Nancy P. Alexander is Executive Director of Northwestern State University Child and Family Network, a multi-faceted program providing a variety of services, including innovative projects to assist programs to advance in the state quality rating system and career pathways. Nancy is a nationally recognized speaker and a highly sought-after presenter and workshop leader in early childhood programs throughout the country. She has been a frequent presenter at the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Annual Conference, the NAEYC Professional Development Institute, the Southern Early Childhood Association (SECA) Annual Conference, and other regional and national conferences. Nancy has received numerous honors and recognitions throughout her career. She was selected for the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce "One Hundred Women of the Century," the Southern Early Childhood Association Outstanding Member Award, and the Professional Trainer of the Year Award from the North Louisiana Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.
