    PREFACE

This book is the first of what I hope will be a series of books introducing the reader to an entirely new system of healing and personal transformation that has come to me, piece by piece, in a process of direct revelation and spiritual guidance over the last eighteen years.

I have lived and breathed this remarkable information since I first began to receive it, and have been practicing it full time as a healing modality for twelve years, with remarkable results. It has also become my primary spiritual practice, resulting in profound inner transformations. I cannot imagine living my life now without the benefits of this work.

This volume is not a how-to manual for teaching the Resonance Alchemy healing modality. That will be done in later volumes, as well as in the Resonance Alchemy classes and trainings. It is meant, rather, to give the reader a sense of the breadth and depth of the Resonance Alchemy system, and an appreciation for the profound philosophy of unity at its core. It is also meant to give the reader basic practices which will allow her or him to experience directly the inspirational and transformative nature of this work. I have included the practices both at the end of relevant chapters and in Appendix C, for ease of reference. While it has come through me, this knowledge is meant for the world, especially those of us who are dedicated to awakening to our highest potential and to creating a new reality of love and peace on the planet.

My hope is that this book will entice my readers not only to make use of the philosophy and practices contained in this volume, but to want to learn more—to explore the full range of possibilities for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing, as well as for a profound transformation of consciousness, that this much needed and timely revelation has to offer.

    THE GIFT

I n the late summer of 1994 I was given a most amazing gift by the unseen world of Spirit. Nothing in my then 43 years sufficiently prepared me for this unexpected gift and the odyssey that was to follow. This event was to change my life in wonderful ways I could not have imagined. It would also bring together the many different threads of my life experience and weave them into a rich and beautiful tapestry with a design far beyond any my human mind could ever have conceived.

I had been a successful and accomplished massage therapist for 10 years, but had for some time wanted to branch out into other modalities of healing. Over the years I had studied psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and astrology, as well as a smattering of other holistic healing forms, and had recently added psychological counseling and hypnotherapy to my practice.

My personal life at this time was in a state of flux. I had recently gone through a divorce, something that my husband and I had mutually agreed on. We had chosen not to have children, and although difficult, the divorce felt for me like a step in the right direction.

A spiritual seeker for many years, I had studied many of the world’s great spiritual traditions, and was a confirmed, if not always disciplined, meditator. I had been fortunate enough to work directly with some truly original and inspired teachers, from whose wisdom and guidance I had benefited greatly. Yet, despite my rich spiritual life, and a fulfilling and successful career, my heart and mind remained restless and searching. I had the chronic feeling that I had not yet found my path, nor my true calling.

One night I awoke at 4:30 a.m., much earlier than my usual time. I began doing an ancient Taoist practice of healing sounds I had learned, trying to get back to sleep, when I spontaneously left my body.

At first I could see the room around me, although I was outside my physical body. Then I was floating on my back in what appeared to be a shining pool of water. Completely lucid and at peace, I realized that in this state of consciousness whatever I thought would instantly come to be. With the next thought, I was flying through the early morning sky. Below me I saw a range of mountain peaks I did not recognize, illuminated in the rosy morning light. I moved through the Earth’s atmosphere into space and headed directly towards the star cluster known as the Pleiades.

Time seemed to be measured not in a stream of successive moments, but in thought units. In the next thought unit, the stars of the Pleiades cluster became seven beams of brilliant white light which came toward me and surrounded me. An indescribable sound enveloped me, a beautiful celestial harmony that was beyond words. I knew that the beams of light surrounding me were great beings, although I did not see them as having recognizable bodily shapes. A profound sense of wonder filled me.

The Beings of Light produced three or four crystalline objects that were made entirely of light, golden in color. I was told through a direct knowing that these light crystals were encoded with information. I was not told what the information was, but I sensed that the light crystals were something like a computer disc, only much more sophisticated, and that they contained an advanced system of knowledge. Through the intention of the Light Beings, the crystals were then placed within my astral body.

In the next thought I was back in my bedroom, looking at my body from above. Then, just as quickly, I was back in my body—waking up to my normal, everyday reality.

Nothing in my years of spiritual work seemed to lead up to—or to explain—what had just happened. While I had been aware of the possibilities of out-of-body travel, I had not had the experience of leaving my body, nor had I been particularly interested in doing so. I wondered for many days after this event what it all meant and what was going to happen next. It appeared I had been given some form of information, but I had no idea what that information was. How was I meant to access whatever was encoded in the crystals? Who were these Light Beings? Why did they seem to come from the Pleiades? What was the nature of this system of knowledge, and what did it have to do with me? I waited anxiously for further revelations that would make it all clear, but none came.

In fact, my life went on with frustrating normality. Nothing at all seemed to have changed. While one part of me wanted immediate confirmation that I had, in fact, been given some form of important knowledge by these beings, another part of my consciousness knew that, in its own time and in its own way, the nature of the gift would be revealed. I had always had a strong skeptical streak, but something about this experience left me no doubts as to its veracity. And indeed, in the weeks and months that followed, the light crystal seeds that had been planted within me did germinate—and slowly, sometimes almost imperceptibly, began to grow.

    CHAPTER TWO

    R.A.%20Illust.%20%236%20Toroidal%20Field%20.tif

    THE LANGUAGE

A few months after my out-of-body experience, while in one of my regular meditations, I became aware of other beings present with me in the room. I focused my awareness on them, and saw with my inner sight three beings, generally human in shape. Their bodies were composed of a beautiful deep blue light, punctuated in various places with nodes of different colors that looked like inset jewels.

I was not in the habit of being visited by light beings, any more than I was in the habit of having out-of-body experiences. My meditations had, for years, consisted of the normal struggles to focus the mind, observe the thoughts, and, if I was successful, abide for a few precious moments in the resulting inner stillness. While I was open to such phenomena as channeling, guidance from Ascended Masters, and the possibility that humans might be visited by beings from other star systems, I held the view that these ideas, while potentially valid, had no place in a mature spiritual practice. My current spiritual work was not what could be called New Age, and its teachings generally marginalized such phenomena.

That being said, the presence of these beings was unmistakable. They began to communicate with me telepathically, letting me know they had come to initiate me into the knowledge contained in the light crystals I had received. I had a direct knowing that they were highly evolved star beings from the Pleiades. I also felt strongly from their presence, however, that where they were from was not of primary importance. They made it clear that they wanted me to focus not on them, but on their message.

They then began to instruct me in what they called, simply, The Language; an ancient sacred language made up of seed syllables. Each of these syllables, usually only a few letters in length, has a specific meaning, as does each vowel and consonant. This is a universal language of Spirit, they told me, a sacred language once known on Earth that had been lost in time. A few of its syllables have made their way into other ancient sacred languages that still exist, but the majority had been forgotten. Each syllable, they communicated to me, has many levels of meaning, all connected by a core concept. This is not a descriptive language, but is instead a creative or evocative one. It is not meant to describe the outer world of objects, nor even human concepts or experiences, but rather to evoke the vast and omnipresent reality of Spirit.

The Beings explained to me that each syllable of this language carries a particular vibrational energy, a specific frequency and pattern that is the exact vibrational signature of the reality the syllable represents. So the word, or syllable, when thought or said, evokes—or in a sense creates—the reality that is its meaning.

While I understood this only vaguely at the time, I had come across the Doctrine of Vibration in my spiritual studies, a part of the ancient mystery teachings of both the Egyptian and the Indian mystical traditions. The basis of these teachings is the idea that everything, at its most fundamental, is vibrational in nature, an idea that is just now being proven by modern physics. So I did have some reference point for what the Beings were conveying.

Most surprising to me, however, was their instruction that this language is not meant to be spoken aloud, but is meant to operate through the power of intentional thought. Through the energy and vibration of thought alone its syllables express the many, multidimensional facets of a greater unity underlying all things, the nature of spirit, of the divine.

The Blue Light Beings started my lessons in The Language with a few simple syllables and their meanings. Many of these syllables I recognized, some from our own language, and some from other ancient languages. The layers of meaning were quite new to me, however, and some of the meanings differed from the way we have come to understand them today. One of the first syllables they taught me was KA, containing in that one small packet of information the concept and vibrational signature of what we would call spirit, ruler (as in King), great, that which is above (or overarching), and awareness. Another was HA, containing the meanings to come into being, to manifest, to ground, to come into the physical. The Beings instructed me to begin to use the syllables KA HA, signifying spirit coming into manifestation, as one would focus on a mantra in meditation.

Continuing with their instruction they relayed that the syllable PA expresses the general concept of father principle, and also specifically the father. In an abstract sense it represents the vertical plane of existence—that which connects us to what is above, the transcendent. At the same time it can connote an expression of this principle on the physical plane: bone, that which keeps us vertical and lends structure to the body.

MA is the mother principal, and therefore also the mother in a more literal sense. It connotes substance, matter and matrix. This is the horizontal plane of our experience—that which connects us to others, to outer experience and to all physical manifestation. In the body this takes expression as the connective tissue, among other things.

BA, they instructed, is the heart. At the same time it is the syllable for the self, the center, and signifies the joining of MA and PA, the child.

NOOM is the force that binds all things together. One aspect of NOOM is what we call gravity, and at the same time its fundamental nature is Love.

I began to see, through their instruction, that this language represents a whole new way of viewing reality. I saw that from this perspective, what we call Spirit and what we call matter are not two separate things, but simply different aspects of one underlying unity. The Blue Light Beings did not elaborate on this at the time, however. They simply gave me the syllables and their levels of meaning. In this first visit, the syllables they taught me were simple and general, conveying a basic sense of The Language and how it was structured.

As I began to meditate on the syllables KA HA, I had a beautiful vision of my own subtle body, which I saw as a golden light surrounding and penetrating my physical body, inlaid at key points with subtle jewels of light appearing as various precious stones: ruby, turquoise, emerald, pearl and the like. On top of my head I saw a crown of gold and jewels, all composed of light. I understood that this was a representation of my spiritual body, through which I would come to know my true sovereignty as a Being of Light.

    THE TREE OF LIFE

While the Blue Light Beings did not expound on what I was to do with this language, beyond using certain syllables as you would a mantra in meditation, they did suggest something very intriguing in this initiatory visit. The Language, they conveyed, along with the underlying view it embodies, is an expression of the Tree of Life. Although they did not elaborate on this concept, they made it clear that the Tree of Life represents a way of perceiving reality based on unity, as opposed to the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, representing a way of perceiving reality based on separation.

I knew that Genesis tells of a Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden. I had also read a little about the Jewish mystical tradition of the Kabbalah, which includes a mystical template of creation known as the Tree of Life. But although my initial understanding was limited, the idea struck a deep chord within me. I knew this was something of profound significance, something I would dedicate myself to understanding and embodying.

A number of ancient traditions, I discovered, have used the Tree of Life as a symbol of unity consciousness. It is a key symbol in the alchemical tradition, as well as playing an important role in the Essene teachings and in shamanic traditions the world over. It has been used to represent a higher state of awareness which enables us to balance and ultimately transcend the apparent dual nature of the material world, including the dualities of self and other, masculine and feminine, spirit and matter, the active force and the passive force. In this higher state of awareness, duality is still present, but is balanced and transcended by a third force, which is neutral in polarity. This third force is the unifying presence of Higher Mind. In the Kabbalistic tradition this is represented as the middle pillar in the Tree of Life diagram. In the alchemical tradition it is often represented as the central staff of the alchemical caduceus, the symbol that is now associated with the medical profession.

Over time I would become aware that the Tree of Life and the unity consciousness it represents are the foundation, as well as the ultimate goal, of all the information I was to receive. The full extent of this understanding, however, unfolded gradually, piece by piece. The Sacred Syllables, my guides had begun to reveal, were the key to this understanding.

    SACRED LANGUAGE

Many ancient cultures have a tradition of sacred language. The Hindu (and later Buddhist) language of Sanskrit is one well known example; others include Hebrew, the ancient Egyptian language, and Mayan. Although my knowledge of sacred language was limited, after this experience I decided to do a little reading on the subject. In a book called the Hermetica, I found this passage, attributed to Hermes Trismegistus, from a translation of the Corpus Hermeticum, esoteric teachings of the ancient Egyptians: Expressed in our native language, the teachings are clear and simple, for the very sound of an Egyptian word resonates with the thing signified by it … . Our Egyptian speech is more than talk. Its utterances are replete with power. That sounded very similar to what my guides had told me about the Sacred Syllables.

I also did some research on Sanskrit and found that it was considered in the Vedic tradition to be the divine language of revelation. In early Vedic thought vac—literally meaning speech, voice, and word—was considered to be a creative power. It was the Divine Word, the mother of the gods, the force that creates, maintains and upholds the universe. The Word was at the same time consciousness, breath, and vibrative energy. Sanskrit itself was never a common, conversational language, I discovered, but was primarily conveyed orally from teacher to student and only later written down. And the sacred words known as mantras were not meant to be spoken aloud, for they were understood to operate not through outer sound, which was considered a lower manifestation of the Divine Word, but through the thought and consciousness of those who mentally repeated them.

My research confirmed that sacred language could indeed have specific vibrational qualities designed to express and evoke the subtle dimensions of Spirit. It also confirmed that these vibrational qualities were known to operate not through sound, but through consciousness and intentional thought. Although similar in some respects to known sacred languages, The Language being revealed by the Blue Light Beings was unique.

    CONNECTING WITH SPIRIT GUIDES

While this confirmation of the guidance I had received was compelling, a part of me still wondered, Is all this my imagination? Receiving information from spirit guides was still new to me. My spiritual work up to this point had placed very little emphasis on the spiritual beings who inhabit other planes and dimensions, having mostly been concerned with inner states of consciousness, self-observation, uncovering and developing our inner essence, and the like. There were a few exceptions to this, however, which I am sure helped me to accept the reality of these Blue Light Beings and their strange yet compelling message.

My first experience with a spirit guide had occurred in my late twenties. A psychologist friend, who also did work with guided imagery and hypnosis, asked me one day if I would be interested in trying to connect with my spirit guide. Always open to something new, I told him I would. He then had me sit in a comfortable La-Z-Boy chair and guided me into a state of deep relaxation. After leading me in a series of visualizations, he then suggested that if it was appropriate, my spirit guide might make him or herself known to me. Sure enough, a guide appeared to me. He was Middle-Eastern in appearance and wore a white turban on his head. He told me his name was Alkazar. This was a name I had never heard, and I was fascinated by it.

When I returned to full waking consciousness, I was pleased that a guide had indeed appeared, but I was still skeptical about the experience. How do I know it wasn’t just my imagination? I asked my friend. I know now that this is a typical question people ask after having this type of experience. While I don’t remember his reply, the spirit world was to answer that question in its own way the very next day.

On my way to a class the next morning, my attention was drawn to a stand that held a small daily newspaper. As I walked by I suddenly felt compelled to pick up one of the newspapers. I leafed through it, not knowing what I was looking for. Then I saw it. On one of the inside pages was a small article with a picture of an ancient-looking building. The caption under the picture identified it as the Alcazar,
