In that four pure races, white, red, yellow, and black, which mixed to form Asians, Chinese, European, and African races, which respectively are thinkers (white), red (administrators and executors), yellow (wealth creators), black (good and excellent working people). Therefore, after the mix, everybody slowly follows Western civilization without knowing the repercussion of terrorists, financial crisis, breaking of family, and easy way of making money by fraudulent means. All the five fiction stories revolve around these problems.

Chapter 1

Washington D.C was agog with rumors of a licensed killer making havoc in the city… The F.B.I and private detective agencies were not able to make any breakthrough in the series of murders, which is happening in the city and around mostly persons of influential nature and persons who were avaricious wealthy creators through industries and individual profession. The federal agencies were on loggerhead with CAPITOL for not finding the person behind the city’s mayhem. They suspected of terrorists plans for sabotaging the reputation of the city since creating the fear in the minds of people. This will make important personnel to leave the city in the grip of fear and will make the city more vulnerable for more crimes and panicky situation, which will lead to government instability and will give terrorists an upper hand in their nefarious activities.

Only thing they were able to admonish or have a clue about the killer is that, he is definitely a menace and going to create panic in the near future also since he was able to strike at will without ever being noticed and traced.

Brian Tracy was a famous lawyer living in the CAPITIOL Even though she was brilliant, she always had soft corner for the people who were being dumped into the streets when they were not able to pay their dues or not able to repay their interests and mortgage amount for the rented apartments. She sympathized with them even after reduction of interest rates for repaying debts.

She was discussing with her husband Michel Chrysler, who was a real estate builder and a Mortgager, who always supported the Government rights and builder’s right to evacuate people who just showed carelessness in repaying their debts. Their apartment was a lovely villa in the vicinity of CAPITOL, 23rd Street having all the modern comforts and surrounded by green pathways and a lovely garden with Australian grass well-trimmed, Maple trees adorning the garden with autumn leaves falling giving the garden a country side look. Even without retiring to the woods, she and her husband were enjoying the comfort and privacy from the outside world without any hindrance.

They were just sipping their tea engaging themselves in the Siesta, watching the lovely garden sitting in the lawn. They were enjoying the comfort of the evening sun and the breeze with their wind-cheater protecting them from cool breeze. They were able to feel the rustle of the leaves and chirping of cuckoo and parrots in their cages which they personally tendered and taken care in order for them to enjoy the early morning or holiday evening comforts. They might not always get these type of luxuries since both of them were very busy making money earning at least 400-600$ an hour since their villa costs them more than 50 Million and expenses of maintaining their villa itself costs them around half million, a month. They were also very rich due to their lineage having come from aristocratic background.

Michel, you just evacuated so many software professionals from their rented and own houses in New York, New Jersey and Californian cities and several foreigners who have come here for making fortunes by their profession and thought of settling here itself due to their ambition of making a great living had been made financial wrecks and neurotics

Yeah… . that’s correct… But they were unable to pay their debts and they lied to the federal authorities on their repaying capacity…

Well… Michel… This is a question of life and death for them… They had come from a far off place and their only hope of prosperity was U.S since they were not able to live all their dreams in their mother land.

Whatever it is, they should have anticipated some of the repercussions at least before making a decision buying a house in a northern American city. This is not due to sudden economic down surge only… this is due to their avaricious tendency of their real capacity of not living within their means and not saving the money when it was coming and were living on credit card luxuries.

Okay… Michel whatever it is, they are an educated lot… . They are not paupers to come from their home land and making an American dream… . They are well educated and some of them came from best of the institutes and banks have lured them into a maze of loans, to make them have a false belief. This made them defaulters in their lending and repaying capacities.

Hu… . Hu… . Well… May be I’m not exactly sure of… But still they were not telling banks very strictly that they will not be able to repay them in terms of crisis or loss of jobs

Okay… Michel whatever it is… I suspect a link between the economic bubble and the series of mishaps happenings in the city

Well… it’s a matter of debate that no one can really give a right or wrong answer. Whatever, if a person suddenly comes to a naught because of loss of job and without the help of the sudden support of money, what else he can do except to end his life tragically or get out of U.S.A without being noticed or creating a panic in the minds of people who had troubled them so much…

Even though Brian Tracy was a famous lawyer working in a very big corporate as an attorney, she always had a soft corner for the people who were left in the lurch with no one to defend them.

She had a friend by name Adam Smith living nearby who was also a street lawyer having dedicated his cause for the people who have become poor and homeless due to economic recession, which happened recently creating a short term bubble and the burst of the bubble making more people homeless because of heavy job cuts and recession. This actually became a worst form of disaster which happened due to not only like great depression which happened in America making many people shelter less and made them to live in the cold without proper protection and even making them to live in abandoned buildings and cars.

Chapter 2

Michel Chrysler was one of the big shots in the city belonging to famous Chrysler family having all types of industries from automobiles to automatic weapons. He never lived in poverty and faced poverty throughout his life after finishing his Howard MBA; getting a basic degree as an architect… he minted more money by building luxurious apartments, Big Villas, Luxury hotels, Corporate Buildings, even some federal supported schemes in which he built for high dignitaries in the senate.

In fact, because of this, Michel had more enemies than friends in his circle and even some of his opponents in the construction industry disliked his way of going ruthlessly in order to achieve business success. He had enemies in the form of people who had been fired from his construction company as well as his business adversaries who lost business contracts due to Michel’s ingenuity in developing his business.

His desire for success and the will to succeed had made him to earn more money and more enemies. Therefore, he was always under the pressure of any of his enemies trying to murder him and planning to kill him. Since in U.S.A it is not difficult to get licensed revolvers, pistols, Stan-Guns or any form of telescopic fixed guns can be got very easily and that too near the down town Minneapolis or Miami where people used to visit often whenever they find time or whenever they feel they cannot survive in the capitol. Thus he feared that his enemies can be anywhere in any of the North American cities.

Whenever he is making any travel plans also, he never used to reveal to anybody except his confidential secretary Angela who used to come from the suburban place of Washington D.C.

He also had some mafia gangs and private arms dealers-connections and used to utilize hired killers whenever he wanted to finish off his enemies. Since, Michel had his own security guards on private note also nobody could dare to kill him.

Beyond all these protections, he very well knew that if his enemies wanted to finish off him, they could do it by any means. Michel Chrysler also had his own friend’s circle. He used to visit his own friend Paul Wagon who used to live in the down lane near the Washington square.

Now also he thought of visiting his friend on a business note and wanted his help in finalizing the bids.

Therefore, he drove straight to Paul Wagon’s place and found to his surprise he was in the office, a little busy and he waited for ½ hour in the business lounge and was looking at the beauty of the lounge. The lounge was-well decorated with beautiful chandeliers, Velvet Sofas and carpets gave an aesthetic look. The lounge with its mind-blowing decorations adorned with white marbles for the floors and the wall made the place to look like a paradise. The place seemed to be pristine and pure. The artificial flowers and wall paintings adorning the wall were-carefully selected. So that anybody looking at the interior decoration, whether delegates or customers would be much impressed.

After sometime, Paul Wagon came along with his secretary to meet him. Stella is his secretary, good-looking blonde lass with golden curly hair and a very long leg shining in the skirts as sandalwood covered by velvety blue. She had matching tops to the middy with red scarf adorning the white tops. Very cute looking, easy going and has the capacity to pacify even angry customers with her silky husky tone.

Thus, Paul Wagon is better in terms of staff and even though both are close friends never met informally. The secretary having informed Paul Wagon, he came to the business lounge even during his busy schedule.

Hello. Michel . . ! Hearty welcome to our office… .

Hello Paul… ! Thanks for your curtsey meeting giving an appointment at unscheduled hour and want to discuss something private with you…

Oh… . what… it’s a surprise since you always visit me with some official meeting only

Oh… Yeah… . But the matter to be discussed is more important than a business meet

Even the discussion may also help you in case you need my advice

Yep… It sounds very strange. Having come so far do you like to have sham pine or any other drink of your choice?

Okay… You order it. Shall we discuss the matter in your private chamber

Okay… No problem… if the matter is urgent… I shall ask my secretary to conduct the meeting with senior VP on my behalf

Yeah… . that will be better. It needs some clear cut plans

First you instruct your secretary for your possible absence for an hour at least… so that we can discuss it privately.

Okay. That is better… Stella… . can u ask our VP to conduct the meeting on my behalf. I want to discuss with Mr. Michel some important matter.

Okay… Chief… . I shall make the necessary arrangements saying this she left and Paul moved along with Michel to a private room for further discussion.

After the secretary left, both Paul and Michel both left and they started discussing the intricacies of the plan in which they want to be protected from the serial killer.

Michel… What is your problem actually? asked Paul

Paul… Are you reading the newspaper of hired killings done by a gang or by a singular individual killing wealthy people in Washington D.C

Yeah… I’m reading in newspaper… Killings are very intriguing… I read that the FBI and the CIA are finding it very difficult to solve the mystery

The Killer is on his killing spree and he is killing as though he had been given license to kill

Yeah… . Very true… Actually he is targeting more Real estate people and Mortgagers so that when I discussed along with my wife, my wife also suggested that this may be the handiwork of persons who have settled in USA to make a prosperous living but could not make it due to heavy recession and massive job cuts.

Yeah… . If it is the handiwork of culprits or terrorists also they would have been able to identify by this time. But since the criminal is a Psychopath, he will not be easily caught… and the Way in which the murders are being planned, it seems that he is planning his murders well in advance and he is targeting only selective people on whom he wants to vent his anger or to vent his anger on society which is ignoring him.

Yeah… Wow… One another thing to be noted is, he is selecting more real estate owners and federal people who have helped them in their contract

Okay… In that way it may not be the handiwork of some known criminal in the city… May be some time they might be the work of some hired killers for the purpose of eliminating the common enemy and for that they have been paid some ransom.

Why I’m discussing all these is Paul… we need protection from their attack and since I felt that we both are vulnerable, it is better to discuss the way with you rather than discussing with some other…

More over you are my close confidant… Anyway if any possibility is there for happening… it is better we protect ourselves or if possible try to eliminate the killer himself

Hu… Well… What you are saying is correct only but in that case we should also be careful not to be identified by anybody of our plans.

The best way to handle this plan is it is better we always have some private securities to protect us and also carry a weapon in case if the attack is very sudden.

Your Private suite is inside your official Chamber I think… therefore whenever we discuss something… we can keep it in our personal database or our own laptop so that nobody knows what is our plan

Fine… Michel… Let us not bother too much about this at this point of time… Still if any suspicious activity you found in your villa or whenever you felt that you are being followed by somebody clandestinely, kindly report to me or inform me through some means.

Okay… Paul… Even sometimes we can get a threat in the form of e-mails or through fax or through some other delivery mode

May be we should be very careful when handling parcels when it comes from unknown person or when some person trying to garland us in any public function.

Thus, they discussed their plan. After that, they made plans to carry a Stan gun or a pistol .44 mm always with them. In a way, they have made up their mind to protect themselves but the killer got his own plan.

The way in which they tried to protect will not yield any result since the gun is not the only way and the predator knows the way to attack the prey, how to attack… . how to kill in their own way even with the victims unaware of what is going to happen to them.

Chapter 3

FBI headquarters was agog with a flurry of activities to seize the killer as early as possible. The FBI chief was discussing the plan with the team.

In a private chamber with the chief sitting before the central desk asked the team about the way in which the culprit is going on a killing spree without the fear of being nabbed by CIA or FBI team. He might be a hired killer—a professional killer, or a wounded psychopath who is on his vengeance spree.

Hi… Nick and Thompson… Have u got any idea of the killing mode… or the weapons used by the killer

Yeah… chief one thing is certain… He is a wounded person from the real estate mortgagers who made them forcibly evict from their own apartments or rental places for lease. They might have got their wounds from the economic bubble which made them the culprits to stand as insolvent suddenly… without having any inkling about the possible happening which is going to happen to them…

Okay… well… In Your saying it is a psychological trauma they would have carried after the great bubble in which they were thrown out instantly evicted from their houses

In that case, how can we find all the people who are thrown out by the builders from their place?

Yes… . Sir… . We have started our enquiry and we found that most of them thrown from their own houses started living in some depleted dwelling or Federal Security centers in which they had been given enough protection

Okay… . Continue… Is it a possibility that some of them have become street dwellers also. Some of them living in abandoned cars or some abandoned villas or buildings soon to be destroyed by the federal government

Yeah… possibility is there sir… Because nearly more than 1000 people have been rendered jobless and most of them when they lost their jobs had only their possessions to sell and their costly belongings rather than any savings in their hand

Well… . Thanks for the information… Kindly make a through enquiry and take a survey and prepare possible list of people who have been rendered homeless or jobless or it is better to enquire their employer themselves so that whomever not emotionally unstable and in a very pitiable mindset can be watched regularly of their activities.

It will not be possible to watch all of them on a personal basis… At least we can ask for more police force to make strict vigilance on these parts and also you can go personally if some of them are missing from the abandoned structure itself or coming on any of the list of the federal old convicts.

Okay… . thanks for the discussion… it is better we do some sort of better surveillance in the city by way of helicopter or night patrolling. By doing this we will be in a better position to nab the culprit

There is also another possibility of youths who are unemployed especially in the blacks residence who regularly indulge in some sort of crimes… may be petty… but it is better to watch them also… since lot of people are addicted to drugs also.

Yeah… . it is better Nick and Thompson can form a team and make the enquiry . . . Having told this the chief dispersed the meeting and everyone went to their own place.

After that. Nick and Thompson discussed among them-selves the plan to nab the culprits.

Well Nick… . it is better we concentrate on the serial killing angle since the killings were not sporadic or random. This may not be the handiwork of known criminals… This may be the work of a disgruntled psychopath…

Yeah… . Thompson… What you are saying may be correct. But it is better, we think of all possible angles before ruling out anything…

One thing certain is that the killer attacked the victim when they are alone and at most times, he terrified them before killing them. It seems that he got a vicarious pleasure of making his victim run for his life. He had the guts to make others get terrified… by way of his ingenious method… not only through weapons… But also through some other means so that when the victim gets terrified, he himself had killed or due to terror stricken or due to panicky or sudden heart attack somehow without the victim being untouched got killed

Yeah… . Nick… Therefore it will be very difficult to find the evidence of the suspect since he struck at his own will, the suspect from unknown quarters and also made the victim panicky before making the final assault

Another thing to be noticed, he was knowing plans of his victims, when the victim will be free in his dwelling and also somehow planned in such a way that the killer is not being noticed by anybody when making the assault

Chapter 4

FBI and CIA teams when planning their activities, Michel also made his own protection and more precaution when staying in the villa… . He knew very well that his wife might also be a victim since the intention is to make the victim more panicky and terror stricken so that the person may not have the guts to proceed further.

Thus, Michel thought that it is better not to be alone or leave his wife also alone. May be it is better we need to inform the secretary also about his plan to move out of this place.

The darkness was slowly creeping in and the when the night befall, the shadows in the dark became longer and murkier. Shadows of trees were crassly deliberately casting a shadow on the walls which would create panic even in the minds of people who are strong willed, who feel they are going to be victimized by a killer, who in their near presence being unable to identify him would make a sudden splurge and would kill the victim in a flash. He might be moving like a cat. His movements might be on top of the roof or suddenly he may barge through some open windows on the walls and through some secret sideway passages known only to the owner of the apartment or villa. Even He would attack in the sit out in which they used to sit in the evening byway of a ghostly appearance as a kind of terror striking like a lightning.

Even, Michel in his inner heart felt that something drastically would happen which is going to take his life for-ever. Inspire of his inner fears, he never showed his—fears outside. He also made sure that whenever he is inside, alone in his chamber and especially the room in which he normally slept could be invaded. He felt the imminent danger of attacked by some unknown convict in the form of shadow or just as a smoke entering easily inside.

Then Michel decided that it is better to ask Brian to be very careful… But Brian seeing his uneasiness trying to make things easy in a lighter vein told him

Hello Dear… Don’t fear… . It’s better you hear… what I’m going to tell is very dear… kindly consider the meek and poor and give for them the needs for ever… :

Hi… . what happened to you… you seem to be very poetical and trying to sub-serve my fears out of foolish imaginations. But the threat is real and when taken proper care you will also be made as prey… . Getting oneself well equipped to face the dangers is not a foolish thing but a necessary pre-caution

But you fear the casting shadows of the trees, of the buildings… here light is there but outside due to less visibility and less light, everything seems like some unknown monster or devil creeping inside and ready to attack at any time giving a scary look

No… . I’m not fearful of that… I’m fearful that some enemy may creep in unknowingly and create a havoc

Okay… Dear Sleep well…

With that he switched off the light… Suddenly he woke up from his half-slept state and with a blurred vision, someone searching in the dark… without his face or the entire body visible

He was holding a pistol with silencer fixed… But he felt that how was it possible… The doors are closed and even to creep in inside it requires a cat sense of mischievous and sneaky nature.

Therefore, he thought of looking at the shadow of person at least with the neon light, Neon light was bright shining with horrible reddish color with the thought of blood let smeared all over. The shadow slowly crept in and started showing the shadow of pistol right away in his face. He just thought of running away from it… But of no avail it just gave a kick in his knee joint… so he just fell. After seeing some other person also there and not to be watched in the bright light… the shadowy figure slowly disappeared. Even with the menacing look, he was not able to identify the figure as man or woman or some monster… Thus in a greater confusion, He wanted to shout but the shadow kept a note there and left…

BEWARE… YOU WILL BE NEXT VICTIM… VICTIMIZED PEOPLE TRYING TO SEEK VENGENCE… NEVER YOU CAN ESCAPE FROM THE WRATH OF THE PEOPLE WHO DIED AS HAPLESS VICTIM…

The note was a typed thing… but the letter V is not that much clear since the type writer in which it was typed is of old… and the V just seemed like/".

After that his wife also got from her sleep… Seeing the note, she also got somewhat panicky and told him to hand over the notes to the FBI.

Then he did not get much sleep… But early in the morning after 4.00 AM, he slept.

Thus in a way the note made him and his wife to realize the real threat.

Chapter 5

On seeing the note, the FBI team became more investigative and to their astonishment, even though it was a typed matter… the paper in which it was typed was not actually a regular stationary kind… It had its own holes in the left and right corners. It seemed that the note was—typed in a computer sheet… But the sheet was not that much new or it might not be easy to identify with the paper from where it was purchased.

Only thing noted is the typed matter done from an old typewriter machine… May be Remington machine… Therefore it was better to enquire in the nearby vicinity, anybody had bought a second hand old machine Remington typewriter recently…

The Type writer might have been purchased from the federal government office not now… but may be some 60 or 70 years back and might be serving as a personal property of someone who had kept it for his household use.

The FBI team found the riddle to be solved very difficult because those types of type-writer was not in use now a days and even though there were no computer centers in the near vicinity, the FBI team found the work very tedious to identify.

May be the person who used the typewriter may be a very old man… but they found the case confusing since old men cannot climb walls or jump from trees or balconies. Anyway how to enquire about this… they thought that it is better to go to china town… . which sells very old items and trying to find out from them If anybody recently purchased any type writer… . and that too with the type of letters, they can somewhat make out what year the model is…

Even then it would not be that easy to solve the problem… because if the person if he had bought it on second sale might have abandoned it and it was actually very difficult to trace the real owner unless otherwise they had sold it with proper receipt.

Thinking like that, they thought that it is better to investigate the matter further by going to china town in the down lane and making enquiries rather than just thinking that no clue will be available.

The FBI team went to the china town with Nick and Thompson in the lead and next in command.

The China Beach retreat llawaco, Washington is a very big shopping town near to the beach with all types of shops from boutique, home appliances, Electronic goods and Electrical goods. Every type of good can be found in a single place… All things required for house hold from furniture to home appliances, Every street adorned with shops which are neatly arranged with the labels both in Chinese as well as in English.

Even people who are not well versed in Chinese can converse with them because Chinese people who put shops, are good at selling and try to sell in a very smart way just by telling the rate which is very higher so that the people will after some time come to a compromise and ask for some lower rates. They never let the people to go out because they know that when people ask very much lower price means they are interested in buying. Therefore, after a certain point of time they will themselves come for a compromise. The people when seeing the goods will make somehow to get into a very lower bargain but the Chinese known for their business acumen and persuasive skills somehow make them to buy their articles at the price in which they wanted to sell.

They never get angry or ask the people to leave the place unless the sale is over even though customer provokes with more angry retreats and try to make them to sell their article at a lower price by telling them about the quality of the goods or the parts, which are put in, are of cheaper variety.

Thus, Nick also searched for the Remington typewriter in which it has been typed and found to his dismay that the typewriter is somewhat not in use and it has become vogue.
