The multi- talented young lady, Dr. Udochi precious Anosike, is the author of this play - NO LONGER A MYSTERY. One of her books titled DOWN THE LANE, published in year 2001 is being used in Nigerian secondary school curriculum for Literature in English studies. Dr. Udochi Precious Anosike is a prolific writer, a medical doctor, a motivational speaker and an evangelist. She holds a bachelor in medicine and a bachelor in surgery degrees (MB;BS) from Abia State University. She also holds proficiency certificates in health, safety and environmental studies and chartered management. Her numerous great potentials, compassionate nature and positive lifestyles made her to attract many admirers. She is working with the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia and also pursuing her master degree program in Public Health in Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, United States of America. Dr. Udochi Precious Anosike is the MD and Sole Proprietor of UDYP Christian hospital in Lagos, Nigeria and the Founder of Christs Global Movement. She is a native of Umukabia Ohuhu in Umuahia North L.G.A of Abia State, Nigeria.

    SYNOPSIS

    Surprisingly, most people still have some false myths and beliefs about some disease conditions, especially HIV/ AIDS in the rural areas. In this play entitled, NO LONGER A MYSTERY . . . , which is a fiction, the author addresses this challenge in a simple but didactic way.

    Ndiaka is one of such rural communities which holds fast to her myths and beliefs thereby, making it difficult to enlighten the residents on their health challenge and the ways to combat them. Ndiaka is well known for their idol worship. They depend solely on their god known as Amali and consults him for advice and guidance through their chief priest before embarking on anything. Whatever their chief priest says is what they do, since he is the spokesman of their god.

    Unfortunately, Ndiaka which is once blessed, suddenly begins to record high mortality and morbidity rate within the past few years and this becomes a nightmare to the people of
