About this ebook
And as you get older, you lose touch with people that you never thought you would.
Take me for example, I was in a very abusive home, and had the privilege of meeting my new owners who have nursed me back to health and taken care of me in everything I have ever needed.
I do not know where I would have been if it were not for My Mummy Clare, and My Daddy Paul.
They are my world, as I am sure that I am theirs too.
They will not be with me on my next adventure, I am going to take a massive leap and try to find myself on a journey to where I have longed to go
Bye Bye kids
Clare Theresa Nightingale
Married with two older children, have been writing for ten years and have always drawn, even on the wall as a kid. I would love to continue writing for as long as possible and hope that I will always be able to draw.

Dedication….

Dedication….
This book is about me, Scampi.
I dedicate it to my Mum and Dad, and my four Brothers.
Christopher, Reece, Lewis and Bobby.
I may not be the most gifted writer, but have kept things real simple for all you boys and girls to understand me.
To me, the world is a wonderful place, but there is too much heartache and too much pain.
If this book brings laughter or a little smile from just one of you kids out there, then it will all have been worthwhile.
Enjoy the read.

Scampi’s Adventures
A day at the beach
Scampi, Clare and Paul,
Went to Cromer by the coast.
Guess who was the happiest?
Scampi was the most.
We had a journey on the train,
And knew we’d do it all again.
A lunch of sardines and crispies too,
When we arrived we’d need the loo.
While we were on the journey there,
The passengers ruffled Scampi’s hair.
He loved the attention so very much,
All of the people’s loving touch.
We got to Norwich just in time,
To catch the bus on the Cromer line.
A bus packed full with girls and boys,
All of them playing with their toys.
The North Sea crisp and very cold,
The guest house owners were very old.
I now know of them as Mr and Mrs Flowers,
While walking there, some very cold showers.
We got to the guest house and wanted to unpack,
The receptionist, she welcomed us back.
Up to our room she took our bags,
Dressed in her finest Cromer rags.
The view from the window was very grand,
Miles and miles of open sea land.
A sea so vast with boats galore,
Many of them had come ashore.
We went for a walk along the sand,
With brolley and raincoats both in
