Rich Men Don't Eat Their Seed - A. A. Abimiku

    AUTHOR

    DEDICATION

This book is dedicated to God Almighty for the inspiration and to my darling wife, Mrs. Abigail Ayuba Abimiku, for her unflinching support.

    INTRODUCTION

A Seed, as described by the Merriam-webmaster dictionary, is a small object produced by plant from which a new plant can grow. It also describes it as the beginning of something which continues to develop or grow. Whenever we talk about seed what readily comes to mind is, that part of a plant or crop that has been prepared for planting or sowing and once it has been planted or sowed, it is expected to germinate, grow and mature into another plant of its kind. This is a natural phenomenon and a normal cycle for every living plant. Achievement of financial freedom also takes its pattern from the same growth process as that of plant i.e. it starts from seed sowing, nurturing and then harvest. As much as there are activities involved in nurturing a seed into harvest so also there are activities and measures that must be put in place for a financial seed to mature into financial plant or tree that bears quality financial fruits.

A thought could also be described as a seed, as explained by Napoleon hill in his book, think and grow rich, A thought thus ‘magnetized’ with emotion may be compared to a seed that, when planted in fertile soil, germinates, grows and multiplies itself over and over again, until that one small seed becomes countless millions of seeds of the same brand!

This fact has again been buttressed by Napoleon Hills when he said, Somewhere in your make-up (perhaps in the cell of your brain) lies sleeping the seed of achievement. If aroused and put into action, this would carry you to heights such as you may never have hoped to attain.

It goes to show that your seed is that little resource at your disposal which could be transformed into a big brand by your deliberate effort. The resource could be in form of material, money or an idea waiting to be transformed into a real life accomplishment.

This book intends to broaden your understanding about the way money works and educate you on how to grow your seed to a matured financial tree. Globally, despite the giant accomplishment of people in their different areas of calling and endeavors, they are unable to free themselves from the shackles of financial instability, unfortunately! This is largely because they lack the basic understanding of how to manage their financial resources or at best, their knowledge of the subject matter is grossly inadequate.  Some other persons struggle financially because they probably do not have visions and dreams for their lives. Therefore, they lack the motivation that will propel them into the realm of wealth creation such that will keep their visions and dreams alive.

The steps and principles outlined in this book will assist you, the reader, not only achieve financial freedom but also build generational wealth for your children and children’s children.

    CHAPTER ONE

    What is a Seed?

As earlier defined, a seed is any living object that has the potential and capability of reproducing its kind under a conducive and favorable condition for growth. A seed is naturally meant to be sown after that, it will grow and reproduce (provided the enabling environment is created). Therefore, if the seed is put to any other use other than this, the situation can be described as abnormal. For example, when you eat or dispose of your seed before it is planted, you have actually terminated the life of a potential tree because every seed has the potential to become a tree.Seeds are usually small
