About this ebook

This story is about all mysterious adventures and numerous encounters with FBI. The flashbacks became more terrifying and the nightmares came more realistic. The story will become more confusing with all the bizarre endings. There were events which took a diametrically opposite of action.
The FBI is a powerful police department and they answer to no one. The FBI had no other choice; they had to stop me from solving the Zodiac case. All the people that were helping me with my book had all disappeared. There is a reason why all these people had vanished? The mystery will never be solved. The FBI secret files are hiding that information. The FBI is vicious; they have neither pity nor compassion. That becomes a dangerous situation for everyone involved.
This story talks about Donna Lass, (that is the grave on the front cover of the book) who was killed in Lake Tahoe by the Zodiac killer. Donna Lasss body was never found. She was the Zodiacs last victim. Unfortunately, I was involved, and did not know what to do.
This story is very unique. The FBI is hiding Bruce Davis, (Charles Masons hit man) and no one can talk to him. What does that tell you? As former Chief of Police from the San Francisco area, I have come to know that the Zodiac killer is the most famous serial killer case in the United States.
I had to write this story; the public must know the truth. The FBI is concealing evidence. They know the person that was involved with the Zodiac killer. His name is Bruce Davis.
It took me ten years, for me to locate a picture of Wayne Messier. A cold chill consumed my body from head to toe. When I saw that picture, I thought that I would never live to see a photograph of the Zodiac killer.

    Introduction

    Based on a True Story

This story is about all the mysterious adventures that happened to me, and my numerous encounters with the FBI. The horrible nightmares were instantly haunting me. I was very lucky. I was always one step ahead of the FBI.

The FBI had no other choice; they had to stop me from solving the Zodiac case. The people that were helping me with my book had all disappeared.

This was not a mystery why all these people had vanished. The FBI is a powerful police department and they answer to no one. Was the FBI involved? Yes, they were and I can prove it. The FBI does not want the Zodiac case to be solved. They knew I could solve the Zodiac case. They had to prevent my book from getting to the media.

You the reader will understand how difficult it is for me to write about the FBI. Everything in this story I can prove! The FBI is a professional police department. Almost all their cases, sooner or later get solved. There is one exception that is the Zodiac case. That will never be solved. That is amazing!

It was obviously, the FBI who was covering up the Zodiac case. All the information I have will prove that the FBI was involved in the Zodiac case. Why? If the FBI is going to stop me from solving the Zodiac case, which was the most famous unsolved crime in California. There is no way I am going to win.

The FBI is vicious; they have neither pity nor compassion. They answer to no one. When I got involved with the FBI I always won, they never had enough evidence to arrest me. The only authority they have is to stop my books from getting to the public. No matter what I do I am going to lose.

I know the FBI is powerful, but I am too crazy to stop writing. I just never quit!

My birth name is Raymond J. Ottoboni. I was born in San Francisco, California and raised in Colma, California. Colma is a small town just South of San Francisco. My father Raymond D. Ottoboni was a powerful man. He knew all police chiefs, the sheriffs, and was close friends with the Mayor of San Francisco Joe Alioto (there were rumors that Mayor Alioto was associated with the mob.) In 1970, I was a rookie police officer who was inadvertently involved with a killer. That is how I met the Zodiac killer. The murder of Donna Lass in Lake Tahoe, California will haunt me for the rest of my life.

In 1971, I was appointed chief of police of Colma; from then on my life became a living hell. In 1972, I was involved with the mob. This was before I got involved with the FBI. Anyway, if you want to read more about my life I encourage you to read my second book Cowboy the Legend. In 2001 I changed my name to Gino Valentinio.

This bizarre story is about the FBI and the famous Zodiac case. The reader, will know why the Zodiac serial killer case was never solved.

This story tells about the six people that disappeared. I am familiar with these people vanishing because I was involved in the nightmare.

You the reader, will understand why the FBI got involved in the Zodiac case, and understand what happened with their involvement. How can six people just disappear? It was the basis of a horror story. The mystery of the FBI secret files allows me to provide the details that led to the disappearance of the six people. I cannot tell if the FBI was totally involved. If I could it would be a dangerous situation.

I have to write this story; the public must know the truth. The FBI is concealing evidence. They know the person that was involved with the Zodiac killer. His name is Bruce Davis!

Can I prove that statement? Yes, because I was inadvertently involved with the Zodiac killer.

My story is about Wayne Messier (Zodiac.) and Bruce Davis who was also involved with Wayne Messier in Lake Tahoe. The FBI secret files has itemized information about the Zodiac killer. Bruce Davis has involvement in those files.

That is why the Zodiac case will never be solved. I know the public is tired of reading about the Zodiac killer.

The reason why I wrote this story was to inform the public about Wayne Messier. Talk about the FBI secret files and the murder at Lake Tahoe in 1970.

My story tells how an average teenager can become a serial killer. Wayne’s childhood was awful! His father was not the same when he returned from World War II. Who knows what happened to Wayne’s father after he came back from the War.

At an early age Wayne knew he was going to die. I cannot imagine what goes through the mind of a young man, knowing he is going to die.

Wayne was very close to his father. He expressed to me many times that he wanted to be like his father.

I took over ten years, but I finally found a photo/sketch of Wayne Messier. I finally accomplished my goal.

The murder in Lake Tahoe was never solved. I was inadvertently involved in this murder. Donna Lass’s body was never found. Wayne Messier, Bruce Davis, and possibly Wilfred Messier were all involved in her killing.

The Donna Lass murder was similar to the San Francisco cab driver that was killed in 1969. Both killings were personal.

The Zodiac killer baffled the San Francisco and Vallejo Police Departments. They had the opportunity to solve the Zodiac case, but they used bad judgment and failed from beginning to end.

The public wants the Zodiac case to be solved. This story will reveal why the Zodiac case will never be solved.

When the FBI gets involved, they can do anything they want, and they are free to answer to no one. That becomes a dangerous situation for everyone involved.

When you finish reading you will understand why the Zodiac case was never solved. Ultimately, the police and FBI do not care about solving the Zodiac case. That makes me sick to my stomach.

This story talks about Donna Lass, who was killed in Lake Tahoe by the Zodiac killer. Donna Lass’s body was never found. Lass was the Zodiac’s last victim. Unfortunately, I was involved, and did not know what to do.

Naturally, I have to talk about my famous father. Raymond D. Ottoboni. He was a powerful man. My father was involved with the mob that made him a very dangerous man.

When I was chief of police of Colma I became involved with the mob.

    I had no other choice!

I do not know why I said that (you will have to read my second book).

    I am sorry!

This story is very unique. There are no answers because the FBI is involved. Those secret files about the Zodiac Killer shed light on Bruce Davis (Charles Manson’s hit man) he too was involved. The FBI is hiding Bruce Davis, and no one can talk to him. What does that tell you?

As a former chief of police from the bay area I have come to know that the Zodiac Killer is the most famous serial killer case in the United States. I cannot believe that the FBI does not want to solve this case!

I am trying to convey this story, and the cover up surrounding the Zodiac. The FBI secret files are hiding that information. Why is this happening? Why is the FBI involved? There is no answer yet!

I know this is a cold case, but the public had the right to know who the Zodiac killer was. In the story, I knew there were two Zodiacs. Two killers using different killing methods.

How come no one contacted me? What was the main reason the FBI never contacted me? I believe I knew too much. The FBI secret files will never be found. All these questions will never be answered.

Upon reading this story you will understand why the Zodiac killer was never caught. I know that sounds bizarre, buy now you the reader, can understand after 44 years why the Zodiac case is still unsolved.

I know who he was and remember there were two Zodiacs.

This is the FBI secret files. This is the untold story!

    Chapter I

    FBI

I remember back in the 1950’s and 1960’s, my father was friends with the FBI. The FBI came to my father’s shooting range to practice with their firearms. At that time my father also sold them guns. Those were the good old days. I was very young, but it was fun to watch the FBI in action. My father was the second best pistol shooter in California. Harry Jacobs was the best!

My father owned over a hundred guns. He sold them too many different kinds of law enforcement. The Ottoboni name was well known. My father knew everyone from the police departments in the San Mateo County (the biggest county in Northern California).

To the reader, the FBI agents back then were a different breed of police. They were friendly. Today, they are dramatically different. They are a lot younger and more vicious. In the 1980’s everything changed, naturally, for the worst. Today, the Ottoboni name means nothing. If the FBI knew who I truly was they would come to hate me more. In 2009, I presented them with my first book End of Zodiac. They did not understand why I gave them my book. They thought that I was insulting them. My reason was for one purpose. To help them solve the Zodiac case.

I never knew the FBI did not want anything to do with solving the Zodiac case. I did not know anything about the FBI "secret files". This might sound confusing to the reader, but just keep reading. This is the untold story about the Zodiac case. This is the story about how the FBI concealed the truth about the Zodiac case.

I do not know if the FBI did an investigation on me. I know they would have done something if they read my book, which I do not think they did. The FBI knows I was close to solving the Zodiac case.

Why are they stopping me from achieving my goal? Are they afraid I knew too much? I do not know why they never approached me. The FBI scares people with their powerful name.

I know that they are not scared of me, but they are afraid of the information I have pertaining to the Zodiac case.

I know they are going to make my life a living hell.

I know that the FBI agents do not know how powerful my father was. All the agents that my father knew are gone. Today’s FBI agents do not who I am because I changed my name. Even if they found out it would not make any difference.

I am not sure exactly when the FBI cover-up started, but it is causing me serious mental damage as time progresses.

I know this is confusing because I am talking about two different police departments.

The FBI in the 1950’s and 1960’s were so different. If they knew you, they were nice to you. Today the FBI is like a robot. They are programmed by rules.

Since publishing my first book in 2009 and then my second book the FBI made efforts to stop me again and again. Now, with the third book the FBI must know that I will never rest.

To the reader, keep reading, you will enjoy my never ending battle against the modern FBI.

    Chapter II

    FBI the Early Years

In 1973, my first contact with a FBI agent (his name is not available) came to see me at the police station. The agent was one of the highest ranked at the FBI office in San Francisco, California.

I was very happy to see him. I had met him through my father. At that time, I was the chief of police and everything I did was under constant scrutiny by my father’s enemies, of which he had many. I was not scared because he was father’s friend.

We went into my office, can you imagine what was going through my mind. From the way he looked at me I knew instantly that something was wrong. Before I sat down he began to yell at me. I was in total shock. I did not know what to say or how to react. He was a friend of my father’s so I knew I had to keep myself under control.

The agent told me my father had informed him of my involvement in Lake Tahoe. He knew that I had plans to go to Las Angeles to see if the Zodiac killer was still alive.

The agent slowly came toward me and said, You are going to get caught and end up in jail.

I tried to make him understand that I needed to find out if Wayne Messier was still alive or dead.

    I said, It’s my responsibility.

He did not listen to anything I had to say. My dispatcher was at lunch, so we were all alone. The agent could
