About this ebook

The story is intended as just a fun story but has some messages about eating food. The theme is -- things that you think are good are not always good for you. Sarah decides she will only eat ice cream and no other food. Her frustrated parents allow it and Sarah comes to realize that limiting herself to only ice cream is not good for her.

The idea for the plot comes from observing how my three grandchildren age 9,6, and 3 love eating ice cream.
