How do I begin to write a book about the most incredible country I have ever been to?! For those of you who have already been to New Zealand, you know what I mean.  You understand that sensation that there is so much to be said about New Zealand however, you just cannot seem to find the words to explain what you really feel about New Zealand. The feelings I have about New Zealand are like the feelings one has when falling in love.  To the point where when we were departing from Auckland, we were looking outside our seat window and shedding (quite a few) tears.

If you have downloaded this book, it is because you have already made the (absolutely best) decision to travel to New Zealand sometime in the near future. I do not know any other country in the world where you can experience geothermic activity, volcanos, beaches, kayak with dolphins and sea lions, climb snowy mountain tops, do a helicopter landing on glaciers, kayak in lakes with icebergs, take a boat ride inside a cave with glow worms, experience native culture, see penguins and royal albatrosses, windsurf, cruise down fiords and much more.  Prepare yourself for your most breathtaking adventure ever!

In the months prior to our trip to New Zealand, I would read about all the places we were planning to visit and see endless number of pictures and videos.  I literally became obsessed with
