The mountains seemed to stretch on endlessly into the sky as she made her way through the Cabot Trail. Blankets of trees covered the steep inclines like moss, rising beside the car in a giant green wall. The road was cut into the mountain side, the layered rock seemingly guiding them; left then right, left then right.
