    How did I get the name Catastrophic Gumbo because hurricane Katrina devastated various areas of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida with a multitude of occurrences all happening at the same time.

    To me it was a super jumbo melting pot of Catastrophic Gumbo overflow throughout the Gulf South.

    My name is Alvin JacQues, I’m the author of Catastrophic Gumbo and formally a Katrina survivor, I guarantee and trust my book will be one of the most dynamic group of stories ever experience.

    A hurricane is Natures fury a single strike can coast billions every year, hurricanes claim Life’s around the world, they are becoming more powerful, a hurricane is the worse. Weather phenomenon in the world

    A hurricane is the devils brew of high wind surge, massive water surge, crashing waves and intense thunder storm it’s an incredible blend of supernatural things happening all at once at the same time and lives depend on the outcome of the storm.

    80 percent of hurricane form each year around the world, those that form inside the Atlantic ocean one third of them will reach America. 85 percent of the Atlantic hurricanes start in Africa,

    The hot weather in Africa develops and promotes hurricanes, science calls this concept the Africa easterly wave system is when thunder storm cells reach between 23 to 39 miles per hour, it’s then called a tropical depression.

    28 tropical depressions develop every year inside the Atlantic ocean, But only 6 become hurricanes, these weather phenomenon’s are fueled by thunder storms and warm water, at a temperature of 80 degrees which then increases the strength of tropical depressions to become bigger.

    At 74 miles per hour the winds are then officially called a hurricane storm which can develop into the most destructive weather element of nature.

    The Atlantic is the saltiest ocean in the world, salt helps the water to become heavier which gives hurricanes more punch power, the more salt the more punch.

    The eye wall of a hurricane can reach up to 200 miles per hour the eye is the heart of the storm, here’s five categories of wind speeds of hurricanes,
