Norma L. Winter

Norma L. Winter was a school administrator for sixteen years, eleven of which she spent as a high school principal. She served as executive director of the West Virginia Secondary School Principals Association. Winter is mother of two and grandmother of five. Semiretired, she lives in Charleston, West Virginia.
