, and red pencil skirt made her one of the official airline stewardesses for Virgin Atlantic Airlines.
