Dedication
This book is dedicated to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His walk with me in my life gave me guidance, and made this book possible for others to look to Him in their times of need.
He opened the doors of my heart so that I may forever help others who seek Him and invite them in.
He has never left my side even in the worst of times. His very being, placed me on the right road to life, and for this I am forever thankful.
His promises to wipe the tears away from my eyes, when I again see Him, are like awaiting a cool morning breeze on a hot day. I live for that moment.
The hope that I may again be able to be with my dear mother, father, and sister and with all of my relatives, and friends, still here, and of those who are at peace with Him, is wonderful.
His Grace gave me eternal life. His love shines like the morning sun.
A Special Thank you
Mother and Father
Mom and Dad, thank you for your love, for being there when I needed you, for your patience with me and for leading me to Jesus Christ, where like you, I will have everlasting salvation and be able to see you again.
A Special Thank you
Becky Born
My dearest companion, friend and beautiful wife, who has suffered for so many years with Multiple Sclerosis and heart disease, thank you, for allowing me to leave your bed side, from time to time, and administer to the needs of writing this book. Should just one person reading this book give up their life to Jesus, it will be worth your sacrifices, and God will bestow His blessings onto you. Your sacrifices will not be forgotten and are well appreciated.
Introduction
A word from the author
My wonderful mother passed away on January 28, 2008. Her passing has been mourned by many. A very special person was lost that day and the world will never be the same without her. Mom always cared deeply about life, and even more important, she cared about other people, and of the trials and the tribulations that they were going through in their own lives. Mom certainly had her own fill of them, as you will find in this story, written in part by her own hand, some seventeen years before God called her home.
When needed, Mom was always there to help others with their problems, while putting her own aside. She was always there to hold out her hand and listen to what others had to say. Mom listened to them intently and drew back on her own life’s personal experiences, in order to help others formulate a resolution to their own problems, and to open their hearts, to the wonderment and beauty of life itself. She set good examples in all that she did, as did my father.
While at times mom wanted to give up, she never did. Mom came to realize that life is precious and that none of us are alone, nor are we experiencing issues that others haven’t already faced.
Before mom passed away, she made me promise that I would write this book about her life. Her desire was that somewhere, someone, in this world, would look at her life, and realize the importance of life and of sharing one’s self with others in need. Mom wanted to continue, after her death, to share her life’s experiences in particular, with others in need of encouragement. She wanted others to use her life experiences as an example, of the behavior and attitudes, that all of us need to consider following.
Mom always knew that some of us are alone in life, some by choice and some by circumstances, many without parents or real friends, to give them advice. In a wonderful way, mom felt that her life might touch or help someone by reading this book. This is a true love story that will unlock your heart. Mom and Dad had a favorite song that remained a part of their lives throughout their sixty-four years of their marriage. I entitled this story in remembrance of that song, I’ll be seeing you
.
Written For; my Brother Michael John Born, and for my sister’s Candice Hope Born and Holly Faith Born, and for all the generations past, present and future, that are the fruits of the union of our mother and father.
This is mother’s story and your legacy.
James Thomas Born, author
REFERENCE SOURCE
The biblical scriptures that I reference in my story are taken from the original 1611 King James Version (KJV) of The Holy Bible.
There are many bibles that are similar in verbiage; however, caution should be taken when using them. The new versions were written to keep pace with changes in modern day English, making the words easier to read and understand. I have found that when you change or rearrange the words, you also, often, change the meaning of the word or sentence. God has this to say about taking away or changing His Word;
For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book: If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book. And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophesy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

I’ll Be Seeing You
Written by Irving Kahal and Sammy Fain, Published in 1938
I’ll be seeing you
In all the old familiar places
That this heart of mine embraces
All day through.
In that small café;
The park across the way;
The children’s carousel;
The chestnut trees;
The wishing well.
I’ll be seeing you
In every lovely summers day;
In everything that’s light and gay.
I’ll always think of you that way.
I’ll find
