About this ebook

The United States of America owes trillions of dollars to creditors, and the amount is increasing every day. If the country continues on its current track, it could result in dire consequences for the government and its citizens. But a realistic solution could liberate us from the national debt crisis.

Elias Hill, a retired industrial engineer who prides himself on finding solutions to difficult problems, presents that solution. If implemented, it would

place the country on a solid financial foundation, free of foreign economic pressures;
guarantee the financing of all social programsespecially those that provide work incentives and benefits for lower-income populations;
establish a solid income base that would allow the government to meet its financial requirements; and
prevent future situations that could lead to financial ruin.

By paying down its debt, the United States could regain its economic prestige and preserve its ability to help others while building a stronger, more secure society. Discover how to help the nation overcome its problems with US National Debt Recovery.

    Introduction

    D uring 1966 to 1989, I worked for the US Department of State as a certified industrial engineer specializing in efficiency. I focused my energy on assessing underdeveloped foreign countries in creating and improving various national endeavors. I was instrumental in conducting detailed assessments that focused on the operational strategies and conditions of various industries abroad. These assessments allowed me to prescribe workable and affordable solutions aimed at achieving greater economic and industrial gains in a timely manner. As part of my duties I was also instrumental in locating and securing reliable investors to support and carry the projects forward. I was successful in implementing national projects in Bolivia, Peru, Guatemala, Paraguay, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, El Salvador, and Panama, as well as in other South American countries.

    In this proposal I am responding as a concerned US citizen to the urgent need for regaining control of our national economic situation, directly challenging willing US citizens to accept and recognize this situation. Consider this proposal as a personal invitation for concerned citizens to join forces to create a nonprofit foundation in which they can work together, utilizing the approaches outlined within this proposal, to achieve a deliberate and focused path to national debt reduction.
