This is necessarily a short review, because the book consists mainly of pictures. But what pictures they are! They totally manage to show off the glorious variety of tats that people -- male and female -- have adorned themselves with in recent times, and the supporting quotations are truly inspirational (even if I didn't always recognize the source).
