Otis Brown has pastored for twenty-three years and consistently trained and equipped men and women. He has a master’s degree in theological studies. God has blessed others to walk into their gift as pastors serving under his leadership. Otis lost his wife of twenty-eight years and a daughter who was twenty-eight all within a year and a half. At that time, he chose to be a victor and not a victim. He relied heavily on the Word of God and the members of his church. Otis is a retired carpenter and contractor for more than thirty-one years with Local 131 in Seattle, Washington. Otis now lives in Tucson, Arizona with his second wife, Lendor, and has been pastoring Siloam Freewill Church for fifteen years. He has two adult children and four grandchildren.
