Not only that, but it proves the validity of the arguments by using medical and surgical studies of the patients ailments. The author is a scientist and a surgeon. He studied anatomy and embryology in full details that makes him argue with confidence. The doctrine of creation has a solid foundation which is the true word of God. The author used the results of surgical procedures that are done by spiritual knowledge compared to others done by natural man, whose knowledge is based on the theory of evolution. These have changed the procedures from difficult and complicated, to a single day procedure with financial gains to the patient and to the public. The relation between sin, diseases, and death is studied and proved beyond doubt. The salvation by justification, sanctification, and righteousness is explained and also proved beyond doubt. Man is created and evolved to a higher degree of holiness by the working power of the Holy Spirit, contrary to evolution by genetic mutation and natural selection that might promote the man to a high intellectual standard, but this usually brings low moral value with it, that at the end lead to death from moral decay, alcoholism, and drug addiction. The evolution is produced by knowledge and experience, and it caries with it, away from God, all the destructive elements to humans.

Shall morl man be more just thasn God? Shall a man be more more pure, than his maker. Behold he put no trust in his servants ; and his agels charged with folly; How much less in them that dwell in houses of clay, whose foundation is in the dust, which are crushed befor moth. JOB, 5:17,19

For the body is not one member, but many. But now hath God set the members every one of them of them in the body as it has pleased him. And if they were all one member, where ere the body? But now are they many members, yet but one body, And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: Nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. Nay, much more those members of the body which seem to be more feeble, are necessary, 1 Corinthians, 12: 21

God created humans and all he needs instantly by the words of his mouth to work in perfect harmony by the communion of the Holy Spirit. He created them male and female, similar in all organs, except the genital organs, also different are the hormones that control the organs and attract them together. The existence of males and females marvelousely fashioned for child bearing and sex propagation, completely separate, but essentially dependant on each other is a marvelous act of creation, that can never be otherwise, accomplished.

The members and the organs of the person are independent but also able to co-ordinate their function according to the need of the whole body. The Holy Spirit is the Creator with the father who spoke by his word and all universe come into being. It is the communion of the Holy Spirit, that binds all things together, members of the family and members of the church, they form lively stones, in the holy temple, that Christ is the chief corner stone. All the members work independantly, yet they are dependant on each other for one and the same purpose of maintaining a healthy living. But by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may be a supply for their want: that their abundance also may be a supply for your want: that there may be an equality. As it written, He that had gathered much had nothing over; and that had gathered little had no lack. 2 Corinthian 8:14, 15. Evoltion and genetic mutation can not create existence of things that function according to a certain and higher goal.

The human and each member of his body are autonomous, yet they are inter-related and dependant on each other’s well being. It seems logic that this interelation is achieved by the nervous system and the endocrine system. There are distinct parts in the nervous system, the intellect, that occupies the frontal lobe in the cerebral cortex has the memory and the association areas integrated. At the mid part, the brain represents the emotinal system and the autonomic nervous system, which are at a lower level, in the hypothalmus and midbrain. The parietal, temporal and occipital lobes are important higher centres for the motor and sensorry systems. The autonomic nervous system is connected to the endocrine system, which are interrelated and controlled by each other. All the organs, systems inluding the nervous system are integrated, yet they are independent which means they have there own activities separate and controlled by their own function and can be completely independent for short time, provided their blood supply is intact. The intellect occupies the higher position in location and function. As mentioned it is located in the orbital surface of the frontal lobe. The Christian scientists believe that the Spirit working under the control of the Holy Spirit, is believed to be in a higher centres that control human existence, higher than the association areas. The soul is related to, and controls the emotional centres in the hypothalmus and frontal lobe. The Spirit and soul become seperated from the physical body after the death of the person. Thesese represent the true and actual human and have all his charcterstics and carry with them, all the sufferings that are for Christ sake, to present it, to God as a sweet saviour, of Christ well pleasing to his sight.

The Church is a christian community, that controlled by the Holyspirit and though not autonomous, however the work and act as one. It is separate from the society at large and united by the Holy Spirit. They are group of indviduals, but call themselves one body. It acts as one, work and think with one Spirit, yet each is independent in his own activities and choices, that submit to the work of the Holy Spirit. The church is not an individual or a person, it is a group united as one. You can for certainty understand a Christian and whether he has the indwelling of the Holy Spirit or not by the way he talks, and understand the group as following the same route. It is quite simple and easy to discern the Christian from others and simply the Church is the group of those indviduals. God is the spreme creator who created humans and separate some to be different, to be his own children called them after his nme, Christians. It stands distinct and elevated from the rest of the community. Created by the God as others, however chosen and predistinted into good work, that God has chosen for them to walk, even befor they were ever created. They are united by the Holy Spirit and talk and act the same. They are autonomous, and independent, however bound together and guided by the Holy Spirit. who binds husband and wife as one , physically complement each other organs and Spiritually work after the same mind. In a similar fashion, the whole community of believers as mentioned are quite similar and are called, to be one. There is no biological activities that can evolve into different indviduals, different physically but one spiritually.

The human Spirit is essential and separate from the human body, and ascend to its destiny that is predetermined, by God’s election and human spiritual and moral response. They are of more vital importance than the physical body in resurrection, when they become covered by the Spiritual body. The spirit, remains after human dies and carries all the codes that is presented to fashion the Spiritual body. They carry all the imprints from the physical body, the good and the bad and become directed to heaven or become sucked into the hell. The integrated circuits both nervous and chemical, count the age of the invidual, also the age of each and specific organs. The Spirit and mind which is the soul infiltrate each minute and small organelle in each and every nucleus and cell of the human body. Not only the age of the physical body is conted, but also the spiritual maturity that influence his future eternal life. A replica of each part of the human is stored and carried in the spirit and soul, in additin the imprints is always available in the Spirit and soul to form the template for the spiritual body, that transmitts the marks of Jesus Christ or the markds of satan.

O Lord, though has searched me and known me. Thou knowest my down sitting and mine uprising, thou understandest may though far off. Thou compasset may pass and my laying down and art acquinted with all my way. Psalm, 139: 1,3.

The Holy Spirit reveals to the Christian his true nature and his insignficance to humble him, to shut his mouth and and ask the Lord to take over the control of his life. Human created from dust wonderfully made, hower, he is completely depedant on God, the father. Any attempt by the human to be independant of the creator is vanity, absolute pride and ends in the bottomle pit. Every word, he speaks every step he walks should be totally controlled by his majesty. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly but by reason of him, who has subjected the same in hope, Romans, 8: 20.

Jesus, the Divine Word of God ordered all things for him and by him, all things by him consist and he is the head and corner stone of his church. All things are created by Jesus out of vanity, and nothing escape his attention, even the number of our hairs are counted. All are created by him with a predistinated plan that reaches to the heavenlies. Our mansion is in heaven waiting for those who are called and predestinated, and elected to spend eternity with him. He created all the universe working and interacting with our existence for our good, who love him and are called according to his purpose. God’s only concern is his children who are in this world and their safe arrival to their final destiny.

The human physical body consists of different organs and parts, each has a definite function, however, they are inter-related and their physiology is affected by the function of other parts. They are not one member, as the Apostle stated, but there are many, each has a peculiar and distinct anatomical structure, that has its peculiar function, however, its physiology is influnced and affected by others.

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said into unto them, Be fruitful and muliply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. Genesis 2:27,28.

The verse refers to the fact that God created human perfect after a pattern which is shared to a greater but variable degree by other creatures. God created Adam from dust after his own image, that is to say after the image of his eternal begotten Son. He created Adam from dust, and Eve from adam’s rib, both are dust in origin and are vanity with no real value except the breath of life, they have from the fountain of life.

John the Baptist advised those who come to repent and get baptised, not to be proud about their origin as children of Ibraham, because God is able to create his children from stones. The essential part in human living John added is the work that lead to repentance and godly living. The important fact, human has to keep in mind is what, the Creator stated to Adam when he attempted to exhalt himself, that he is vile and came out of dust, and hey are dust, unable to make themselves any different. The Lord Jesus mentiioned the limit of human capability, he cannot make himself taller or shorter, black or white. He as the Apostle Paul mentioned does not own any gifts all are given from Good and is asking why human should glory about things that is not his own. Humans are not only vile and dust, they may die and change to the same dust at any moment. The only thing that human can be proud of, is the fact that he belongs to the family of God the father, He adopted us and bought us by the price of the precious blood of the Beloved Son and this make us proud, a peculiar people and holy nation.

For that reason God ordered humans to remember that, as Adam was created from dust, so they are. Adam was created flesh and bone from dust and Eve from Adam’s rib which contains all the essential stem cells to form eve’s physical body. Adam knew that God created him from dust and Eve from his bone to be his helper and both are vanity. The picture one can obtain from these teaching, is that, Adam should always looks to the dust, look at his origin and be humble and eve looks at Adam as her head, to obey and to help and also be humble and obedient. In God’s mystery which was not revealed at that time, a second creation is planned to make human perfect and fit for heaven. For the dust of the earth to inhibite the heavenly places, is a miracle and mystry, however, it is glorious, that deserves to live a hunble life of prayer and Godly fear, give to the poor that it will be stored in the heavenlies. Paul considered himself sitting in heavenly places, while he was sitting on the cold and rocky floor of the Roman’s prison { Epesians Capter one}

And I will put enemity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed, it shall bruise thy head, and thou shall bruised his heel. Genesis 3:15. And unto Adam he said: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy lif …… Thorns also and thristles shall it brings forth for thee; and thou you… In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground, for out of it thou was taken: for dust dust thou art, and unto the dust shalt thou return. Genesis 4:17—19

It is of utmost importance that one meditate on the words of God that is in the Bible to understand the origin and deception of sin and diseases. Not only that, but the word of God gives wisdom and prudence and makes the simple and humble, more wiser than the old and experienced. God assured Adam that he is dust and will return to dust, for dust thou art, and unto the dust shalt thou return. The Bible stated, that Adam is dust, his origin is dust and his nature is dust and human have noting to be proud of, he should take head lest he forgets his origin and be proud and goes to the dust faster and his Spirit that is, God’s gift to him, goes to the bottomless pit. Another inportant fact is that God cursed the the earth for his sake, and nothing remains perfect and good. Not only Adam and Eve were cursed but all the creation are cursed with them. However, God promised all the creation, to be delivered from the bondage of corruption and sin by the death of his only begotten Son. Deliverance and gloious life are the promise of God to create the new man. He promised them deliverance from the bondage of sin and corruption, and from eternal hill to be parakers of the heavenly kingdom. This in God’s economy is far more important than the food and drink we must have to survive the earthy nature. Future life in heaven does not requre food and drink, it is joy and peace and are given free and without the activity of the members of the old man.

The universe, including humans were created perfect and autonomous, capable of maintaining their integrity, and function, however, it was made subject to vanity, because of Adams disobedience. Diseases and corruption become part of life, not because of evolution, which does not account for sin and death, but because of Adams disobedience. God subjected humans to vanity, however, he subjected the same in hope. God foreknow the dominion of sin due to Adams disobedience and prepared a cure, that only can be explored by the persons who have the mind of the Lord. The anatomy, of human can never start as a unicellular particle and proceed, without any design, and planing as what part of the body it will be, and how organs function and become inter-related without any direction or motive. Disease are specific, and designed always to fit the anatomy, to be more effective and damaging. Diseases, are simple and tailor made to fit the structure, easy to understand and treat, however, they are destructive and made to corrupt human parts to dusts.

God created all universe, Stars, moon, sun, and all the galaxie, including humans, all are created by him and for him. By the word of his mouth, he established the foundation of the universe, and by the pride of Adam and Eve, the foundation is shaken and could possiply be destroyed if humans continue in the same path. It can be rapidly and swiftly destroyed by the wrath of God, and nothing can bring the wrath of God other than humans pride, that include the worshiping of idols. Sin is a poisonous tool of the evile empire, and its sting, cause diseases that are tailor made and perfect fit for the best of God’s creation. A shaky foundation of the structure of the family and the anatomy of the human parts destroy the society at large and all are caused by sin. There is no damage or destruction any where that sin is not behind its occurrence and is unable to do. Human chooses sin, and by doing so, he gave himslf to vanity which is his real nature, and die. God never have an active role in the damage or destruction, it is the human by his own will do the things which are poisonous. There is no evolution or any mutation of tissues can make human better, on the contrary it makes human worse. Any mutation at a cellular level, that is not controlled by the immune system of the body proceeds to cacer. The human, if lift alone to himself, without God’s interference, will destroy himsel and degnerate. mutation always leads to dysfunction of tissues which degnerate and die to reach to an absolute imperfection and vanity.

The theory of evolution, with its two components, genetic mutation and natural selection, have no definite direction to follow, or predict, it has no motive to acieve or design to create. Never understood that, there must be Adam and Eve sin or diseases. There is no explaination as why human dies or any scientfic grounds for the search of the origin and source of diseases and its relation to sin. There is no connection between sin and disease, in the aethiest mind. What feel good do it, this is their system and doctrine to follow which allows human to sin, deceives lies to kill. Aethiest does not believe in God’s commandments or sin, he is too proud to submit to a supreme being. He does not believe in the spiritual law or commandment or the meaning and dimension of sin in the spiritual and physical realm. There is no sin and no punishment or penalty to pay, that can explain the pathology that could affect the part, in relation to diseases. Every incident in human life is a coincidence and nothing require exploration or discovery. For that reason diseases are explained by different factors which may or may not be related to each other, and for each disease, there are inumerble ways of treatment. The disbelief in the act of creation execuses human from accepting a spiritual or moral law. The nature of the disease and the pathology that makes its way to full foul mutated part with no protection from its evile element, cannot be predicted or expected, it may, however, given an evil or satanic explaination, that is based on the theory of evolution..

The Word of God explains sin and diseases, that allow perfect understanding of its source, which is consistent with the structure and function of the part. Their nature, is always related to the structure of the part and part of the function is wasted to promote and maintain its existence. God’s hand is always stretched to punish, however, before he does, he has the other hand, is strtched to love and support. The wisdom and knowledge that is from God knowes all things that is from God, he knows the mind of the Lord and knows his will to treat and cure. Sin is very sinful, it deceives to destroy human intellect which controls human personality and nature. Sin is a disease of the human spirit, soul and body and by the same pattern of action chooses the perfect tissues of the part and fashion a tailor made disease, that is easy to comprhend and eradicate. Diseases, however,cannot work opposite to the theory of evolution or work hand in hand with its philosphy, nothing there to comprhend or understands. The managment of diseases are difficult to achieve with no knowledge or wisdom to follow after, or predict its outcome. Evolution chooses a genetic remenant or a part that can be explained by its principle to explain diseases. The scientist that is looking for the source of a disease using the evolution theory can never be directed to the real origin This produce a disease that is eradicated by wide excision to avoid missing a part that could be related to genetic mutation or be affected by the disease of unkowen nature or boundary. The treatment becomes complicated and difficult, and often causes diseases on its own nature, vogue and mysterious.

The Apostle Paul described its poisonous venome, take occasion, of God’s Word, the commandment of the Gospel, to deceive human and slew him. It is the instrument of diseases and death, and no where in Darwin’s theory can be accounted for. It’s evilution cannot parallel humans evolution, both have different purpose and goal. Sin used human’s intelligence, to understand the law of God differently, to fit his purpose, for his owen lust. The same pattern, sin takes occasion of the good structure of the part, that perform the good function which is essential for survival, to develop diseases. Sin made a tailor made disease to fit the structure, which is made worse by the same activity which God created to do. Such marvellous handy work of God made manifest not only in his loving merciful act of creation, but also in allowing the creature to vanity, by a degree of human making, that parallel the human thinking to disobey God and become independent of his majesty. This is clearly manifested in human’s daily activities, in particular, its effect is clear in the surgical field, The discovery of the nature and causes of diseases was a shame for those who knew no God, but become vain in their imagination and for that reason, was given into vile affections and deceitful hearts.

The study of the anatomy and function of the different parts of the anal canal, and the diseases that develop provide a clear illustration of the doctrine of Christ as concerning creation. The anal canal is an example of small body part which has a characteristic and peculir feature. Its disease may has a simple appearance, varicose veins or multiple abscesses inside and around its wall. they might look aggressive or have the appearance of a simple lesions, however in both conditions, they are treated by an aggressive mutulating approach that fite the pride of the surgeon but leaves a scarred anal canal and lose its function. Both types of diseases in the anal canal are also amenable to minor procedure and minimal invasive surgery. Hemorrhoids, fissure, and fistula abscess disease, are simple diseases, yet they are sometimes quite painful, and the confusion regarding its nature has begotten confusion of their treatment. It has resulted in surgical treatment which is knowen for its serious damage and complicated results. The surgery usually leaves disfiguring scars that might lead to disability. For that reason these diseases have an element of deception in their appearance which covered their true nature. Often they look ugly and aggressive, however, a simple methods of treatment, are God’s mighty and stretched hand to help. Yet human who intentionaly ignore his beloved and helping hands choose to suffer more.

Nothing remains perfect, every cell, tissue and organ, degnerate with age and its existence comes to an end, at specific but variable time. Human dies because he was not evolved from lower species to live and evolve for ever mor, but he was created and disobeyed God and becomes subject of vanity.

For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly but by reason of him, who has subjected the same in hope Romans, 8:20.

God created a perfect human after the image of his only begotten eternal Son, that existed befor ages, befor he fully revealed his image in his earthy existence. The creation of the human followed a perfect design and perfect pattern after which all the creation and the animal kingdom were fashioned. All sea creatures in the deep and the birds that fly high in the sky, together with human follows a simple pattern. The systems, organs and parts follow the same system and function after the same physiological necssities. It is needless to say that some animals and other creature have parts that are more developed and more advanced in function than human being. Dogs have the centre for smell in the temporal lobe more developed than man, and have the sensation of smell quite remarkable, that he recognise different streets and different people by their smell. The same is applied to the sea animals and to the birds that fly in the sky and their sense of equillibrium that is well developed compared to man. None can be claimed to proceed other in development or origin.

The organs, heart, liver, pancreas and kidney are present in most creatures, with some developed more than the others. The limbs upper and lower are present in most creatures, animals walk on the four limbs. Birds walk with the lower limbs and use the upper limbs to fly. Sea animal use both upper and lower for swimming. The sea animals and birds in the sky with the humans and other animals are all present with a variable stages or degrees of development all in the same race or group. This discussion represents all living structures to be created by the One triune God, who created every things seen and unseen, vusible and invisible. Adam and eve together with the rest of the creatures are created by the word of God and cursed with Adam the master of creation, when he disobeyed God and sinned. The creatures which become subject to vanity by Adam’s sin will be delivered into the glorious liberty with the children of God.

For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope. For the creature its self shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know the whole creation, groanth and travaileth in pain together untill now. Romans: 20, 22. The Apostle Paul made it clear that the whole creation are created to be subject to Adam and Eve and were cursed with Adam and become vanity. It will be also delivered with Adam and Eve with the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The word of God teaches, us that the original sin had smeared Adam and and human race regardless their education and the advances they have made in science and technology, the race is at a lower scale, than when, first created. The tiune God created all things by his word, subject to him and are under complete control by him. Sin is a malignant tissue, that spread and destroy, sometimes without being revealed to the person affected or to those around him. Pride is a serious occult sin, could be noticed by othersm however, the affected sinner is not aware of its presence, untill it brings him dowen.

The Word of God have created Adam and Eve after the same pattern and their reproductive organs are complementary to each other. The female and male have sexual organs for reproduction that work together under the influence of the hormons of each person to compliment each other and form a complete perfect human. Each reproductive organ is essential for the other, the testes are essential for reproduction, the same with the ovaries. Both are not only independent of each other, but they are completely separate, the ovaries in different person, located in the pelvis of the female, and testicles are completely separate and located outside the body of the male. There is nothing lacking between the male and female, No science, no knowledge, wisdom or discernment or prudence that are present alone or in combination, can create human, or can interceed for human or even explains the necessity for the existence of male and female for evolution to proceed. Two different persons each independent and autonomous of the other, and each controled by hormones, that influence the othere, for self and same purpose, how marvellous; your creation, O God, nothing can have a glimpse of your knowledge.

It will be discussed in the book that the sinner, cannot help himself or help others. Sin can only conceive deception and lack of awarness of the person moral decay. He can reach a higher degree of education, that can elevate his standard of living, however, sin can destroy it all. Immorality and sin can cause the elevated and intelligent brain to decay. Alcholism a product of intelligence, can cause the intelligent to lose his memory and walk around without being totally aware of self existence and memory. Only the Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscient eternal God is capable to create, and his creature can reproduce and multiply. Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, …, and he will rule over you. … 3: 16.

To summarize there is no organ or part that is not found or lacking in either man, all are similar, with the conception of the genital organs that are different complement each other, for one and the same purpose, and that is reproduction.

The human male or female forms one distinct and unique entity with many organs and parts, that are similar, but differ from each other with different functions that are autonomous, however, they are affected by the conditions of the other parts. The human brain is the supreme organ that forms the identity of the individual as a perfect person. It control the human organs and different parts, each with a unique and distinct function through the means of the spinal cord and the peripheral nerves as will as by the chemicals that are produced by the endocrine glands. The human is an intelligent that can associate different incidents or pieces of history to gether and come up with a conclusion or a new disovery. For that reason the frontal lobe is unique to make human an intelligent creature, that controls all other creatures in the animal kingdom. The human organs, visera and parts, each has a definite and unique structure and funtion are autonomous, yet they are influenced by the function of eacgh other. In addition disease of one part influence the function of the other part.

There is common and basic foundation and system for human organs and parts, they are created with definite design to withstand excessive demands of function and perform that function to a variable degree, when affected by diseases or part of its structure is removed. Their parts are more than is required to perform its normal physiological activities. That is to say it has a reserve capacity that can be called upon to perform and maintain the basic needs for optimal function, and survival of the person. Often the stressful situation requires more activity to maintain the perfect function and the organs are adapted to perform the extra physiological demands.

The human has two kidneys, however, he can live with one kidney if the other is diseased or excised due to trauma or malignancy. The liver can perform an optimal function by 50% or less of its anatomy, and the same can be applied to the pancreas. This, however, does not mean that the same can be applied to each organ or part. Some organs or viscera can be dispensed with, other parts, even the tiny piece of its structure cannot be ignored or dispensed with. The brain has a large reserve capacity and human, only use part of his intellectual capacity for normal activities. He can can keep in memory and originates new inventions and new discoveries, with loss of some cells. however, the damage in other instances may lead to paralysis, deafness or blindness. The anal canal is a good example of an anatomical structure that is used by the author to illustrate, the function of its different parts in health and disease and the treatment that can provide a simple and easy answer without complications. It is a 4 cm structure that acts as a sphincter, of indispensiple function, damage of a part, can disturb this function. Its upper half, in the sub-mucosa, is the pile bearing area, and is quite immune to to pyogenic infection, in other words it can never act as a source of infection for fistula abscess disease. The lower half of the anal canal, has in its lining the source of the chronic anal fissure and the fistula abscess disease. However, diseases can spread to involve the other part, the fistla disease can spread to affect the upper half and piles can enlarge to involve its lower half. Cure is only possiple when the source of the disease is dealt with and any extra surgical procedure damage the anal canal function, with no added benefits.

The heart and the lungs are located in the chest cage protect by the ribs and sternum, at the centre of the cardiovascular system with the lungs on each side, to ensure that the blood is oxygented befor it circulates to the different organs and parts of the human body. The cardiac hypertrophy represents a reserve capacity, that the heart call upon, for extra work. This allows the heart to meet the extra demand for work and function for a prolonged peroid, untill it fails, a pathological condition that is called heart failure. The condition affects the left ventricle first then the right ventricle fails and cause what is clinically knowen as congestive heart failure. The congestion is reflected on the lungs and diminsh their capacity to ventilate air and oxygenate the blood. A condition that is called clinically decreased vital capacity and results from the congestion and stasis of the venous blood in its vessels, and pulmonary oedema. The condition causes difficulty of breathing and dyspnea or shortening of breath. It is an example of the need for a healthy heart for a healthy lung to do its optimal function. A diminished capacity of the lungs to oxygenate blood affects all the vital organs, including the heart its self. The liver, in time become congested and enlarged which affects its function as an important organ for metabolism. It becomes clear that God created humans to love, cherish and become dependant on each other and this is clearly manifested in the different systems and organs, that form the human being

God created the lungs to be two, each has two lobes and the right has three lobes. That is to say The loving merciful God created an enormous reserve capacity for human that can allow him to live with one lung. Sin is poisoous, smoking cigarettes is a sin that affect both lungs, and cause interstial fibrosis and decreased vital capacity in both lungs. The same smoking with lust after food, especially tefined carbohydrates and fat with high cholestrol cause generalised atherosclerosis or hardening of arteris and no artery is spared that include the coronaries and their major branches, the carotid that supply blood to the brain and its narrowing cause cerberovascular accidents and stroke.

The liver and the pancreas are organs that are located in the upper part of the abdominal cavity, below the diaphragm which is a fibromuscular partition that seperates the chest from the abdominal cavity.Both the liver and pacreas are dependant with specific function for digestion, however, they augment each other function. Diseases of the liver and pacreas are a good of their relation to sin. Alcholism cause alcholic hepatitis which damage the liver cells which become replaed by fibrous tissue that cause the liver to scarred and fibrotic, a condition that is called liver cirrhosis which in turn is related to pancreatitis and enlarged spleen. Alcholism is a sin that is related to lust after food and sex, it damages the heart, that in time causes heart failure and venous congestion of the liver which lead to an enlarged liver, and in time liver cirrhosis. The understanding of creation as a divine fact and sin and its relation to diseases, make it easy to point to sin as a dangerous foe and avoid lust that lead to alcholism that produce diseases in different organs. Alcholism cause myocarditis which means a damaged heart that lead to enlarged liver and cirrhosis, both can be directly related to excessive alchol consumption. Fatty food and obesity are important facors of liver disease and hardening of the arteries of the heart and brain. Diseases of the liver can be also responsiple for kidney disease, a condition that is called, hepato renal syndrome. Liver damage and cirrhosis are important causes for primary hepati cancer.

Alcholism, over-consumption of food rich in fat and carbohydrate and cigarette smokig may lead to peptic ulcer and cancer stomach. In addition the lust of the flesh, that leads to over eating, alcholism may also lead to hardening of the arteries of the heart, that lead to myocardial infarction. Arteriosclerosis of the arteries of the brain cause stroke, it may affect the arteries of the lower limbs and lead to gangrene that damage the muscles and skin and may require amputation.

The sin is caused by one own doing and he is moraly responsiple for the diseases it causes, however God always is willing to repair the damage the human causes to himself. Despite God’s commandment and warning no to be proud or do sin, human do and receive penalty, and God always interfer and stretch his hands to safe.

And I will put enemity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed, it shall bruise thy head, and thou shall bruised his heel. Genesis 3:15.

In addition to the diseases just mentioned, overeating of fatty food and white refined carbohydrate, also cause constipation and straining during defecation, which increase in intra-abdominal pressure. Thes consumption of faulty diet habbits is the result of lust after food, the refined and expensive that leads to is lust and sin and human has a penalty to pay which is quite often serious. It relates to lall the systems of the body directly or indirectly. The carbohydrate is an important cause of obesity and diabetis which are important causes of large and enormous list of diseases. Diabetis cause fatty liver that affect the metabolism of the entire body. Obesity cause heart disease weakens the muscles of the abdominal wall and cause hernia. In addition it caused osteoarthritis of the hips and kness that are responsiple for a group of diseases that result from injury to the back or other parts of the body.

The human anatomy with its different and often complicated parts provides an unshakable proof of the doctrine of creation. Every part, organ or viscus is provided for a specfic function and all are integrated, and work together for the good of the whole body. The digestive system as mentionen include the liver and spleen for the digestion of food and its metabolism. The stomach and bowels are mentioned as parts that receive food for its digestion and storage and evacution of the residue that remains after the digestion. The stomach is the storage and the digestion of food, the digested food passes into the small bowel to complete the act of digestion and to absorp the digested food.

The stomach may develop gastritis that means inflamation of its lining which may lead to stomach ulcer. The majority of stomach diseases are related to the sin, either lust after food and indulgence in eating high carbohydrate and fatty food and excessive alcholic drinking. These indulgence and overeating are sin against the body, which is God’s tabernacle, and angers God. in food As mentioned the ulcer can develop into cancer stomach which may spread to the liver and pancrea and is usually cause death of the patient. The symptomes that are related to the stomach are pain and vomiting. Vomiting blood usually called hematemsis is related to stomach ulcer and may be also related to cancer stomach. In the majority of instances the vomiting is due to diseases that are located outside the stomach but inside the abdominal cavity. Appendicitis, cholecystitis and colitis are quite often associated with vomiting. Neurotic and psychotic conditions are also associated with vomiting. Anxiety that is usually the result of sinful deeds, and fear from its consequences, are commonly associated with epigastric pain and vomiting. Sin is a very important cause of depression, often a price the sinner pays because of the disease and damage that he caused for himself and others. Anxiety neurosis is a common condition that causes gastro-intestinal disturbances that include loss of appetite vomiting, peptic ulcer and spastic colon.

The abdominal wall muscles are the site of hernis, that may incarcerate, strangulate and lead to death. This is a common ailment that often results from obesity and overeating with increased intra-abdominal pressure. The groin region and the anal canal, more than any where else, provide an illustrative example of the nature of diseases, that fit the anatomical part or parts which are influenced by its function. The abdominal muscle contract as one structure to increase the intra-abdominal pressure, and by the same act of contraction, it inreases its tone and the resistance it offers to the forces of the intra-abdominal pressure. It is only when a part is weaker than the rest of the abdominal muscle that it bulges to form a hernia. The groin is formed by the lower part of the abdominal muscles and presents the commnest weakness, and a common site for hernia in males and females. The increase in size occur at the expense of the internal oblique muscle, which is of vital importance for the integrity of the inguinal canal and for the repair of its defect.

A small portion of the internal oblique, named the cremasteric muscle undergo hypertrophy to support the cord and the prolapsed viscuus and this portion is ususlly excised and dispensed with during the hernia repair. If one remember that the cremasteric muscle is a part of the internal oblique and enlages on the expense of that muscle, then it is logic to preserve, and use for repair, instead of using a synthetic prosthesis, as ommonly used. The treatment results in a less invasive and simple procedure directed only to the component or the part affected.

The detailed study of the nature of human anatomy leads to the origin and identity of the part, affected by disease. Hemorrhoids, were easy to explain and the prefix haem is an evidence of the relation of the swelling to the blood vessels as part of the disease. This explains its pathogenesis and the progress of the disease in relation to the anatomy of its different parts. The importance of the different parts of the disease, related to its anatomy provide a conservative approach for treatment with minimal damage. The canal consist is a 4 cm. muscular tube of definite structure, and function. Its function as a sphincter is shared by its upper and lower half. The upper has loose sub-mucosa to facilitate the act of defecation and its lower part, which is mainly fibrous, provide a stable ground for its function as a whole. Bothe have similar muscle layers, however, they have different internal structure that lies superfacial to the internal sphincter.

The anal canal diseases whether it is hemorrhoids, fissure or fuistula are caused by condotions that are related to constipation, diarrhea and colitis. Obeasity, constipation from eating refined carbohydrate are pathological conditions or diseases that are caused by the sin of lust after food, smoking and alcholis. Sin can never be done without leaving its marks. In additions diseases of the anal canal can cause constipation and fltulence and in the old ans senile may lead to bowel obstruction. An abscess in the anal and peri-anal region can be complicated as mentioned can be complicated by liver abscess. God created humans to live in harmony, with the follow man, love and co-operation.

But by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may be a supply for their want: that their abundance also may be a supply for your want: that there may be an equality. As it written, He that had gathered much had nothing over; and that had gathered little had no lack. 2 Corinthian 8:14, 15. His majesty also created the human parts to live in harmony and the dysfunction of the smallest part of a viscus or an organ can cause a far remoting diseases in the body.

Hemorrhoids, starts in the upper half of the anal canal, under the anal canal lining, which is loose, to allow them to enlarge to affect its lower half and may even protrude outside the anal canal to cause swelling pain and bleeding at the anal verge. The fissure is absolutely confined to its lower half whhre as fistula can extend to remote areas, however, its origin and source is only in the lower half. It may spread to cause extensive suppuration but its cure is dependant only on drainage of the infetion in the lower half. The chronic anal fissure is a clinical term, which is used to describe a painful condition of the anal canal, with occasional bleeding of bright red blood. The pain is attributed to the persistence of a fissure or a tear; and spasm of the internal sphincter. Division of the lower half of the internal sphincter was the procedure advised, but its benefit is attributed by the author to the division of the fibrous layer, superficial to the internal sphincter, and by the anal canal dilatation.

The detailed study of the human parts and its relation to sin makes it easy to locate the source of the disease among its detailed structure and the cure. The anal canal is a perfect example for the subject of discussion, because it is apparently a simple tube, however, it has distinct parts and peculiar structure, each suitable for certain diseases, that fit its tissue. The anal canal is 4 cm long, devided emreologically and anatomly into two partds, only the superfacial layer in each part is suitable for diseases that is fat for its struture. The parts of the anal canal, which seems small and negligable have explained diseases that were imossiple to understand by another means. It cures the disease, knowen for the suffering it causes, after its excision, that in addition cause disfigurment and dysfunction of the anal canal. The number of procedures performed for the disease are enormous, and each has its complications.

The most difficult diseases to treat are the fissure and anal fistula abscess diseases where confusion about their nature and their source had resulted in serious damage to the anal and peri-anal region. This is discussed in more details in the Author’s book dealing with the procedures in his book for the minimal invasive surgery. .The post-operative suffering and the recurrence are directly related to the lack of understanding of the etiology of the diseases and which has resulted from the theory of genetic mutation and natural selection. The understanding of the anatomy, as the Omniscient God has fashioned it, gives wisdom to those who seek to understand his written Words in the Gospel. Those who have their eyes darkened not to see the truth of the Gospel are definitely blind to his hand made human structures.

The truth, of the word of God, exposes the hidden things of darkness. The law of God makes the simple understands more than the ancient and experienced. The surgery for hemorrhoids was always the most damaging, it involves the damage to the anal canal mucosa and muscles, which lead to anal stricture and disturbance of its function. The infection may lead to an abscess, that may cause portal pyemia and liver abscess

Evolution leaves diseases to guessing and treatment to chances, which may follow the same route of natural selection by human thinking with no guarantee of cure.

The superficial honey-comb fibers, at the entrance in the anal verge is a common site for fibrous tissue infiltration, which is commonly due to venous stasis and fecal trauma. Wounds in this location fail to heal by second intention and form the characteristic painful fibrous strings that are responsible for the painful defecation. The deeper intricate layer forms micro-pockets of infection to shelter the micro-organisms and act as the breeding ground for the fistula disease. The sub-epithelial layer invites infection and due to the arrangment of its fibres invites infection. The sub-mucosal layer is loose and is resist to infection, it plays an important physiological role in the act of defecation and for that reason it is a common site for varicose veins. Understanding the nature of this layer and its role provided the proper answer for cure of the anal canal diseases..

Adam’s disobedience to God, was allowed by God to test his love and prove his choices. The Creator who creates all things, after his owen will, planned adams deliverance from the bondage of corruption with all the creation into the glorious liberty of the children of God. The theory of evolution by genetic mutation and natural selection is an imagination born out of a mind that seeks his owen glory and a name for himself. It is the main cause behind the confusion regarding the nature and the pathogenesis of the diseases, since it is not provide a factual substance for the research.

The faith in Jesus Christ, the Creator of the first man, creates in human a new man with a renewed mind that brings the fruits of rightousness and truth and influence treatment. The theory of evolution has produced two destructive elements in the anal canal. The first is confusion regard the nature of a simple anatomical structure, which is given the name the pecten and its relation to the chronic anal fissure. The second has a direct relation to the theory of evolution and came out of despair from attempting to understand the nature of the fistula abscess disease. This is the anal gland infection theory, which walked a long way with the surgeon and his patient as an element for diseases and death. It walked with the surgeon and his patient in the valley of the shadow of death to produce all elements and means of destruction. Other authors describe the pecten band as the sub-epithelial layer and the internal sphincter combined. Its confusion with the internal sphincter had ascribed the benefits of it’s division to the internal sphincter alone. The sub-epithelial layer in the region of the pecten is completely disregarded as important in the pathology that cause the diseases of the anal canal. Its intimate relation with the internal sphincter, is the reason to consider both structures as one, and the internal sphincter was blamed for the diseases and its division was accredited for their cure. The detailed and specific study of the anatomy of
