Where to Start – Types of Races, What you Need to Know and Where to Begin

Congratulations! You have decided to join a triathlon. It means you are ready to complete three kinds of sport discipline in one event putting your body and mind to the test. The goals you will set for yourself will help determine what you will take away from this experience.
