About this ebook
This book tells the story of a transformational approach to secondary education called W-A-Y (Widening Advancements for Youth). W-A-Y is a non-profit corporation. Currently there are eleven W-A-Y sites in Michigan and one cyber school named “W-A-Y Michigan.” W-A-Y demonstrates that young people who have not done well in traditional schools can put their past behind them and move their education and life forward in a highly productive and positive manner. W-A-Y is continuing to grow nationally and internationally through the use of public and private partnerships.
