Nelly Chinenye Reuben is a unique youth counsellor and a motivational speaker. She is the founder of Talent Groom Foundation, a non-governmental organization, where she grooms every youth to discover and actualize his or her potential, dreams, and vision through weekly talk shows, seminars, and training in the orphanages, schools, and churches. Nelly studied public administration at the University of Abuja. Despite the challenges of academic environment, she researched and compiled this book, having noted the prevailing challenges of the youths in the course of actualizing their dreams. Nelly has a passionate vision in redirecting the youths to live a disciplined lifestyle by focusing at the horizon of purpose and vision. FOREWORD

One of the greatest tools given to man for upliftment and fulfilment is the power of choice. The freedom of choice bails out humanity from monotony, indecision, and boredom. However, to achieve this feat, dreams become the most immediate mirror from which we imagine, see, and discern the right choices. This is a divine strategy! Consequently, the world can remain progressively regressive when people choose not to dream or assume to have zero regard for this concern. Perhaps, this is what the world is suffering from today; tombs have much evidence of dreams that were never actualized. But what does it mean to have a dream?

Although many limit dreams to just the thoughts, imaginations, and feelings one experiences when asleep, the concept of dreams far outlasts all that. It digs deep among other things into an experience that exposes an individual to discovering a pre-existing master plan that can change even his worst situation. It is what explains a more complex life puzzle and puts the individual on the path to choose between becoming a ravaging success or a redundant failure. In this context, it is a wish, a will, and a way. Every action in life is determined by intent; everything is driven by something. Most people are driven by fancies, others by fantasies, and some by abilities. God is happy whenever we dream!

A dream is like a seed of investment. In the same way we plant to reap, invest to realize, and learn to develop, so do we dream to achieve. This lone, massive reason justifies why, when we fail to dream, purpose falls to the brim and we remain off the beam. The trend is that dreams birth ideas and ideas birth change, and we know that when we introduce an idea to the society, we invariably introduce ourselves to fortune and fame. The interesting episode, however, is that a dream is fundamentally an idea!

Like the Psalmist will sing, Are they trials and temptations; is there trouble anywhere? We should never be discouraged, but are advised by this book to dare a dream. The destinies of many have hit the rocks and crashed from lack of knowledge about this. Alas, like a moral compass, this eventful book strips naked, hidden truth about the concept and content of dreams in a simple, chewable, and digestible form.

Nelly has subtly yet forcefully counselled on making dreams real, resurrecting and redeeming silent dreams, and many more issues. She has laid worthy guidelines for many to choose to be problem-solvers, change-makers, and status quo–breakers.
