About this ebook
An excerpt of this thriller:

“Okay. I won’t move.” Beckett Snow was still sitting behind the steering wheel of his van. “So what do you want me to do?”
“Slide to the center of the seat.” He started to move and she yelled, “Slowly, slowly!” “Okay, okay.”
The van vibrated and he heard the boxes in the rear rattle as whoever was holding the gun climbed toward the front. He smelled the faintest whiff of perfume mingled with perspiration, and then flinched as the cold that can only come with the muzzle of a gun was thrust in the back of his neck.
“This is a .44 magnum. It—”
“Yeah, I know, lady. It can blow my head off. Don’t worry, I won’t argue with you.”
