    A Short Story

I am what you need in a short moment of time. I am a story that is very short. Compared to the time that has already past, I am simply a small segment of 16 years. Until I pass I will be nothing but, a short story. Something that can be revisited over and over again, I will extend as time goes on. However, I am only a short story so you will only need a short glimpse and then you are done with me. But unlike other short stories, I am complex, I am detailed. I contain many characters instead of two or three. I am unlike any other short story you will ever read. However, I am only a short story, so you will only read me once. Even though I will become more exciting and eventually become a novel. I am, for now, just a short story, so you will only read me once.

I tried to gesticulate the fact that to people that I couldn’t even get clean water, but they just showed the preferential difference between us and left. I had been homeless for two weeks and I was on the periphery of death… till he showed up. I was about to pass out in an alley when the boss arrived and took me in. He gave me everything I needed to regain my strength. It was an unknown feeling of euphoria as I ingested some of the most expensive foods known to man. All I had to do was accept the conferment as his chauffeur, and he would continue his support. He was extremely importunate, I always had to have the car ready, and it was exhausting. I would be driving for days at a time, but I pulled through. Now I think I don’t have a job anymore, since I wrecked his prized car. I turned into an alleyway for the shortcut back to my place. The boss’s henchmen were waiting for something, people walked behind me to cut me off. I
