Previously in Lyric’s world…
Monica
Turning my head towards him and staring into his eyes, I couldn’t believe he was the man D’Janeh was with. After assessing him closely, I smiled. After Sophia brought him to our attention, Lyric and I studied his picture then placed it in his profile.
My friends call me Angel,
I lied, but after he met Lyric the devil’s child, he’d wish he’d have an angel.
You do look like an innocent angel. So, what brings you to this party?
he inquired.
I’m just hanging out and showing my girl some love is all.
Who did you come with tonight?
he pried a little more.
Well, you know I came with a few of my girls. Look, I need to run to the bathroom. I had too much to drink. Can you keep my seat warm and not have any of these chicks try to pick you up before I get back?
That’s not a problem at all.
His friend held his cup in the air and shook his head at Jason. Walking past Tory, and greeted him, knowing all too well who he was. Lyric talked about revenge on him for years after killing Chris and now was the time to catch them slipping. Turning my head and catching Jason’s eyes, I blew him a kiss.
Moving towards Lyric with urgency, I pulled her by the arm. Yo, follow me to the bathroom, no questions asked.
Lyric followed me into the bathroom and said, Monica, what’s the deal? Did someone hurt you?
No Lyric, it’s not that. You remember Jason, D’Janeh’s ex-boyfriend who gave her gonorrhea?
Yea, I remember. Did he do something to Sophia?
Lyric jumped in defense mode.
No, listen. He is here with a bonus, Tory, the nucca that killed Chris.
I boasted.
Lyric’s body burned with fire and desire at that moment. The fire fueled her desire to kill. Her body twitched. She always seemed to get excited when she was on the verge of killing. After focusing on the signs of her body language, I had to talk her out of it for the moment.
Lyric, now isn’t the right time and place.
Monica, today is the day. I can’t let them ride out. I might never get this chance again. I don’t know how I’ma do it, but I might have to call Jay for this,
Lyric voiced.
Don’t call Jay right now. You and I are the only ones who know about this. I don’t know about the other girls, but we started this shit. We can trust Diovion. Those other bitches are just here for other shit. Listen, Tory and Jason are here together.
Thinking about today’s events with D’Janeh, my urge to tell Lyric about it was nerving me, but I still decided to wait.
In that case, they both have to go. I have a chance to kill two birds with one stone. Monica, I need your help.
You don’t have to ask. I have Jason’s ass downstairs waiting for me to come back down. I’ll prep him,
pushing my boobs up, and find you when his time is up.
The only choice I had was to help Lyric. Her ass would fixate on them both until she finished the job.
Get Diovion to dance with Tory while the lights are dimmed. I’ll move in.
She smiled with glee. She was ready for some action.
We headed back down the stairs. When Diovion came into view, I headed towards her.
Look for a brown skinned guy with a plaid polo shirt near the pool and dance with him in the crib. Find a dark spot.
I whispered in her ear.
Diovion went along the poolside and found Tory and Jason talking about a basketball game that was on before their arrival. Watching Diovion from a short distance, she pulled out a lollipop, stuck it in her mouth and rubbed the back of Tory’s neck. He turned slowly and was caught off guard by her forwardness. Her waist was twenty-six inches and her ass were fully round. She stood in a bikini and batted her eyelashes.
Come and dance with me baby.
She pulled him by the arm as she led the way.
Tory looked back at Jason, gave him a nod, and said, I’ll holla at you later. Get some ass tonight, homie. Your baby mom’s not going anywhere.
She led him into the house, and took him into a corner and started to grind all over him. Watching afar at the events unfolding, I laughed inside.
Tory was so caught up in the moment that he didn’t realize that the lights went from dim to damn near dark. Diovion was working her body against the wall as Tory faced her grinding and feeling all over her. Making my way back to Jason, who waited patiently for my return, I smiled and grabbed him by the hand.
I hope none of these other ladies got your attention while I stepped away. I hate competition.
You know they tried, but I think you’re the cream of the crop.
He smiled at me.
Is that right? Well, I want to take your attention away from all these other pretty girls. My girl is gonna let me use her guestroom for the time being. We can go up there and get a little cozy, unless you’re ready to roll?
Word! I think I’ll follow your lead.
Don’t be surprised if the lights are off. You know it might be nuccas in here hugged up on other chicks and their girl’s girlfriend in here. My girl dropped the light, so what’s done in the dark stays in the dark. Feel me?
I can definitely dig that.
Hold my hand and I’ll guide you through it.
The music was loud inside the house. It was past midnight. Leading the way to the guest bedroom with two glasses of champagne, I slipped an X pill into his glass and sipped out of mines, leaving a lipstick stain on the glass so I knew which was mine.
Stepping into the room, I passed Jason his glass and sipped mine slowly. When Jason gulped his drink down, I knew it was only a matter of time before he felt drowsy. Giving him the best lap dance ever, I gripped his hands the moment he palmed my ass.
Jason, I need to slip into something more comfortable. I’ll be back in a second.
Take your time. I don’t know what kind of champagne you gave me, but I’m feeling extra nice.
Stepping out the room and closing the door behind me, I went to find Lyric who was standing where I last left her, preying on her next victim. Lyric was on the staircase smiling like a Cheshire cat. Realizing Lyric’s time was limited, I quickly moved towards her.
He’s ready. Jason should be out of it.
I told Lyric.
Stay right here. I’ll be right back.
She told me.
Watching Lyric’s silhouette move closer to Tory and Diovion, Diovion’s face lifted, probably spotting Lyric coming her way. Diovion turned around, allowing her ass to grind against Tory’s dick. She held his hand on her breast as she gyrated her hips into his. Tory’s back faced the crowd as he grinded harder and harder against Diovion’s ass. With the swiftness, Lyric jammed an ice pick once into his spine and again in his occipital lobe. Diovion quickly turned his body around as he fell onto the floor, making it appear to everyone that he passed out drunk. Lyric moved fast towards the stairs to the bedroom Jason occupied. When Lyric opened the door, I stood behind her as Jason lay across the bed with his drink tipped on the floor. Standing over Jason’s body, Lyric jammed the same ice pick into his forehead and then through his neck. Lyric calmly walked to the door, wiped fingerprints off the doorknobs, and grabbed both glasses of wine before disposing the contents of each. She sat them both in a pale of water and bleach that was in the sink. Before the lights came back on, we were out by the pool. Pushing Lyric in the pool and then jumping in behind her, we enjoy our night. Lyric knew there was a possibility of blood specs being on her, so being in the pool with chlorine would wash away any blood on her body and clothes. Two nuccas and one ice pick. Death had to be easy because life was hard. 50 Cent said it best, because life had really left her physically, mentally, and emotionally scarred.
Chapter 1: Going Back to Cali
There I was back on a plane to Cali trying to dead whoever Mike was reporting to that caused Jay to end his life almost six months ago. Jay rarely said a word about Mike since we made us official. He treated me with the utmost respect, but I could sense his pain. Somewhere deep down I really regretted not heeding to his warnings when he told me not to trust anyone. Truthfully, I was ecstatic by the fact that I was out in a place other than Philly. I didn’t think anyone would recognize me since I was a long way from home. I was wrong for not listening, but I was a sixteen-year-old girl at the time who just thought she knew it all. The game was a death trap and with every incident, I put my life and my family’s life in jeopardy.
When we got to the hotel, it was far from the luxury that I had grown accustomed too. Jay reiterated that the rules of the trip were strictly business. There was to be absolutely no meeting anyone, no shopping, and no phones calls. Jay decided that me, his right-hand man Keon, and him would all exterminate the King Cockroach, Estevez and his body shall come crumbling. Estevez was Mike’s employer, who also put the hit out on him because of his connections to Julio. Of all the people I had killed in my life, that one was different.
