Reviews for HTML, XHTML, and CSS Bible

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This is more or less a permanent fixture on my desk at the moment. If you already know a bit of HTML and just need a bit of a refresher and a desk reference for looking up tags, attributes, etc then this is pretty good. The book does give lots of background info and gives good advice on accessibility and general good practice (for example advice on using scripts with older browsers) but, the way it's laid out and indexed I think it's best used as a reference. Compaired with a similar book I've found it alot easier to find cheat sheets for things like character codes and hex codes for colours - all the things you need at your fingertips. On the whole - really useful
