Joseph Anchangnayuoh Ngongwikuo
Joseph Anchangnayuoh Ngongwikuo earned a PhD in linguistics from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. He returned to Cameroon in 1981 and throughout the years served in a variety of positions including technical advisor to the prime minister. Ngongwikuo died in 1996. He is survived by his wife Juliana Anchang, eight children, and many grandchildren.
