In this tough economy and high fuel prices, people are asking if buying an RV is worth the investment. In this first time book; I’ll tell you the do’s and don’ts on buying a tractor trailer and a fifth wheel, the specifications and other related items on conquering the American dream on traveling in the US, Canada and Mexico.

Since I was a kid, I`ve always wanted to have a truck of my own when I grow up, but now that that these trucks are used for recreational activities including auto carriers that could carry two small cars or a golf cart and can haul a travel trailer that a diesel pick up couldn`t do due to the long length and the excessive weight of the fifth wheel and the travel trailer. But ask yourself; buying a tractor trailer and a fifth wheel toy hauler is worth the investment for a summer and year round traveling? Yes it is; if you finance it the right way by talking to your insurance agent if the insurance has a bank. Going to your bank in getting a loan may be bit harder due to the credit restrictions and the majority of the corporate banks don’t give out loans on boats recreational vehicles any more due to the weight and size that exceed the 8,000 lbs. and there not feasible to finance, but in credit union banks, the loan interest rates varies, but the good news is that the interest rates are fixed rates on the amount and the time you have to pay.
